Ruby Rose vs Danielle Degardin: A lesson to be learned

Ruby would actually take this time to be a show woman. Ruby always liked the part of wrestlers that made it a show and not a fight, if that makes sense? In her head it did. Regardless of that fact, Ruby would tighten the hold on Danielle jerking her body to the side. Careful Danielle I don't want to hurt you here Ruby said with a cocky tone in her voice. Adding insult to injury Ruby would send a swift knee upwards at Danielle's stomach.

The knee to her stomach was only meant to pacify her, if it landed Ruby would be able to keep in the headlock with one arm. This was needed to that Ruby would raise her other arm and get a cheer from the audience. Ruby would start to walk around with the headlock in place show boating her strength

Dani had believed that her predicament couldn't get any worse. But she believed that a few seconds ago too, and the universe was continuing to prove her wrong, as she continued to be humbled and beaten down by a girl who was clearly her physical inferior. The fact that Ruby was still taunting her about this only made her angrier. Ruby had only managed to get such a good position over Danielle by her own dumb luck, surely, and it was long overdue for her to correct the issue.

Of course, that would be difficult when the wind was knocked out of her - as it was when Ruby brought her knee up into Danielle's gut, causing her to cough and gag as she fell silent once again, crumpling over the smaller girl's leg. With this, she would allow Ruby the opportunity to drag her around the ring, hoisting her arm up in triumph as though she had already won. It was absolutely sickening - and the sheer insulting nature of the spectacle was what was motivating Danielle to fight back! Shaking herself free of the haze about her head, Dani grit her teeth and struggled harder against Ruby's grip to try and dislodge herself. If that didn't work, though, she had other plans - namely, in bringing her hand up to grab at Ruby's thigh and squeeze, hoping that by digging her nails into the flesh, Ruby would be shaken enough to relinquish her hold whether she wanted to or not!

Ruby was in her own world now, she literally had her opponent where she wanted. There was little to nothing she could do to win get out of this hold. Well that is what the hubris told her. Even with kneeing Danielle in the stomach to hold her still, she still fought back. Ruby would be suprised to her opponent be so resilient.

With Ruby making her show, this was the time that Danielle tried to struggle even more to get out of the hold. Ruby would put her other arm back into the head lock to make sure Danielle wouldn't get out. Danielle though had different plans electing to moving her hands to Ruby's thigh and squeezing it. At first Ruby thought it was just her opponent trying to hold on longer. That was when Danielle started to dig her nails into Ruby's thigh. This caused Ruby to let out a small painful shout. The pain would be enough for Ruby to let go of Danielle, but pushing her to the side to create some space between them.

Danielle, in all her boastfulness, liked to present herself as the greatest wrestler in the world. That her natural beauty, talent, and grace was only part of the complete package, and that she would naturally have perfect grappling skills as well. This belied the fact that she, in truth, couldn't wrestle very well at all, and had only gotten into LAW by virtue of her looks and her family's wealth and influence.

But Dani had to back herself up some way or another to get to where she was now. And she was no stranger to fighting dirty! It looked like now was the time that called for that, as in grabbing Ruby's thigh and sinking her nails into it, she forced the girl to release her and stumble back. Danielle, too, was shaken from the experience. She shook the cobwebs out of her head, hissing in frustration; there was no way such a talentless upstart brat could be this effective against her. But she spun back around to face Ruby, her eyes narrowed in a glare. She could make sure she would pay!

"You insolent imp!" Danielle shouted, going to charge back towards Ruby. As she came closer, she extended her forearm, going to hit her with a clothesline to keep her stunned!

Ruby would be holding her thigh in pain. She did not think that Danielle would resort to a move like that. Isn't that illegal? Is what Ruby thought to herself as she held her leg. Minor groans came from it, it was not anything to major but it was enough for Ruby to at least let go of Danielle.

With that being said with Danielle released she would get herself ready to attack Ruby. Seeing as how she embarrassed Ruby in front of an audience, Danielle would run at Ruby looking to hit her with a clothesline to knock her on her back. GAH Ruby grunted as the blow landed knocking Ruby on her back on the mat

Things were, at last, starting to swing back in Danielle's favor, as they well should have a long time ago. The redhead couldn't complain, though - as long as she got to rightfully dominate this foolish, insipid girl, it would all be well worth the trouble it had been to get her there. She charged for Ruby, arm extended to take her down, and the lightweight had gone down to her back, taken off her guard. Danielle smiled to herself with a cruel satisfaction as she looked down to see Ruby sprawled out on the floor. The perfect place for her, she thought to herself.

Striding over to Ruby's side with a swing of her hips as though she was still walking the catwalk, Danielle stood tall above the fallen girl, putting her hands on her hips and tracing them down her thighs to show off to the crowd - although she would be disappointed with the chilly reception she got, as she was far from a fan favorite in anyone's book. Huffing to herself, Dani nonetheless turned back to her opponent. "I suppose you get this a lot...but how's the weather down there?" she taunted. Raising her foot, Danielle brought it down onto Ruby's throat, looking to choke her out by stepping right on her neck!

Okay, Ruby would be honest and think to herself (Yeah... kinda got ahead of myself). Ruby would be groaning on the mat in pain after Danielle decided to send her crashing down to the mat. Now she was basically at the mercy of her opponent. Not the best spot she wants to be in. While Ruby was stuck licking her wounds Danielle, on the other hand, would use this chance to hurt Ruby.

Danielle would do a little show in the ring over Ruby to show some dominance. Though it was not like the reception was the best, Danielle would once again be upset at the reaction and finally, go to Ruby. Taunting Ruby for being on the ground, while also making fun of her height. It did not take long for Danielle to put her foot on Ruby's neck choking her. Ruby now gagging for air trying to remove the foot from her neck.

If the crowd didn't hate Danielle already, now it was becoming quite clear that everyone in the arena would want nothing better than to see the obnoxious redhead get her comeuppance. Taking the low road, Danielle taunted Ruby about the difference in their sizes, and if that wasn't bad enough, she flaunted her position above her in a truly ruthless fashion! She planted her foot down against Ruby's throat, pressing her weight down against her to hold off her airways. The ex-model grinned with sadistic joy in punishing her this way, folding her arms and hiking her hip up to one side as she tossed her hair back over her shoulder as though she was posing. Even if she hadn't won the match yet, in Danielle's mind, she had - and she was celebrating in the only way she knew.

Even if the crowd was booing her even louder, it made no difference. She ground her heel against Ruby's neck as the girl gurgled, holding in place against her attempts to push her off. "There. Much better, don't you think? I believe there's no question now who the superior combatant is..." While Danielle wrestled in stockings rather than the traditional boots, dulling the impact of such a move, it would still surely be uncomfortable for Ruby!

The referee, however, was less than pleased by such a move, and finally, she voiced her disapproval. "Hey! Knock it off!" she warned, walking over and waving her arms to Dani to try and beckon her off.

"Oh? Bah," Danielle muttered, tossing her hair dismissively as she kept up her position in defiance. "Are you about to tell me that this position isn't all that's right with the world? Me, standing tall and proud, beneath this irksome little pest? It's where she belongs, no?"

"It's too dangerous! Get off her, Danielle!"

"I-" Before Dani could say any more, though, her position was finally shaken - as, in dealing with the official, she'd taken her attention off Ruby long enough for the lightweight to push her away! She suddenly found her footing swept out from under her, her eyes going wide as she fell backwards onto her rear. "W-What..?!" she gasped, landing with a thud as she grimaced in pain, and letting her weight off of Ruby's neck!

Ruby could hear that the crowd was just against anything Danielle was doing. In her head, she thought that everyone against Danielle while maybe not a fan was on Ruby's side. That was enough... Hopefully. At this point, Ruby was having a hard time catching her breath. For some reason, Ruby could just not find the right grip the remove Danielle's foot off her throat.

Luckily in a wrestling match, there were rules against such tactics. The ref would come to Ruby's aid in a sense and try to get Danielle to get her foot off. "Hey! Knock it off!" Ruby was able to hear hoping Danielle would listen to the ring official.

It was then that Ruby found her moment. Danielle had become so focused on the ref, that she took her attention off of Ruby. Of course, Danielle would also try to snipe in some insults along the way. As the arguing continued Ruby was finally able to muster enough strength to push her opponent off her. AHHHH Ruby would scream as she pushed.

Next thing she knew Danielle was on sitting down on the mat. Ruby would start the cough while holding her neck, but something told her that it would be best to move quickly and roll with the pain. So Ruby did the just that to get herself up knowing that Danielle was on her butt. Ruby knew that she had to act fast

Ruby would run to the ropes behind her rebounding off of them running straight to Danielle in a near-full sprint. Excuse me coming through!!Ruby would say as she would send her boot to Danielle's face. Her speed only adding to the power of the attack

To the ref girl, it would present a health hazard to the unfortunate Ruby if Danielle was allowed to keep her foot on her windpipe. If she insisted on keeping that up, she was going to need to take action. But even if Dani was well aware she might have been bending the rules a little, she was always one to boast. She turned to the ref to try and argue, hoping to stall for time in the process and wait it out for Ruby to fall unconscious. But her attention was diverted away from the girl who was currently trying to push her foot off of her - and, unable to keep up that pressure, Danielle would soon fall victim to Ruby's efforts in pushing her off!

The Frenchwoman landed against the ropes, wincing from the impact. As the surprise wore off, it was replaced with frustration, as she stared down Ruby with a scowl of clenched teeth and fury. She was in what was supposed to be a moment of triumph for her, and the brat had ruined it! Danielle let out a hiss, balling a fist as she stared toward Ruby. But before she could say anything in her defense, that was when the lightweight charged back into range - and Dani got a face full of Ruby's boot! "GAAAHH..!" her head cracked backwards with a scream, and she was hurled onto her back, the sound of her landing sending a thwack through the air as the canvas bounced beneath her!
