Sarabeth Chummers vs. Sakura Hagiwara: Lioness vs. Idol!

Sarabeth snorted a little at Sakura’s remark about beating her and she circled Sakura once more. The crowd were impressed with both wrestlers so far and how evenly matched they seemed. Sarabeth was a very talented gajin even if most of her experience came from her adopted father’s indie federation and Sakura proved she was more than her usual self losing important matches that could’ve helped her career in the beginning. The rookie wrestler decided to wait in the wings for Sakura to close in on her. She would then try to pull a fast one grabbing Sakura’s right arm to whip her across the ring into the ropes. If that worked, Sarabeth would try for a Sunset Flip Powerbomb hoping to bridge into a pin!

Sakura smirked slightly at Sarabeth as the two circled each other, both clearly were fired up and ready, but now it was just a matter of who was gonna be able to gain the advantage first. Closing in on Sara the lioness would try and do so first, reaching out to grab Sakura's wrist and pull her with an irish whip towards the ropes! Bouncing off them Sakura said Sara gearing up for some kind move that involved jumping, but Sakura was just a bit too prepared for her younger foe. Jumping up as well Sakura would turn mid air, intending on grabbing Sara's shoulders to drag her down out of the air as they descended, intending on bringing the girl crashing down with a sling blade!

Sarabeth jumped trying to latch onto Hagiwara’s shoulders, but Sakura countered into a Slingblade taking down the Young Lioness. Sara grabbed her back and kicked her feet across the canvas. The rookie turned on her stomach trying to crawl for the ropes as the pain in her back and neck intensified still latching onto that painful brief few seconds of impact. This must have been how Sakura felt all those years ago getting thrown around and slammed. Now, she was the one doing it!

[Bare]

Taking Sarabeth down with a timely sling blade counter that left the girl dropped on the mat with a groan of pain. Smiling softly as she saw the downed girl climbing for the ropes Sakura would crouch slightly, preparing herself as she waited for the younger girl to start getting back up. As soon as she did so Sakura would turn and sash at the ropes behind her, bouncing off them ad towards her foe, turning at the last second and popping her hips back to slam a hip attack into Sarabeth and press her up against the ropes!

Sarabeth saw Sakura bounce off the opposite ropes and start running after her going to turn around presenting an opportunity for a Hip Attack. The Young Lioness could possibly use this to her advantage as she stepped aside to let Sakura hit the ropes and bounce off as Sarabeth ran to the middle. She would try to grab Sakura’s head to hit a Bulldog in the middle of the ring! If that worked, Sarabeth would then get the former idol up as she gritted her teeth and then thrusted her head forward shouting “CUCKOO!” at every Headbutt she launched!

Sakura thought she had a pretty good opportunity with Sarabeth pressed up against the ropes, running at the girl in order to try and deliver a running hip attack to the girl's stomach! Unfortunately however she underestimated Sara's recovery as the girl moved out of the way, letting Sakura hit nothing but rope, rebounding her off them, only for Sara to take advantage of the momentum to grab Sakura's head and slam her into the mat with a bulldog!

"Ngh!" Sakura groaned out in pain as her head bounced off the mat, leaving her vulnerable to be grabbed by Sarabeth lifting her up and slamming into her with multiple head buts! "Ngh! Agh!" Sakura groaned from the blows before reaching up, trying to grab hold of Sarabeth's head, holding it against her own. If successful she would get up to her feet... Before dropping down to perform a make shift stunner on the young lioness!

If the move worked however Sakura wouldn't be able to capitalize. Instead she would collapse backwards, holding her head, knees still under her form, far too dazed from the headbuts to continue any form of offense at the moment.

[Pegasus]

Sarabeth gasped as she was caught and Sakura hit a stunner which made Sarabeth fall on her back. Jessie slapped the apron shouting words of encouragement as Sarabeth saw Sakura having a little trouble adjusting her vision. She had an opportunity to counter and took her time recovering before she was ready to get back to her feet. Sarabeth ran at Sakura hoping to hit a Spin Kick to her gut hoping to bend her over. If that worked, Sarabeth would hook both of Sakura’s arms and go for a Double Underhook Backbreaker right across her left knee!

[Bare]

Sakura took a few deep breaths after managing to land that counter stunner on her opponent. It wasn't much but it created a bit of much separation that Sakura needed to catch her breath and recover slightly, even if it meant that Sarabeth similarly got the chance to recover. Turning over and getting up to her feet it appeared Sara wanted to take the initiative, running at Sakura and kicking her in the stomach! "Ngh!" Sakura gasped out, doubling forward, allowing Sara to hook her arms and pull them up before lifting her up!

Eyes widening as she recognized the danger Sakura went into action, throwing her legs down to try and throw her weight in that direct and pull herself back to the mat! If it managed to work than Sakura would attempt stand up while turning around with a grunt as she kept their arms hooked so now their backs were to each other. If that worked than Sakura would pull her arms forward, pressing Sara's back against her own before dropping to her knees and leaning forward, attempting to reverse things and get a pinfall attempt on Sarabeth via a backslide pin!

Sarabeth gasped as Sakura managed to shift herself downwards pressing their backs to one another. This was not fair in the slightest as Sakura seemed to have a counter for everything Sarabeth had. This former idol was not letting Sarabeth have her say in anything! Sakura went for a backslide pin, but Sarabeth quickly kicked out not even letting the referee get a moment to drop down for the count. The crowd was shocked as Sarabeth grabbed Sakura’s arms and went for a Ripcord Knee Strike to Sakura’s face! If that hit the former idol and Jobber, Sarabeth would hook the arms again looking for the Double Underhook Backbreaker on her left knee like she wanted to hit before!

Managing to narrowly escape Sarabeth's move Sakura moved to try and pull the woman down over her with a backslide pin, and while she managed to get it secured fairly easily it wouldn't last long as the girl kicked out before one! 'Shoot!' Sakura thought to herself, trying to get back up, only to feel her arms grabbed before getting pulled into a knee strike! "GAH!" Sakura cried out, completely stunned by the blow Sakura wouldn't be able to do anything as her arms were hooked and she was pulled up and off her feet! "AGH!" She'd cry out as her back slammed into Sarabeth's knee!
