Aarna Mehta vs. Izumi Tachibana

Aarna Mehta's boot landed flush with Izumi's head, making her smirk in satisfaction as her opponent stumbled away and fell to the mat. The Indian girl had to take a moment to assess her situation as she leaned against the ropes, but this was certainly her shot now to take Izumi down, and she had to deliver. Walking over to her, she knew what she wanted to attempt next!

She dropped down with a knee in Tachibana's back, and she readied herself to follow up with a painful submission--one that could wear her down where she needed to. "Let's get you ready and pacified," said Mehta with determination in her voice. Then, she would wrap her arm under Izumi's chin and attempt to yank back hard with a Dragon Sleeper! She wanted to apply pressure on that neck and send a ton of abuse directly into it early on. She knew it would help her immensely as the match went on!

Knocked off her feet and down to the mat via a roundhouse kick from her opponent Izumi was in a fair bit of trouble and she'd own up to that whole heartedly. Still despite the damage she was taking right now, she was still far from done. Really the only thing she had to do was find a way to disrupt Aarna's momentum and she could certainly make a come back. Doing so was easier said than done however as the Transcendent came down, knee first onto her back, locking an arm around her neck for a dragon sleeper!

"Ngh!" Izumi would groan out, reaching up to grasp at Aarna's arm and pulling at the limb to pull it off before deciding she needed to do something a bit more involved. Gritting her teeth and digging her chin into the woman's arm she would scoot to her side, looking to slide Aarna's knee off her back while also positioning herself towards her opponent, where she would then try and swing her arm around to slam some punches into the Indian girl's sides and stomach!

Mehta smiled, looking satisfied with that Dragon Sleeper being locked in. She wanted that neck to be worked on, and with some leverage, Aarna was able to keep it pulled back. Izumi seemed to be feeling the effects of it as she was trying her best to get the Indian girl off of her. She needed to keep attacking that neck and get the most out of this hold while she could.

But then she felt her knee be jostled off of Tachibana's back, but she maintained the hold. It was when the strikes were hitting her stomach and waist that it became a problem. Aarna took a few of them before she had to release the hold with a loud grunt. She fell back, scooting backwards as she held her midsection, wincing. "You'll need to do a lot more than that!" exclaimed Mehta, not wanting to let up quite yet!

With a hand on her midsection, Mehta took off, racing towards the ropes. On the return, she would go for a low dropkick aimed at Izumi's face, wanting to stun her again! A simply maneuver that would be able to let Aarna maintain her advantage! She just needed to hope she was quick enough and that Izumi wasn't ready!

Despite being the victim of some major back to back offense from her opponent Izumi wasn't gonna go down so easily. Locked in a dragon sleeper especially motivated Izumi to fight back, after all it'd be rather humiliating to be beaten by a move that shared her own nickname.

Luckily Izumi was more than capable of doing so, driving her elbow repeatedly into Aarna's side and forcing her to let go entirely. "Hagh..." Taking a deep breath as she was let free Izumi would look up at Aarna as she stood up and came running, apparently trying to salvage her offensive.

'Sorry Aarna, but not happening.' Izumi thought to herself, waiting for a bit before suddenly turning on her side and placing her hands on the mat, lifting her lower body up for an impressive display of agility as she cartwheeled out of the way of Aarna's move! Not just yet though, the moment Aarna slid to a stop Izumi would turn and leap through the air, spinning her body around before bringing her leg down for a falling kick aimed at Aarna's exposed chest!

Aarna sprinted right at Izumi as she was starting to get up. She was fully prepared to slam her boots directly into Izumi's face and keep up her series of offensive moves. She couldn't give her an opportunity to recover or breathe. And everything seemed to be going precisely how she wanted. At least it did, until this very moment.

As Mehta sent her low dropkick towards Izumi, her opponent had avoided the move with a flourish! And Aarna landed on her back. The landing itself didn't hurt at that low angle, but she knew she had to react quickly. She intended to get back up immediately, but Izumi's leg had slammed down onto her chest, impacting hard!

Aarna let out a yell and a gasp, sitting up and holding her chest in pain! She took deep breaths, trying to get her breath back, but any momentum she had was sent shooting straight out of her with that blow! And she was hardly in any position to fight back right now!

Izumi had been the victim of a lot of consecutive attacks at Aarna's hands, a testament to the white haired beauty's skill, but Izumi wasn't to be underestimated herself. Avoiding the dropkick from the woman and then retaliating with a kick of her own in one fell swoop.

Now it was time to get back into this and the blue haired beauty knew exactly how to do so. Using her foot to roll Aarna over onto her stomach Izumi would bend down, grabbing Aarna by the back of her collar, forcing her up and into a kneeling position, primed for Izumi's next move.

Pulling her leg back she would swing her leg forward, attempting to send a kick into Aarna's chest! Followed by a second, then a third, then a fourth all in rapid succession! Should they connect then Izumi would turn and end it with a fifth roundhouse kick to Aarna's head for one of her signature moves Dragon's Fury!

Aarna Mehta was sitting up, clutching her chest in pain as she sucked in deep breaths. That kick had done the damage it needed to and the Transcendent was aching from it. A shove from Izumi's boot had her toppling over onto her front with a grunt. Feeling her collar grabbed right after, Tachibana put Mehta in the exact position she wanted the Indian girl.

Kicks came right to Aarna's chest, making her reel from each of them with a loud groan of pain. She lulled in her position, trying not to topple over as she winced, trying to maintain her composure. One after another, those stiff strikes hit her chest, making breathing harder and more painful.

But then the final kick, she hadn't expected. Aarna's head got smashed with Izumi's foot with a roundhouse kick. Mehta'd body immediately toppled over from the side, staggered from the hard hit. She was stunned, and certainly not in a position to retaliate right now.

Izumi smiled softly as she managed to take Aarna down to the mat with a successful signature combination that left Aarna seemingly out of it which made the blue haired woman smirk in anticipation.

"Looks like you could use a little rest Aarna ~" Izumi cooed out as she walked around to stand behind Aarna's head, reaching to lift her up a bit before dropping to a seated position and bringing her legs up around the Transcendents skull. If uninterrupted than she would squeeze down tightly, attempting to apply a figure four headscissor hold!

Aarna Mehta laid on the mat, groaning softly in pain from that hard kick. Her body was really feeling the effects from the hard, punishing strikes from Tachibana. It was certainly enough to keep her from acting immediately while Izumi had the opportunity to follow up.

Soon, it was clear that Izumi wanted to continue working over her head, and the creamy thighs of her opponent were being wrapped around her head. Letting out a loud groan, she protested the hold, putting her hands on Izumi's thighs. "This... is no rest," responded Mehta, kicking her feet as she tried to break away.

Unfortunately for her, Aarna Mehta wasn't able to pry the legs apart to free her head, and she mulled around in her head how to break free from this tight hold!

Izumi smirked softly as she squeezed down on Aarna's head with her thighs, knowing she was doing some good damage going off the sounds of pain escaping from the girl's lips with each pulse of power it was working rather effectively. However with that being said just this hold alone wouldn't be enough to beat Aarna and she knew that. But... maybe she could make her use up just a bit more energy.

Reaching forward to try and grab hold of Aarna's legs Izumi would try and pull them up and hook them under her arms, attempting to turn the figure four into a pinfall attempt as she sat back, pulling both of Aarna's legs back in the process! However there was one problem with this. To get far enough to grab Aarna's legs Izumi had to loosen the force of the squeeze on Izumi's head, turning it into more of a gentle pressure, which in turn created a opening if Aarna was able to grasp it!
