Kameko T./Marissa W. - To Make Matters Worse...

Marissa only wanted one thing now, and it was to render this woman incapable of triggering her any further. Given the choice before her, what followed was rather obvious.

"After you.." She'd grunt with mock courtesy, hands waving Kameko to go forward as she bared her teeth yet still. Whether she realised it nor not however, the Brit being given a chance to work out those frustrations in a manner that lead her to them was probably the best course right now.

Kameko was glad to see that Marissa was playing along with this, served as a way for her to work out some stress and for herself to get a taste of what a L.A.W. vet was capable of without the hassle of getting a booker's attention to work a match. With that she would follow Marissa's "curtsy" as she would walk forward with the aim to leave the locker room and head to the nearby L.A.W. gym where the empty ring to use for a spar awaited them.

A part of Marissa almost wanted to shut the door the moment Kameko walked through it, not only to humiliate the girl for such a genuine offer given when she simply wasn't in the mood to talk, but to finally give her the peace she sought. A even greater part of her wanted to cave in something, and what better something than a person.

Already clad in attire fitting a fighter, Marissa crossed her arms as she and the blonde stood side by side infront of a ring. The foulest of looks still upon her face, she wouldn't even look to Kameko's own face as she spoke.

"No fancy rules. A fight, nothing more..."

"A slug fest huh? I'm game for that." Kameko said, as in truth while she felt this would be unlike the typical L.A.W. encounter if she was able to hold her own with a veteran in this all but in name street fight she might get some initial credibility backstage. Maybe this would also help to work out....whatever issues this girl had though she paid that less mind at the moment as she greeted the girl with a confident smirk.

She would stretch a bit before Marissa as she rolled her shoulders before she slammed her fist to an open palm to show she was raring to go.

"So, in the ring we go?"

"No shit..." Snapped Marissa, almost as quickly as humanly possible as she opted to take the lead. Her hand raised, it would very much nearly graze upon Kameko's arm as she seemingly gestured she was indeed going first; pacing forward quickly with her head tucked, she'd seek to slide her body under the ropes for a quick rise. Standing with that horrid look to her face near instantly, her fists formed tightly with her hands, Marissa would seemingly look to claim the far side of the ring as hers as she awaited this blonde meddler to join her.

"Just remember...you could have just walked out that locker room..." She'd grunt, eager to beat the snot out of the figure whom she hadn't bothered to even learn the name of, though she was not so cheap as to deprive Kameko of a fair and spacious entrance into the ring of her own.

"I could have yes, but then again I feel this is gonna help the both of us. And would be way more fun..." Kameko said with a wink, before she would aim to climb into the ring. As opposed to Marissa, who slide through the bottom rope, she would hope over the top rope as a showy display of her athleticism as she moved to her corner and did some quick stretches.

"I don't know what is bugging you, but I do know beating up locker doors or yourself up over it ain't gonna help. So think of this as ring therapy." Kameko said, in spite of that though her competitive fire showed and she seemed all too eager to get going.

The moment Kameko was in the ring, she was fair game. That went for whatever she spoke, as Marissa effectively shut herself out to all but cries of submission or a match end from here on in. The fight was on, and that was it.

Her figure poised and tensed with hands raised, she'd opt to start things, unsurprisingly, after letting Kameko catch her feet in the ring. She'd test the strength of her foe for one thing, by closing the distance with a few long quick steps; hand raised up nice and high, seemingly in hopes of finding this nosy woman's own mitt for a test of strength startup.

Kameko had an eyebrow raised when she saw Marissa as she struck a stance, one that shifted to a grin as it appeared the veteran wanted to test the bulk of the rookie with a test of strength. Something the always prideful Kameko was more than eager to accept as she worked over to Marissa and raised her hands to try and clasp them around Marissa so they could get the test of strength going.

Given the two were evenly matched in stature and even general appearance, both in width and body tone, Marissa felt the test of strength to be the natural starting point of their encounter. She herself was a toned figure, but one brimming with power. Nothing she felt would have been better in terms of making this girl shut up, than openly overpowering her outright the moment the fight got going.

Teeth bared and scowl still worn, she'd tie her fingers tightly with Kameko's own, before bracing her legs. The moment her foe had done the same, she'd go full force into testing Kameko and ideally overwhelming her, with her toned arms flexing and almost bulging outright.

Indeed, in spite of the fact that Kameko had more obvious bulk on appearance, Marissa proved to have muscle where it counted as the two locked into a test of strength and began to push against each other. Kameko gained no initial ground, but by that same extension Marissa had not pushed her back either as the two remained locked on as she had not been overwhelmed.

Kameko would try to push back, both as an effort to both keep her ground and also try to push back against Marissa; Kameko was very prideful of her strength and if Marissa wished to test it head on she'd really see what the girl was made of.
