Sha headed straight to the locker room after making plans with Sierra, wanting to retrieve proper equipment like gloves and pads. She dug through the gym bag in her locker and started to gather what she needed. While she did she thought about what the upcoming spar would be like. The red clad Egyptian thought back to her past bouts with Sierra, what had worked against her and what hadn't. No doubt her friend had learned some new tricks over the years but so had Sha. The red clad twin realized how silly it was to be this excited over a simple training session but so couldn't help herself.

"Hey Sha."

Sha blinked in surprise and turned to see her twin sister Nha leaning against the lockers, dressed in a workout outfit that was just as skimpy as Sha's own. Her identical face was smiling sweetly.

"Nha!" greeted with uncharacteristic exuberance before walking up to her twin. "You'll never guess who I ran into."

"Sierra?" Nha answered without a beat. "From Cairo?"

Sha again blinked in surprise. "How did-?"

"I just ran into her. I was surprised as well to find her here. She said you two were going to have a spar?" Sha nodded slowly and Nha smiled apologetically. "Sorry, sis. Sierra had to run off. Some kind of family emergency. She didn't really go into detail. We barely even had time to say hi to one another. But she told me to tell you that she'd be happy to spar with you tomorrow." At the news Sha visibly deflated, unable to hide her disappointment.

"Oh.....well, that's fine, I guess..." Sha muttered crossing her muscular arms. Any excitement she had been feeling earlier slowly drained from her body. Finding Sierra again was great but the prospect of sparring with her again was like a dream come true. Now that it was no longer happening Sha suddenly found herself very unmotivated. "Hey, uh, do you mind if I head home? I know you just got here but-"

"(It's fine,)" Nha said in Egyptian with a kind smile. "I still want to work out. You go home, get started on lunch. I have a feeling I'm......going to work up an appetite." Nha would then head to her own locker and pull her gym bag out of it. "See you at home!" Nha called backwards before heading out into the gym, with Sha giving a small wave goodbye in response before she started to chage out of her workout clothes.

Nha, meanwhile, would not head for any of the machines or the weights like she had just told her twin she was about to do. Instead she moved breezily through the gym, her perfect ass swaying the entire way, earning the gaze of many onlookers. The blue clad Egyptian paid them no mind. There was only one destination she had in mind: the back rooms of the gym that contained privatized rings. There were several doors containing several rings but Nha knew just the one she was looking for. Finding her door Nha would turn the handle and slip inside, closing it behind her. Her blue lips curled into a devious smile when she lay eyes upon who was waiting in the ring.

"(Hello........Sierra.)"

Reserving a private ring was easy, the already thin crowd were beginning to filter out of the gym, their workouts done and other things to go about her day. Once she had sighed her name and labeled which ring she was using, she stepped inside the barren room and slipped into the ring. There wasn’t much to the room, besides the ring in the middle there was just a few weights to the side and the mats surrounding the ring.

Sierra slipped inside before hopping up to her feet, a smile on her face as she felt her blood beginning to pump at the upcoming battle. It had been years since Sierra and Sha had done battle and Sierra knew that her friend most likely had plenty of new material to use against her, but that was fine because Sierra had some moves she was now dying to use against her friend.

Thoughts and strategies kept running through the Egyptians head as she stretched and limbered herself up that she didn’t realize the door behind her had opened. When she heard it close she smiled and was about to make a joking comment about Sha’s supposed speed when she heard a voice softly greet her in her native tongue that made her freeze. A voice that wasn’t Sha’s.

Turning around Sierra’s eyes widened when she saw that her friend Sha wasn’t there but instead Sha’s Sister, Nha. ”(Nashwa.)” Sierra replied after a moment of silence, using Nha’s real name instead of her nickname. Sierra saw that Sha’s sister was wearing a blue training outfit that seemed to show more skin than even Sha’s and the blue twins eyes looked to have a mischief in them that reminded her of their childhood, when Nha would get them into trouble.

“(It’s good to see you. I was just speaking to Sha, she’s about to come so we could have a spar. Is she almost ready? I swear she can take a long time getting ready for a fight you know?)” Sierra joked but internally she was seriously beginning to wonder where her friend was. It’s not like her to just wander off when the prospect of a great fight comes up.

Upon entering the gym not to long ago Nha had been greeted with the surprising sight of her sister Sha engaged in conversation with someone. While Sha taking the time to talk with anyone was surprising in itself she was even more shocked to see it was their old friend Sierra she was speaking to. Just like her twin, Nha had not seen Sierra in years and was floored by the fact she was in the LAW gym. Unlike her twin, however, Nha had opted to hide behind a piece of workout equipment and listen in on their conversation. From that Nha learned what Sierra had been doing, where she had been, and what she was doing here now.

More importantly, she learned that Sierra still had a weakness that as a younger girl Nha loved to exploit.

When Nha closed the door behind her there would be an audible 'click', the sound of the door being locked. No one would be getting in very easily. Or out for that matter. "(Wow,)" Nha chuckled as she approached the ring, swaying her hip with every step, looking every bit as sexy as she herself felt. "(No one has called me that in a long time. It certainly has been awhile, Sierra.)"

Approaching the practice ring Nha would set her gym bag upon the ring apron. Then in a single motion she would jump upon it before slowly sliding her way through the ropes. She would then be within the ring with her old friend. "Yes, I heard about your spar," Nha mentioned slipping easily into English, slowly and methodically approaching Sierra. "You two going right back at it, huh? So cute. But I'm afraid Sha had run. Something came up, unfortunately. She told me to tell you that'll you'll have to reschedule." Nha's lies dripped from her mouth like honey and soon she was standing right in front of Sierra, looking up at the bigger woman with devious eyes. Like a predator eyeing a piece of meat.

"You've certainly become quite the woman, Sierra," Nha purred, running her eyes along the woman's chiseled form. "You must be quite the fighter now. No doubt you have many.....admirers." Nha would slowly began to run her soft fingers along the long length of Sierra's muscular arm, fixing the woman with a smile as she did so.

When Sierra heard the door click shut she had assumed her friend had finally come in for their spar. When she turned around to greet her however, she was shocked to find that Sha wasn’t the one who entered the room but instead her sister Nha. Sha had told Sierra earlier that Nha was coming but the Egyptian would have thought that her friend wouldn’t be far behind but instead it was just her and the blue twin.

Another thing that was ringing bells inside Sierra’s head was the fact that the click she heard wasn’t from the door closing. It was instead the sound of the lock being primed and sealing the two of them in and away from any would be interrupters. But in Sierra’s mind, that also meant her friend and soon to be sparring partner was also locked out of the room, even when she suggested Sierra reserve the ring, confusing the amazon even more.

Nearing the ropes to get a better look at her friends sister who she hadn’t seen in years, Sierra had to admit that Nha certainly expanded her looks since she last saw her. The blue twin had always been beautiful when they were younger but now she seemed extraordinary and Sierra could see that Nha knew it too as she strutted her way up to the ring before sliding her way.

When Nha began to tell her about why Sha wasn’t coming, the Egyptians eyes scrunched up in confusion. In the time that she knew her, Sha would always prioritize a fight over anything else. So to hear that she had to focus on a sudden emergency was strange to Sierra’s ears. But it had been years since she last saw her friend, things could always change.

But some things stayed the same as well as Sierra suddenly feel a small bit of heat rise up in her cheeks at Nha’s complement about her body and asked her if she had any admirers. ”A few I’m sure, but I never really focused on it. I was more busy with my fighting career, y—you know. Sierra stuttered at the tail end of her sentence as she felt the tickle of Nha’s finger trailing up her bicep before quickly stepping away from the blue twins reach.

When they were younger Nha delighted in making Sierra uncomfortable with her not so subtle advances. Back then the bigger woman had little to no experience when it came to her own sexuality, and judging by how she tensed and pulled away from Nha's teasing touch, not much had changed. It was a realization that brought all kinds of wicked ideas springing to Nha's calculating mind. The long haired twin smiled up at Sierra, not phased by her reluctance to her touch. "Same old Sierra," Nha chuckled. "All work and no play. It seems you never took my advice when it came to letting your hair down."

Nha would begin to circle Sierra, wanting to get a good look at her old friend from top to bottom, regardless of how she felt about it. As she recalled Sierra was always good looking but in those intervening years she had become quite the specimen of a woman. Taunt muscles seemed to be on display over every inch of her body, making her look powerful and intimidating. Well, intimidating to anyone who didn't know her, which Nha most certainly did. To the blue clad Egyptian, the woman before her looked like piece of fruit that had finally become ripe.

"Tell you what," Nha would say as she circled Sierra like a lioness. "Since Sha isn't going to be able to make it why don't you and I spar instead? How long has it been since you and I went at it, hm? It could be our way of......catching up."

Nha would soon stop in front of Sierra again, fixing her with that same sweet smile. "Unless you're.....too afraid to face me again? If so, that's okay. I wouldn't want to make you do anything you're uncomfortable with..."

When Sierra spoke about Nha’s antics to Sha, she was talking about things like this. Nha always liked to get close to people in more...subtle ways and a lot of time those people included her. Sha was a great help in getting Sierra to come out of her shell just as she had done the same for her, but the Egyptian would sometimes still get embarrassed by Nha’s actions.

As she traveled across the world Sierra had definitely improved from the young trainee she was back in Cairo. Her body and mind were testaments to those facts, but the one thing that didn’t change was her shyness to sex. She had it before but that was when she was blackout drunk and now that she thought about it, Nha may have had something to do with that but she was probably overthinking it.

So when Nha offered to fight her instead due to Sha’s sudden emergency, Sierra found herself slightly hesitant. With Sha she knew that her friend would put up a brutal but honest fight, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. With Nha however, Sierra didn’t know how she grew as a fighter. From the way she moved and talked, circling her like a lioness finding a lonesome giraffe, she favored LAW’s more soft side of the ring.

But Sierra wasn’t a coward especially after Nha’s not so subtle taunt. ”alright, fine. What sort of rules do you want? Submission? Knockout?” Sierra asked as she backed away towards a corner, slightly bouncing on the balls of her feet as she waited for the blue twins answer.

Getting into people's heads was a specialty of Nha's and in the case of Sierra it was almost too easy to do so. Maybe because of their shared history or maybe because in many ways she was similar to Sha. Either way, Nha knew Sierra was going to say yes to her spar offer even before she did. The woman was too proud to say no to an offered challenge. Even if it was from someone she had reason to be suspicious with.

Smirking in satisfaction when Sierra did what was expected Nha clapped her hands together. "Perfect! This will be a great chance for us to reconnect." When Sierra bounced off to her respective corner Nha would do the same with her own. She began a process of simple stretches having just arrived at the gym not too long ago. Placing one of her long tanned legs on the top rope to stretch it out Nha would be caught off guard at Sierra's question.

"Rules?" Nha repeated. With her devious plan in mind Nha had never even considered such things as rules, but she quickly tried to hide herself behind a good natured laugh. "Oh right! Rules! Of course! Um, how bout just a standard bout between friends? All the usual......rules and everything."

Once Nha decided she was ready she would begin walking to the center of the ring. If she was nervous about the upcoming clash she certainly wasn't showing it. She strolled across the ring as if she owned it, the smile never leaving her lips. Once she was in position she would crouch in place and raise her arms at the ready. "Ding ding," she said with a chuckle. "Your move, Sierra...."

There were a lot of questions floating through Sierra’s mind at the moment. Why did Sha suddenly flake on her when she clearly was excited for the match? How did Nha seem to know exactly where Sierra was of Sha was in such a rush? Or finally, why was Nha so eager to face off against her? Usually back when they were younger, the blue twin was happy to terrorize the rest of the gym while she and Sha sparred against one another. The times that they did spar were usually on Nha’s terms.

Did this make her a bad fighter, absolutely not. Sierra would even say that Nha was on the same level as she and her sister. The only difference was that she liked to train using more unorthodox methods than the red the two powerhouses. Sierra couldn’t help but ponder these questions as she watch Nha stretch in the corner. Her body much more lithe and toned than Sierra and Sha’s muscled bound frames.

Sierra’s question strangely seemed to catch the girl in blue off guard for a split second but Sierra just assumed that Nha was too busy in her stretches to think about it. When she answered her Sierra nodded at the choice, standards pins and submissions worked fine for her. So with Nha’s playful bell ring. Sierra stepped away from her corner and began to circle her new opponent.

After a moment or two of circling, Sierra would move forward and try to tie up with Nha in a classic collar and elbow tie up. If it worked she would use her strength to push Nha backwards and towards the ropes where she would press her friend against them. If all went well, then Sierra would suddenly back away and try to sling Nha across the ring in an Irish whip before crouching down and preparing for her rebound.

With their spar now officially underway the two Egyptians circled each other cautiously, probing each other out for any weaknesses. Once again Nha was all smiles as she danced with Sierra in the ring. It certainly took her back to old times when they sparred as inexperienced younger fighters. Their styles were quite different then as they probably are now. Whatever was going on in the blue twin's head was known only to her but it was clear that she had more in mind here than just a simple practice bout. For now though she would focus on what was in front of her, and what was in front of her was a very strong, very competitive woman.

Arms still raised at the ready Nha saw Sierra go in for a simple grapple. She returned it in full, wanting to test the waters and see just what she was up against. Locking up with her taller opponent Nha grunted from the effort, pressing against Sireaa as much as she could. Still managed a light laugh. "Try not to go easy on me, Sierra," Nha whispered. "Because I won't be going easy on you!"

Even though Nha was struggling against Sierra there was no chance she was going to win a contest of raw physical power. When her opponent pushed forward Nha as forced backwards, further and further until her back pressed against the ropes. Nha grinned at the turn of events, finding it a bit thrilling to be so easily womanhandled but such a strong woman.

But Sierra wouldn't keep her there long. With a surprised yelp Nha was send rushing into the opposite ropes with an Irish whip. Instinct kicked in and she turned and bounced her back against the ropes so she was sent running at Sierra at increased speed. No doubt her old friend had something in mind for her return but this was something Nha was prepared for. Just when it seemed like she would go running into Sierra's arms Nha would suddenly slip downwards and try to perform a baseball-like slide between the woman's legs so she would end up behind her instead! If this worked Nha would immediately attempt to grab both of Sierra's ankles and yank her feet out from under her so she would fall forward on her face!

Even if it had been years since she had last seen the twins, Sierra didn’t languish and laze about while her two friends grew and became more and more experienced in the squared circle. When they were younger, Sierra was always the physically strongest of the three, with Sha Coming up in a close second. Her time traveling had only increased her strength to even newer heights.

So when she tied her arms up with Nha’s own in the lock up she didn’t waste any time in showing Nha the fruits of her labor as she slowly but easily pushed the blue twin back towards the ropes. Nha struggled at first but quickly gave ground as Sierra’s strength was too much and soon enough Sierra had her pressed against the ropes. In spite of it all, Nha was still able to make jokes about her situation, just like when they were kids.

Heh! Who said anything about going easy blue?! Besides this is only a friendly little spar right!” Sierra shouted in response before pulling back and yanking Nha along with her before slingshotting her across the ring in an Irish whip. Sierra quickly bent low and prepared to catch her friend on her rebound so that she could maybe pick her up and slam her back down onto the canvas in a powerful spine buster.

Only that’s not what happened as Nha ran back towards Sierra, the blue twin would suddenly drop to the canvas and baseball slide between the bigger Egyptians legs. Before Sierra had time to turn around, she felt Nha grab onto her ankles until she suddenly had the floor sweeped our from underneath her. “Whoa!” Sierra would shout before suddenly pitching forward and falling chest first onto the canvas. The fall knocked some wind out of her, but it didn’t take long for Sierra to try and start climbing back to her feet.
