Punching Bags and High Tempers (For LtLukas)

Moonyoung stopped her punch right before Jessica's raised arms and at last, the woman expressed her intentions verbally, even though they were more or less obvious from the start. However, this way, at least they'd be in the ring and follow some basic rules.

If you wanted to spar with me or learn some boxing, then you should've said so from the start. Had it been anyone else, they'd have whopped the floor with your ass a while ago. Moonyoung replied and started making her way to the ring. Moonyoung was a bit glad inside, as she wouldn't be breaking any rules if they fought a spar inside the ring as it was a part of her duties.
Moonyoung could've gotten a nice scolding if they just brawled it out near the punching bag as she was responsible for the gym and the order in it.

Got any preferences on how you wanna do this? Any specific rules? Moonyoung asked before rolling into the ring, where she would stand up close to the middle of the ring, already waiting with her fists raised close together in front of her face and chest. I'd say you need to learn discipline before anything else. No trainer will train a fool, who's getting in everyone's faces and stirs up trouble on purpose. And if you think you're good enough without martial arts training, I'd be happy to prove you wrong. Moonyoung shared a bit of her wisdom, mostly from her experience in observing, or putting down others with similar attitude to the violet woman, while waiting for the latter to get her ass in the ring so that the trainer could teach her a lesson both literally and figuratively.

Jessica didn't blink. She was not really sure why. The punch was coming in fast and hard, and Jessica was definitely in the strike zone. This woman could punch hard enough to break something. But she stopped. It was only an inch or two away from Jessica's body, but the blow did not hit home. Jessica was not sure if she would have stopped or not, but either way they would have surely had a brawl on their hands, where Jessica found her home.

It was somewhat irritating that this woman thought that she was Jessica's superior. It was not even remotely this woman's place to give Jessica, the Violent Violet, advice. So she grumbled a little bit as she made her way over to the ring, before she decided to play along. Just for a second, at least. "Yeah, I need to learn a few things for sure." Jessica paused for a second, eager to see if she was going to take the bait. "Like how do you throw a punch with a head that fucking big?" Jessica taunted.

She wheeled around in the ring as she considered the pink-haired woman's words. There were a lot of interesting things that they could do, rules wise. But in reality there were no options. "Yeah, just one rule. Survive." And with that, Jessica tore across the ring, looking to plant an elbow in the side of her newfound opponent's head!

Upon hearing Jessica's insults, Moonyoung smirked. I don't know, you tell me. I can only teach you how to throw punches with your fists. the boxer replied.

Moonyoung waited until her sparring partner entered the ring and made herself ready. The violet girl had some interesting rules in mind, which Lee found amusing, in a way. Lee had her fists raised and prepared herself for some combat. Before Moonyoung could even answer, the violet woman was already making her way towards the boxer with an elbow prepared to smash her head in. That, I can do. Moonyoung would reply calmly as she'd watch her opponent's movements.

When it was already clear that Jessica was aiming for the head, Lee would duck under it and ram a hard uppercut into the woman's stomach. You're wide open for a counterattack. Lee would comment and follow up with a haymaker across the woman's face. If all went well, Moonyoung would back off and wait for Jessica's another attempt. Those first couple of shots should give her a good picture of what to expect.

Jessica barreled forward. Ever since the punch came close to her, her heart had been beating really fast, sending adrenaline surging through her body. She was in full on fight mode now, and there was no going back. The Rubicon had not only been crossed, she had flung herself across it with the abandon only seen in the fearsome sack of a great city of old. Her muscles were flexing as she launched into her attack. Only to find that it hit nothing but air.

Jessica was spread out, but she was far from defenseless. There was little she could do about the uppercut that slammed into her gut, other than grunt of course, but she knew that a boxer like Moonyoung was sure to have a follow up coming. The blow to her stomach made her cringe and grimace, but she managed to stay upright. She quickly brought her hands up to her face, anticipating something coming. Sure enough, something with the impact of a cannon ball hit her.

She managed to mitigate most of it, but the raw power in it caused Jessica to stumble back a little bit. Her hands were up, but not out. She was going to try to outstrike this woman.

"Good advice. Don't care."

And with that, Jessica took a step forward and sent a wide kick to the side of Moonyoung's body!

Upon landing the blow to the stomach, Moonyoung noted that the girl had a pretty damn tough body and the blow affected her less than she expected. It didn't stun Jessica enough to land the follow-up blow as she was able to block it. You will care. Moonyoung calmly replied. before the next exchange started.

Jessica opened up with a kick towards Moonyoung's side who upon seeing the buildup of the kick, stepped forward and ducked down while turning and and sending a right punch toward's Jessica's thigh muscles to stop the kick and leave the girl with a hurting leg.

If that worked, Lee would follow up with a left uppercut directed at the violet woman's chin.

Jessica didn't really go for kicks that often. Sure, the reward was quite high when they landed, but the risk of it was a factor. Once the kick was done, she was spread out and not in a good position to defend herself. That was why all of them had to hit. Jessica launched into the strike about as quickly as she could, but this pinkhaired woman was more than equal to the task. The second that she saw the woman ducking down, her eyes went wide. Not only because her kick missed, but because she knew that this boxer was going to capitalize.

A punch slammed into Jessica's thigh, causing her to wince in pain. She was only able to place it down tenderly as she tried to scramble into some sort of defense. Recent history had told her that this boxer was coming with one-twos, but unlike a second ago, she was not fast enough in throwing together a defense in time.

A hard uppercut made her head jerk back, and she stumbled back a few steps. It was only through the grace of some deft footwork and sheer stubbornness that she was able to stay up, and her head was now throbbing in pain.

"You're fucking pushing it," Jessica warned before she wiped her mouth.

Moonyoung's defense proved to be solid. Another couple of strikes that showed the difference between a brawler and a martial artist. However, instead of learning something, it seemed that the violet woman was simply getting more pissed than anything, building up rage and just looking for someone to throw it at, while staying oblivious to the fact that she herself was asking for it. It was evident that this woman did not understand the basic relation between actions and consequences, but hopefully, Moonyoung will be able to teach it to her. It was a bit ironic when Jessica claimed that Lee was pushing things despite until now the latter was only on the defensive.

Lady... When I'll push, you'll fall. Having said that, maybe it was about time for the champ to go on the offensive. With a couple of quick steps, Moonyoung would close the distance between the two and open up with a couple of fast right-hand jabs aimed for the face and then follow up with a stronger left jab aimed at the same spot before stepping back and not waiting for a counter attack.

This was meant to test the woman's defense, to see what and how she does to protect herself.

Jessica was a quick learner. And she knew that this woman was not stepping forward to wrap her arms around her for a throw. The second that this woman even looked like she was moving in, Jessica got her defenses up. Had she been watching herself from the sidelines, she would have mocked herself for playing defense as opposed to swinging forward with an attack. But Jessica was a wiser woman after having been tagged a few times, and was determined not to get hit again.

This woman was not going for haymakers, which Jessica found nice. She was instead going for jabs. Those could be dealt with. Jessica's forearms were protecting her face. The blows hurt, but were not going to drop her. Her purple eyes peered out when they could, trying to discern what this pinkhaired lady was going to do next.

Moonyoung went in, peppered the woman with jabs and saw that she was quick to put her guard up, which probably meant that she was taking the boxer seriously. So, you do know how to defend yourself. Good...

Moonyoung would step in again and just like earlier, throwing a number of jabs at Jessica. Some left jabs, some right jabs, all aimed at Jessica's raised up arms in order to provoke a counter-attack, something that Moonyoung would be watching out for the entire time.
If Jessica insisted on keeping her arms raised, then Lee would throw a jab at Jessica's stomach to see how and if would the woman react to that.

Jessica was playing defense, and she hated playing defense. There was no upside. The best that you could hope for was to mitigate some of the pain, which was helpful, but it was not going to win you any matches. This woman's punches slammed into her arms, which was far better than slamming into her face, but still not ideal.

Then she hit Jessica's stomach. Jessica grunted and breathed in. Time to play defense had ended. Jessica was going to take this into her own hands.

She took a half step back to get herself some more space, and then launched herself forward. The Violent Violet was going for a takedown, this one aimed at the boxer's center mass.
