Nozomi was also texted what Amy planned for her to do. She was at phase 1 right now “a moment please sir.” Nozomi wondered what that meant, she stretched out getting a good look at the place. She did wonder what the bed ring and the roulette wheel was for as she showed of her impressive flexibility. She’d not poke around as that would be rude and betray Amy’s trust and that’s the last thing she needed, a bad first impression. So the Keijo player kept her questions to herself as she stretched out and waited to begin. She did ask herself “what does drinks have to do with wrestling training?”

The trainer smiled as she came back to check on Nozomi and telling her, they ready to begin. She looked to be ordering traffic in the hallway meaning that is probably where a moment please sir would take place. Her trainee could not get more curious as Amy sets everything up : a small table, a chair, Amy's book that she was reading and then bringing in the hot drinks with an amused smile. She looked to casually try to set her up properly to start the phase 1 : Leaning Nozomi against the wall before slowly lowering her in a chair position... If her trainee did not figure out what Amy wanted by now well it was quite obvious but... There was an twist. '' Can you hold me those for an moment ? '' she says giving the hot coffee in one hand and the journal in the other teasing her as she adds up '' Careful don't drop it, is hot. '' warning her before sitting on the chair she brought casually siping on her tea, putting her drink aside and starting to read her book...This exercise went deeper than just doing the chair... It was an intimidation mind game battle as well testing her to see if Nozomi would crack under pressure and give up or rise as she still had her eyes on her.

Nozomi just let Amy guide her to the proper position to phase 1. Now things made sense, she’s gotta be slumped against the wall in chair position and hold the items she’s been given for as long as possible or until Amy has seen enough. Nozomi nods showing she understands and tries to clear her mind of all distractions. Hopefully she won’t have the mind that likes to wander and make her think of things or Amy won’t actively try to make her slip up, unless that was apart of the training.

Amy kindly gives her a smile as she quickly checks on her, sipping a little bit more of her tea and going back to the book. She was curious to see how far Nozomi was willing to go since to be honest... Most of her girls she had over the years actually hate a moment please sir... It is very demanding on the body. Then again... They all got to be ready to face this challenge if it shows up on the wheel... While Nozomi is not quite at that level yet, it is one of the 26 options that could possibly happen if you spin the wheel.

Nozomi had a feeling these items would be a hinderance and Amy staring right at her wasn’t helping much either. But she had to endure this there’d be harder to come. So Nozomi was trying to get into a zen state of mind, like she were meditating, while sitting against the wall. She wanted to show she could take it no matter how difficult or how strange the training got. For crying out loud Nozomi is known for a sport where you knock people into a pool like arena with only your boobs and butt. And that sport got crazy as she moved up the ladder. “Whatever method you’ll use to distract me, I’ll say this now Amy it won’t work.” She said giving challenge and showing her conviction. Not to say she couldn’t see why some students wouldn’t like this, that didn’t matter this is phase 1 so she’ll suck it up and do it.

The trainer casually sips her tea and resumes at reading her book not saying a word about it... She be soon to smile as Nozomi finally starts getting it... Why is she sitting on a chair, drinking her tea and reading a book while Nozomi can't do none of that... It was indeed to get inside her head... Mind games is something her trainee will have to go trough sooner or later so might as well get used to them now while training with Amy. She giggles hearing her out finally deciding to reply to that '' D--Distract you, how so ? I'm just trying to finish off this chapter, maybe once I'm done we can move on. '' She would say teasing her doing on purpose... She was wondering how her trainee was doing, most would already complain about it already but... Worst was still to come, this ain't nothing compare to on my way bob.

“I know there’s worse to come. I know you’re gonna put my body through hell, but what’s the point of complaining if I willingly came here for your training?” She’d say as she kept trying to keep herself against the wall. She’d understand if a lot of Amy’s other trainees hated this phase. It’s boring you just hold up items while sitting against a wall while Amy just goes about her business and occasionally tries to distract you. It’s the type of boring that could make minuets feel like hours and well that’s exactly what Nozomi is feeling but she can’t falter. She was going make it, she’ll show Amy she’s worth her time here. She’ll work hard and earn her respect. “We’ll I will say I can understand why some if not a lot of your trainees hate this.” She told her as she kept sitting against the wall waiting for Amy to call for it. Nozomi hopes that chapter isn’t a long one of else Nozomi is in trouble.

The Australian casually sips on her tea before keeping reading a few more pages... She would obviously also check out how Nozomi was handling herself over there... While she keeps reading her book... She smiles very amused once her trainee thinks that she might know why some of her other trainees hated a moment please sir '' O--Oh really, tell me then ? '' Amy would say casually keeping up with her book. There was indeed various reasons why her trainees hated this : from the hot coffee falling on them, the burning effect it has on the legs, lack of patience, it hurts, yep plenty of reasons... Even her top stars she built over the years knows how hard this phase can be on one legs. Valentine on her side she does pratice yoga so she knows how to let loose on difficult situations which made her think looking at Nozomi '' Y--You ever praticed yoga ? '' it seemed like a very precise aimed question since she was doing good. Then again good is relative as Nozomi still had half of the way to go to be done with this phase.

Nozomi saw Amy kept her cool calm demeanor then she asked why the others hated this exercise. “Well the boredom for one, you just sit here holding things. Then this is definitely hot coffee so if this spills it’ll burn like lava. Not to mention they’d have to clean up the spill. Also time just seems to slow down, like I don’t know how much has really passed.” She told in an honest and well meaning tone. Then Amy asked if she did yoga, well she’s close. “Well you’re close, not so much Yoga but I trained in gymnastics. I actually wanted to be in the Olympic gymnastics team for Japan, then Keijo was introduced to my life and the rest is history.” She said but Amy noticed there’s a part she left out cause the look on her face ent somber for a moment but she wouldn’t let that distract her. “Oh if you say my face it’s just well there’s more to it but I don’t know if I should tell you yet, we did just meet after all.” She said getting a soft smile back on her face. Bad memories wouldn’t distract her she can’t change the past but she can make a better future for herself and her family. It’s surprising for some when they realize Nozomi had a sad period in her life but respect how she doesn’t brood about it and looks to make a better future for herself.

Amy was a tiny bit curious as she says just that about the a moment please sir phase. '' Y--You have some points, you have some points but... Boring ? How so ? Are you trying to tell me that you are not feeling the burn yet ? '' she questions her cause obviously Nozomi was not allowed to use a chair just like her. She would casually sip on her almost finished tea and resume reading, her fuel was running on low but the chapter was moving forward, it was just an question of time... The Australian did keep listening to her as she mentions a little something that might of been hard on her trainee but she takes it pretty cool. '' M--Mmmh sure. You tell me once you feel ready. '' she says confidently, that no matter how long it takes for Nozomi to open up, Valentine still be there for her to land an ear or two. She kept her eyes on her trainee for an moment just to see if she was still holding up before resuming reading... After a little bit of silence and an moment she gives her a little heads up on the current progress of the chapter. '' Still hanging in there girl ? '' She would wait a little bit to add up '' We're almost there. '' In fact now it would mark the 75 % mark, leaving only 25 % to go and this phase chapter will finally end.
