A debut to remember: Akari fujiyami vs Haganehime

Akari just barely saw the punch coming in time, and she tried to block it with her hands, but she didn't manage to in time. "GAHHHHHHHH!"she groaned, as the fist connected with her nose. She stumbled back a bit, holding her face. She would quickly recover however, and try to size up her situation a little, planning to just circle himeko and wait for her to move.

Himeko wasn't one for celebrating hits, but damn did it feel good to shut that girl up with her punch. She was far from a sadist, but it'd be a lie to say that Akari's pained cries didn't get a small smirk out of her. But she didn't let it distract her, immediately getting to her feet in quick order, watching Akari started to pace around the Princess.

Himeko wasn't going to let her momentum stop here. She rushed forward again, her arms reaching out to grab at Akari's shoulders and hopefully pull her in for a skull-shaking headbutt.

Akari smiled, as she sidestepped Himeko. She had expected the girl to get cocky and aggressive, and knew that playing it defensive was the smart thing to do. She giggled, and stepped back, slamming her elbow into Himekos back. "getting a little ahead of ourselves, aren't we?" she asked, smiling. If the elbow connected, she would start to get on top of Himeko to get into an advantageous ground position.

"Tch," Himeko's hands only grabbed air, missing her target and she staggering forward. It was a bad position to be in, now right behind Akari and open for punishment. "Grh!" And the sharp strike at her back was the price she paid, her eyes narrowing at the pain as she hit the canvas on her stomach. And she didn't even have long to push past the hit, Akari started to try and mount her the moment she hit the ground, now atop her back. Dammit! She gritted her teeth, doing her best to squirm and break out of the bad position.

Akari smirked. She had himeko right were she wanted her now. She climbed on top of the girl, and pressed her knee between her shoulder blades, grabbing hold of her arms. She smirked, locking in a powerful joint lock that would put heavy strain on himekos arms and shoulders. Her muscles began to tense, and she began to pull, applying pressure, like she had done to countless jiu jitsu opponents before. "How's that feel?" she asked, smiling.

Akari wasted no time in putting Himeko through the wringer. The moment she was on the ground her opponent went to work in stretching and bending her arms and shoulders in a painful lock that had her joints screaming. Himeko gritted her teeth, eyes narrowed as the pain started to set in. The most she could manage in defiance was kicking her legs about in stubborn resistance. As annoying as it was to admit, this girl had talent in her arm. But still the Princess refused to give Akari the satisfaction of her screams.

"Go to... hell," She snarled out, desperately trying to shaking and move her hips to loosen Akari's grip and position.

Akari smiled. "But what if im aleady there?" She asked, continuing to twist himekos arms, and shoulder blades. Her arms muscles began to get thicker as she stretched, exerting themselves more and more. She felt himeko start to struggle, but this was one of those moments where her experience with submissions came in handy, allowing her to easily stay on top of the snow haired girl.

"Grk!" The hold didn't get lighter and Himeko's struggling did little to get Akari unbalanced. It was worse than sparring with Nanase, Akari's taunts not helping in the matter. "Ghhhn..." She still had a pray thought. Akari might have Himeko's arms and shoulders, but she could still at least move her hips and legs. And with that bit of freedom she could inch her way forward like a slug toward the ropes.

And with that thought in mind she pushed forward, pushing her hips up with her knees and sliding herself forward. She might not be able to touch the ropes, but getting her head past them should do... if she could endure the pain.

Akari smirked. This girl really thought she could endure this hold enough to get to the ropes. She smiled, brushed a light sheen of sweat off her face, and drew it tighter, hoping to stop haganime in her tracks! Her muscles continued to bulge as she worked haganimes arms, not realizing that the girl was going forward with her legs!

The pain was getting to an excruciating point. No, it was less actual pain and more just a droning numbness of Himeko's joints with slight jolts of pain when Akari tightened the lock further and further. But the Princess continued nudging her away forward, crawling like a damn worm to reach those ropes, eyes narrowed and near bloodshot with rage at the humiliation of doing so. The second I'm out of this-! She gritted her teeth, nudging every closer to the ropes. And seemed Akari paid little mind to the movement. Just a bit-

With three more scoots forward, Himeko's head was just a touch past the ropes. And thankfully the referee was actually attentive to let Akari know.

"Okay, rope break!"
