A Tale of Two Mikas

Mika was stunned, as the last thing she or her alternate personality expected to hear was the other Mika suggested. The last thing she expected to get was a chance for a light little spar which caused a stupefied look to appear before her inner voice offered some wisdom.

Take the offer you idiot!

"T-that would....mean a lot to me. T-thank you, I really am thankful and I hope t-this is productive and fun." Mika said as she showed her gratitude and accepted the offer from the other Mika mindful of her words.

Mika tilts her head curiously at her. She seemed.. kinda blown away by the offer. Was it really that big a deal?

When she accepted though, she smiles wide, and nods. "Sure! Just uh... don't expect to get too much wrestling experience, okay?" She said as she heads for the ring, and steps up the stairs to climb in through the ropes.

"I'll take anything you can show me." Mika said with a smile, and soon enough she would move after Mika as she walked up the stairs and walked through the middle rope to enter the ring with a bit of a bounce to her step.

"So, how did you want to start?" Mika asked more than willing to allow the other Mika to dictate how they went about this.

Mika moves to the farther corner, and bounces lightly on her feet, jabbing at the air a couple of times. "We can start whenever you want to come at me." She says, bringing her arms up, and gloves close to her head in a classic boxing stance.

At this, Mika had a sweat drop as it seemed she'd be given a bit more freedom with this than she anticipated as her opponent struck a boxer stance. Seems L.A.W. encouraged multiple styles and Mika knew a fist fight with this girl was likely a poor decision, but she had some quickness so she'd try to do that.

Mika waits for a moment, but when she doesn't attack, she lowers her gloves a bit. She seemed... hesitant.

"Do you want me to attack first then? All right, here I come!"

She declares, and starts to shuffle in towards her, shuffling to her left side, then her right side as she closed in towards her. She keeps her gloves raised as she approaches her. If the other Mika still didn't try to strike, she'd start off with a light tap to her cheek with her right glove! "Ss!"

"Eeep!" Mika said, as she quickly ducked to the side and just avoided the light tap aimed for her cheek. Seems this girl was eager to get started, so Mika would have to respond in kind.

Since she was a high flyer as opposed to a striker, she'd try to use her quickness to get behind Mika as she would go for a dropkick. Mindful to hold back on the force of it given this was just a friendly spar.

Mika had her guard up, and was skilled with footwork and keeping her eyes on her opponent. Her speed and maneuverability were two of her best assets. She turned easily with Mika as she tried to get behind her, and leaps back when she saw her leaping up, leaving her to fall back to the mat on her own. She was a little puzzled by the move, honestly. Maybe she wasn't used to dealing with girls that were quick like herself?

"Agh...n-not bad. A bit quicker than I expected." Mika replied, rubbing her back and head a bit before she quickly made her way back to her feet. The other Mika's reactions had been a step quicker than she expected, but she had not been detoured not yet anyhow as she made the "come on" motion with her fingers eager to go again.

Mika could see just how.. well.. green this girl really was. When she gestured her on, this time she went on the attack, this time trying to go low with a hook punch aimed for her waist. This punch had a little more pep to it, but it still was a far cry from how hard she could really hit. She was just trying to keep this as a spar, and keep it light with her.
