Nozomi pushes back against Amy. She tried to envision it like a Keijo match. She knew stomachs wouldn’t be necessarily allowed but hey Amy had interesting methods of training.

The Australian did her best to keep up with her trainee not wanting to go down too easily but she kinda knew what she was getting herself into beforehand... Then again... There ain't no wrong throwing a bone once in a while during training, not everything needs to be done super intensly.

This one felt more fun. Just two girls horsing around with each other. Nozomi will admit she hasn’t used her stomach for this but it’s like Keijo so it’s close to her comfort zone.

The Australian kept hanging on, putting on a fight despite not being her strong point. Slowly such defence will start to decline but she was doing much better than expected... Then again Nozomi can't be compared to Bianca, one of her former trainees.

Nozomi felt that she was gaining ground. She pressed her advantage against her trainer.

After some more time... The Australian would find herself ejected but she seems to take it with a smile.

She said proud of herself. She was a Keijo prodigy. That’s one of her LAW nicknames. It shows right here even if they didn’t exactly do it Keijo style.

Nozomi: so what’s next?

She asked wanting to move right along.

The Australian would giggle about it trying to calm her down '' Follow my advice. Rest, maybe get a drink too is important. The On My Way Bob course is unforgivin for newcomers... You better be ready for hell. This is the real deal ! ''

“I came here prepared to stare hell in the face!” She said as she went to her gym bag and got her water looking to take a swig or two before they moved on. Hydration and pacing are very important in fitness.

Amy would slowly walk over to the starting line guiding Nozomi around the course... It was pretty safely padded, Amy thought of absolutely everything. If one had to fall, at least it would not be on hard concrete and they would bounce back instead.
