Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
"hahah you didn't ask" Elena said laughing as she would put alot more chili on her taco. she looked at Yuki and smiled at her friend as she never really had a friend younger then she was. she was glad they both could cut loose and be to formal. "yeah made extra's to for when i want to eat tacos again but dont want to remake them." Elena laughed.
Elena would do a quick prier having been in a christian family. "sorry about that old habits die hard " Elena smiled as they stated eating. she would eat her tacos having just the right amount of everything it tasted very good to her and the chili made it hot that made her tongue tingled

Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
"Oh, don't worry," Yuki said, even as Elena had cut herself off from offering a prayer. She had already partaken in her own pre-meal traditions, so she was hardly one to judge if Elena wanted to do the same. Besides, whether or not the two of them had any differences in style or upbringing, they were still friends. Yuki could recognize that, and she wasn't about to let anything get in the way of that.
Following Elena's lead she began eating, and a smile soon spread over her face as she set down the taco she had just taken the first bite out of. "It's delicious," she said, starting to the rice. "You're a very good cook..." Yuki set to her food, eating quickly and voraciously. Despite her small size, Yuki had an appetite that could catch people off-guard - and she would soon become aware of that, as she paused, offering a bow to Elena as she blushed. "Oh, sorry-! I don't mean to rush you...I was just hungry. I'm so busy, I don't often get the chance to sit down to a meal like this..."

Elena smiled as she would eat to and smile glad her mom taught her everything she knew about cooking. she would eat happily enjoying that Yuki was really enjoying her food. As the girl apologize Elena was Mid bite on her last taco she would put her taco down and laughed. "don't worry about it i remember how it is when i was in mexico" she smiled
"we tend to be to focus on training and not really enjoying the time to sit down and eat a home cooked meal right?" Elena asked Yuki as she would smile. "I'm happy you really liked my food Yuki." Elena smiled happily as she would go back to finishing her food happily.

Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
Yuki nodded to Elena again. At first, she might have been afraid that her host was going to take exception to her table manners, but luckily, the white-haired girl understood where she was coming from. Yuki's shoulders deflated and a smile came to her face, reassured. Not only was Elena not upset, she had seen another point the two women had in common. Something they could bond over.
"Yeah, pretty much!" Yuki said. "And beyond that, I have school, too. Training and making my booked dates is bad enough, but I also need to keep up with my studies. Sometimes, I don't get home until late and I just pass out in my bed...but I do appreciate getting to sit down and take it slow like this. Thank you."
As she spoke, Yuki felt herself overcome with curiosity. She reached over for the chili, going to put more on her taco as she kept up the conversation. "I have to say, though, what's it like being so far from home? Me, if a show's in Tokyo I can just take the train over from Yokohama, but I can't imagine what it must be like coming here from overseas..."

Elena smiled as she finished her food and would listen to Yuki nodded to her. "yeah i understand that sorta well i wasn't in school when i was wrestling befor it was after i graduated High school. my parents wanted me to finish high school but i was training a lot before wrestling. " elena smiled as she would finished her rice.
"it is lonely when but its not the first time really Yuki i moved from colorado all the way to mexico so i was pretty far from my family any ways it was in a town that i didn't had any family in so i had to really learn how to take care of my self im thankful my mom taught me to cook and clean up after my self. "she smiled at Yuki. "tho i will admit i miss them alot we talk on emails since if we can't really call each other unless they cant sleep or i can't sleep. "she laughed softly. and calling a day after my families birthday is gunna be crazy cause time zone were a day ahead here i think' she laugh and looked at yuki.
"i take it you liked the chili huh?" she giggles happily.

Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
"I see..." Yuki said, continuing as she ate. "My parents thought it was just me going through a chuuni phase at first, when I started going to the gym and training. I took a class in it, and I started trying out at smaller shows. It was tough at first, but I never gave up, and I kept getting better and better. I couldn't turn back then. Sure, it got hard to balance, but it was worth it."
Then, as she went on, she paused to listen closer to Elena's story. She scooted a little closer, finding herself growing more and more engrossed in what she was telling her the more she went on. "Whoah...you had to go all the way to Mexico? You've been all around...I've never even left the country, and even then, Japan isn't that big. I can't imagine going that far, and being away so long..." She put some more chili onto her tacos as she listened, not really paying attention. "I at least get to see my family every morning at breakfast. I'm sorry to hear you can't keep in touch, but it's nice that you still find a way. Tell them I said hi, okay?"
As Elena mentioned the chili, Yuki's attention was brought back into the moment as she looked down to see the meat slathered in it. "Oh-!" she said. "Yes, it's very good. You're a good cook...I just thought I might as well see what it's like." She lifted the taco back to her lips and took a bite...and then, she was reminded that she hadn't been paying attention to how much chili she had been adding. Instantly, her mouth seemed like it was on fire, and she jumped back, setting the taco down. "G-GAH-! Sorry, I...well, you weren't kidding!"

Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
Elena nodded to yuki as the spoke about chuuni " um waht? chuuni? my parents thought i wasn't serious to but i was haha" she smiled at yuki " yeah good idea always train your self before actually joining and take a bit of lesson to prepare right?" Elena asked as she smiled happily.
"yeah i did i joined a lucha libre circuit and was pretty good i had to start off with loses tho but i got better and better and soon i won more that they out weigh my loses" She smiled. "tho it was hard finding a good place tho for reasons pesos where cheaper then an american dollar but not like your yen tho haha " she laughed softly and looked at Yukis taco as it was covered in chili.
"wait yuki i think its better if i-" befor she could finish yuki ate it and she would see the reaction going to the fridge and got a class of milk. "drink this it will cool dont a bit. " Elene said and took Yukis taco and ate it. "whew that hot .." she said smiling she said it was hot and it only made Elenas eyes water. " thank you mom for teaching me this chili." she laughed.

Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
"Oh, sorry," Yuki said, realizing Elena's confusion and moving to clarify. "In Japan, there's this phenomenon called chuunibyo. Basically, a lot of teenagers go through a phase where they act like they're someone different than who they really are, for attention or to stand out. And...well, I wanted to become a wrestler. But in my case, it ended up lasting longer, and driving me forward, and I kept trying to reach higher and higher levels. And...well, now I'm here." She smiled a little as she thought back on her life, and all the steps that had led her to this point. Yuki truly had come a long way.
She could see that Elena had come a long way, too. Yuki was listening intently to all she had to say as she ate, letting herself be drawn into her story. But in doing so she wasn't paying attention to how much chili she was putting on her taco - until she had actually taken a bite, and her mouth was suddenly on fire. Luckily, Elena was there to take care of the matter, as she took the plate and passed Yuki a glass of milk. The brunette quickly downed it before leaning forward on the table with a contented sigh.
"Thanks," Yuki explained, "I needed that." Then, she looked up to see Elena eat the taco for her, and she had to stare a little. If Elena could eat all that, even if she did let out a few tears...Yuki had to say she was impressed, if not somewhat intimidated. She knew she couldn't have done that herself. "Whoah, are...you all right?"

Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
"oh I see so like that GASTER girl or something thats interesting when i was a teen i was busy working a part time job" she laughed as she would eat the taco she was tearing up as she hear yuki ask her if she was okay. she would cough abit "yeah ...whew im okay haha ...it was very hot tho haha but i been eating chilli for a long time if i cant handle this much i should be ashamed. "Elena smiled brightly to yuki.
after a bit she would drink her drink. "milk does cool down hte heat tho huh?" Elena asked. "next time just watch how much you put in tho so glad it wasn't my dads chilli i made haha then i wouldn't have been able to eat the taco to." she laughe again. "so chuunin is basidly a phase that teens here go though i guess like watching to much anime or something they let there imaginations go wild must feel silly when they go past the phase. "she laughed

Re: Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)
"Yeah, I suppose you could say something like that. Trying to act like a supervillain definitely falls into that category." Yuki looked back with a bit of a chuckle. While she had never gotten to face GASTER in the ring herself, the eccentric lightweight was certainly a well-known figure around LAW for her personality and...peculiar antics. But she had shown herself capable of backing it up with her wrestling skills all the same, and Yuki wouldn't balk at the chance to compete against her one day.
She nodded to Elena, listening along with her story. At the same time, she had to look off a bit as Elena brought up watching too much anime. Perhaps now wouldn't be the time to mention she was a bit of a fan herself - though, of course, her busy schedule had kept her from getting caught up. "It sounds about right. Technically, though, wrestling was my part time job back then, you could say. Once I was serious about it, at least. I did get booked and paid for it. Here in Japan, at least, it's not uncommon for wrestlers to start young on the smaller circuits. A lot of wrestlers got their start their way." She giggled a little as she sat back in her chair; even if she had finished her meal, the conversation she was having was pleasant enough. "It's funny to think, I'm younger than you and I'm already a two-year veteran. Closing in on my third, actually."
