Honestly, the worst part of the move was that Millie hadn't been expecting it.
Had she been prepared, the suplex may have rattled her at worst this early into the match. But because the Briton had thought that her opponent was a toothless fool, she wound up laying dazed on the ground for a moment as Michiko struck a flashy pose above her. Millie swore at herself under her breath. The former pilot should have realized by this point that underestimating opponents was a sure fire way to wind up on her ass.
And then Michiko's elbow dropped into her gut, forcing the air from the Briton as she bounced on the canvas. Her eyes bulged and spittle flew from her mouth. "Feckin' 'ell..." She grumbled to herself, shaking her head as she tried to gather her senses again.

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
Michiko landed just where she had hoped, and the impact had left Millie dazzled. The crowd let out a cheer, and this only encouraged Michiko to new heights - now she knew that she wasn't just the bold hero vanquishing her foe, she also had the full support of the audience behind her! People were counting on her, looking up to her even! It was all that she could hope for, and she knew that she couldn't let them down. She had Millie off her feet, but that wasn't enough!
With the Briton on her back, Michiko continued her streak, spinning around to get in position. As she listened to Millie's grumbling, she only smirked wider, thinking of how she could milk this moment. "Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed today?" she said teasingly, before she struck, going to snap her legs down over Millie's own to execute a figure four leglock.

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
Millie needed a drink.
She had underestimated another opponent, blown an early lead that she'd given herself, she was starting to get a headache, and worst of all that last blow had knocked her out of the comfortable tipsy-zone she preferred to live her life inside straight back into sobriety. Millie was just finishing her moping on those complaints, when the ninja-girl just had to make that little quip.
Scratch that, she needed two drinks. Minimum.
"Urgh!" The Briton groaned in displeasure as Michiko grabbed her legs, the violet-haired woman's snapping in around them and placing her in a figure four leglock. Was she really doing this poorly to a fng? The former pilot gritted her teeth as she felt her legs burning in pain, and a burning anger flare up in her chest. No, there was no way in hell she was just going to lay down and take this from some tot that had just strolled into the place. Immediately she started trying to rock back and forth, hoping to either loosen her opponent's grip on her, or flip about into a position where she might be able to crawl to the ropes.

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
So far, so good. Even for her first time in the LAW ring, Michiko was leading the action, snaring Millie in a figure four as she took her down to the mat. She looked back at her prone opponent from over her shoulder and grinned, knowing that she had her in her clutches. And being able to take control of the match from so early on, against a more seasoned opponent, was a good confidence booster. If she could do this, Michiko thought, then she could do anything!
Getting cocky from her dominant position, Michiko thought she would try and chance it, putting additional pressure on the leglock by bending her back in an effort to inflict more pain. But she soon discovered that this was a mistake; that Millie wasn't as helpless as she might have let herself believe. Millie started to twist herself back and forth, and Michiko tried to hold on, but it was a losing game, and soon she was thrown off, falling onto her back as Millie wriggled free. All the same, Michiko didn't want it to hold her back long, and she went to roll out of the way to get back to her feet with more distance between herself and her opponent.

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
Thankfully it seemed like Millie wasn't the only one suffering from getting a bit too big for her britches. Michiko managed to develop a little bit of an ego from their match as well, an ego that caused her to try and hold on to a leg lock that had already been lost, and get herself thrown off as the Briton rolled to the side.
Much like her opponent, the Briton rolled herself away from Michiko then bounded up onto her feet. Once she landed, she twisted her body to face the ninja-girl, her normally blank eyes suddenly snapping to attention and focusing in on the violet haired woman. Somewhere inside of her, a fire ignited, her competitive spirit egged on by Michiko's performance so far. Letting out a small snarl, she dropped down into a fighting stance before suddenly lunging forwards and breaking into a sprint.
Charging at the violet-haired woman at full speed, Millie launched herself into the air as she approached the ninja woman. Twisting in the air, she threw both feet straight at the ninja-woman's chest as she hoped to knock her foe straight back down onto her ass.

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
Michiko picked herself up, dusting herself off as she stood at the side of the ring opposite Millie. She huffed, catching her breath. The Briton may have shaken her out of her last hold, but Michiko wasn't going to let her get away with the advantage for long. She would be ready for her, as she quickly snapped into a stance of her own, standing on guard as she raised her hands out in front of her to pose herself for impact.
It seemed like Millie herself had felt an awakening, as a surge of energy came to the woman. Michiko could see it in her eyes, and in the way she gathered herself. There was no doubt about it that she meant business. Michiko, however, was going to send her the same impression. She wasn't giving up, not even when faced with a challenge like this one. In fact, she had to show up Millie with just as much fighting spirit - she wouldn't let such a villain outdo her! Putting on a show of defiance, she let out a shout to ready herself before she charged in as well, her legs carrying her towards Millie with similar speed to close in for her next move.
Of course, no amount of preparation of Michiko's part could change the fact that being kicked in the chest hurt, and an attack so forceful couldn't be defended against easily. Millie sprung forward, and both her feet came slamming into Michiko's ample bust, drawing a yelp of pain from her lungs. Sure enough, the violet-haired girl was knocked off her footing and landed to the mat in a seated position, still reeling from the impact and wincing from the pain in her sternum.

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
Millie was impressed. Not only had Michiko managed to brush herself off after that, but there seemed to be a fire burning inside her now. A fighting spirit that had allowed the ninja girl to make a show of defiance, letting out a shout before she charged the Briton.
Of course, that didn't matter in the long run. Not when Millie was coming in with a flying kick at least.
Slamming into her opponent, Millie let out a hissing breath as she felt her feet sink into Michiko's ample breasts, hearing the yelp of pain as the violet-haired girl fell backwards and hit the mat in a sitting position. Now all Millie could do was brace herself for impact as she crashed down into the canvas with a THUD!
The Briton let out another hissing breath as the impact sent a shock of pain through her arm and side, leaving her wincing for a moment. She wished she could take a moment to recover from that, but that was a luxury that didn't exist in a match like this. So instead, Millie pushed through the pain, just like she'd trained to so often. Rolling to the side, the Briton kicked herself back up to her feet. Were she to make it up, she'd drop down into a defensive stance and twist to face her foe, watching her carefully to gleam what her next move might be.

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
That really hurt, and Michiko felt it. Even now, after the blow had landed, Michiko could still feel the pain in her chest, wincing and panting as she tried to summon her strength back to her. Her hand coiled into a fist, tense from the pain and from her laser-sharp focus, for she knew that she had to act. She had to put a stop to this evildoer's ways! If she let her walk over her, and weigh her down...she would stand as a disappointment to all onlookers, and her reputation would be tarnished with the knowledge she allowed such a dark deed to slip by her. She couldn't have that.
Nevertheless, it appeared that the kick took as much out as Millie as it did from Michiko, the Briton having fallen onto the mat likewise, and was now panting to try to get herself back into the game. She wasn't invincible, Michiko thought...and moreover, it was her own hubris that had cut her down in this moment, having burnt her energy too fast and suffered the consequences of her move. A typical mistake, Michiko thought as she moved to get up, just as her opponent was. She recognized it well, knowing that she herself wasn't immune; she had been in that situation in the past, during her training. But she had since learned to be better than that, and more to the point, it seemed that Millie hadn't. Getting back on her feet, she looked at her foe with a smirk on her face.
"Looks like you have to brush up on your skill a little," she remarked. "You're supposed to take out your opponent, not yourself!" Michiko could see that Millie was adopting a defensive position, but she was prepared for that - with sufficient force, she thought, a guard like that wouldn't matter. She charged forward, springing straight at Millie with a spear!

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
An involuntary snarl escaped Millie's lips as Michiko hurled a taunt her way. Normally she might take a moment to reflect on how she'd thrown a bit too much in to that last attack, been too focused on bringing the ninja-girl down at the cost of her own stamina. But right now? Not so much. Her focus had faded, suppressed by a singleminded desire to win.
So the Briton shot a glare back at her opponent, sidestepping slowly as she kept her eyes locked on the violet-haired woman. Then, mid step, Millie launched herself forwards, charging at her opponent in an attempted football tackle. She braced herself as she got close, getting ready to slam into the smaller girl and bring her crashing down into the mat, where she could really put the pain on the poor ninja. Except, that wasn't what happened.
Millie realized that something had gone wrong all too late, her eyes going wide as Michiko launched forwards in a spear that struck the Briton's gut head on.
The former pilot could only let out anm, "Argh!" as she felt her breath forced out and soon found herself tumbling down to the canvas, hitting it with a CRASH as Michiko rode her down!

Re: Anti/Hero - Michiko Shimizu vs. "Major" Millie Walker
The two charged at just the same moment in time, with barely any time to gauge what the other was doing or adjust accordingly. Whoever won this clash, it would be down to luck and good fortune. And it seemed that luck would be on Michiko's side.
With a resounding thud, the two of them connected. Michiko's outstretched hands met Millie's stomach, and the Briton fell backward. Rocked by the momentum, even Michiko herself stumbled a little - but it didn't take long for the lilac-haired hero to right herself; compared to how Millie had fallen to the ground, she was clearly left in better shape. And that was a condition Michiko was keen on taking advantage of.
She raised a hand up, causing the crowd to cheer as she built the anticipation for whatever stunt she would have up her sleeve next. Pumping a fist in the sky, Michiko followed it up with skidding onto her knees to get to Millie's level, not letting up on the smooth motions she carried herself forward with. Then, once in range, Michiko grabbed a hold of Millie's legs and went to flip her over before planting herself on her back, transitioning to a Boston Crab!
