Nuo nodded, laying on the mat with her knees still in the air for Thereisa said "start". Nuo was confused about the situation but Thereisa grabbed her by the hand and pulled her back on her feet as she lead her into a room. It looked interesting with their own private room with a ring inside and everything for them to train.

"Y-yeah..." Nuo nodded, distracted by the large room while her hand being held by her training partner. Attempting to let go of Thereisa's hand that was holding hers as she gave a small gentle pull. "Y-you can let go now..."

Thereisa after literally dragging the poor woman with her to another room away from the other gym goers. She more annoyed and upset that they would gawk at Nuo outside instead of her skill as a wrestler, thinking on what to do next before feeling the pull on her hand seeing they she didn't let go of the woman hand in hers.

"Sorry about that... Just the people in the gym were starting to annoy me..." letting go of the woman hand as she makes her way over and slides into the ring. Rubbing her shoulder a bit before turning to face Nuo and gives the woman a grin "So the plan for training I'm going to have you is to Body slam me to the mat alright." she says while leaning against the ring rope eager to see if the woman would be able to lift her up.

Nuo was excited, happy to train with someone who looked experienced but way tougher as if having a match with Thereisa would go completely one sided. She followed Thereisa to the ring only to have her partner slide into the ring and ask her to body slam her to the ground. "W-what..?" Nuo weakly chuckled, climbing inside the ring as she crouched down to go between the middle and bottom ropes.

"I don't think I can do that..." Nuo blushed, embarrassed to give up right off the bat as the large woman wanting her to body slam her. There was no way she could lift the large woman off the floor but didn't want to disappoint her.

"Sorry for this..." Nuo apologized as she approached to Thereisa, hoping her plan works as she stood in front of her partner. Her leg wrapped around Thereisa's as it went behind her while her arm tried to reach for the tall woman's neck for it to wrap around. Hoping to go for not a body slam but to try and trip the large woman by weakening her legs as support and have her fall on her back as Nuo's arm try to push her to the ground.

Thereisa smacks her forehead seeing what Nuo just did and said. Shaking her head a little bit disappointed in the other woman for not even trying to attempt it. But keeping her comment's she wants to make to herself and wait's to see what she has planned on taking her to the mat. Or if she has a plan at all to do it.

"Don't be sorry just do it Take me to the ground... You need to be bold and daring. Or if you need to take a risk do it." she tells the young woman wanting to teach her that sometimes you have to take risks to get the rewards. But seeing what Nuo is doing and her leg stumbles a bit from being caught.

Collecting her balance again she stares at Nuo and start's to point out what she did wrong. "Not bad to go after my leg but you need to kick them hard to make them feel it. Also before this training is done you bitch your little ass is going to try and body slam me... Or I'm going to body slam you into the swimming pool." a confident but challenging grin is on her face.

Nuo jumped a bit, Thereisa was kind of scary the more she thinks about what was happening as she gave a grin at the masked woman. But there was no time to think as she was threaten to be body slammed in the swimming pool which Nuo didn't understand at first.

Thereisa said something about going for the legs was not bad but all Nuo need to do was to go for a kick if she want the tall woman to go down. She followed her instructions, planning to have Thereisa taken down from behind as made her way behind the large woman. Hoping to kick the back of Thereisa's leg and attempt to try and go for a bulldog to use her weight to try and pull Thereisa down on the mat.
