Tess gets in some learning Feat. Salem Grimm

In a very calm tone, Salem begins to beat on Tess, elbowing her and slamming her into the turnbuckle. She's far from gentle, but Tess doesn't want to appear weak, instead she's hangs on, trying to impress her teacher with her resistance.

After a third, altogether brutal slam into the turnbuckle, Tess decides she's had enough and let's go of the grip.

"Yeah that certainly works.."

She reports trying to keep her voice from showing pain.

"I guess I have to pressure on the opponent then.. Any advice for how you'd do an opening attack?"

Quietly rubbing her back while Salem's eyes are away from her.

"Me. If I were to open with a submission hold to weaken someone. I would do a simple but effective submission. A standing dragon sleeper I can do.

"Salem said."



She went to the test and got behind her. She then goes for a dragon sleeper hold on Tess. Wrapping her arm tight to where she is choking. She plans to get her body back. "Well, to me it's simple. I know some use it as a signature or a finisher maybe, but still, it's simple." She said.



"Do you know how to escape this?" She asks her.

Tess listened, then tried to relax as Salem moved to physically put her into a dragon sleeper.

Tess took a deep breath, ready to see how this would go. She was hoping Salem wouldn't be too harsh, but her own ego prevented her from asking for mercy, she was just going to have to let the woman do what she felt was required.

"Not really sure but I guess I can try..."

Tess replied as Salem slowly began to initiate the hold.

Salem did the submission of how she normally would do it in a match. This means that yes, she would be treating this as a match and trying to hurt Tess's head.



"If you can't escape or it's too much, just tap on me." Salem told her so she didn't injure her. Then she went in tighter onto Tess. She's acting like Tess can escape, so she's going to put some effort into squeezing out as much damage as she can, but only for 10 seconds.



"When I get to 10, I will stop with the extra pain." She said. She went with the harder squeeze and after 10 seconds lightened the squeeze.

Tess braced herself as the pain slowly grew, suddenly shot up to a shocking level, Tess gritted her teeth and focused on not screaming, but a small cry escaped her lips.

"Aaarrghh, that's definitely on!"

She said holding back her voice, people where watching and she didn't want to appear weak to them or Salem. She resisted the urge to tap, catching a breath as the hold was slowly released.

"Yeah that's one way to get someone to tap!"

She added while still awkwardly wrapped up, this Salem woman was definitely capable and all the more intimidating after having been stretched by her. She hoped Salem was readying to give her a break, as another round would certainly be likely to make her scream in a rather embarrassing way.

Salem let her go. She wasn't gonna hold her tye entire time. She doesn't grt why she trying to at tough.tournaments. she doesn't know why she didn't break. It was a simple submission hold.

"your turn." She told her.

Freed from the painful hold, Tess stumbled forward the pain still not fully subsiding. Pushing through her discomfort she stepped round behind Salem.

"Thanks, I've always wanted to get good at the Mexican surfboard, so I'll try that one if you don't mind"

She started from a behind in a grapple hold, before slowly gathering up Salem's arms and setting up a Mexican surfboard, although her variant didn't involve lifting them overhead, instead she just slowly stretched while they where still on their knees

"I'm going to put on the stretch now, so just ask me stop if I pull too hard"

Tess stressed, hoping if she didn't hurt Salem too much she'd be more merciful when it was her turn.

Salem got put in the submission. This was pretty new to her. Well maybe not that new. She has seen it been before but it was necer used on her. At least not this version.

"Mmmm I see. This is good." She said.

She doesn't like showing her pain or grunting. " you can do better than thatm good harder." She told her.

Encouraged Tess stretched her opponent further, fighting against the woman's surprising strength. The ineffectiveness of the attack was beginning to annoy her and make her feel embarrassed, she steeled herself.

"Okay, I'll bring it up a notch"

Tess said, trying to put on a tough voice and pulled the stretch hard, hoping to get a least a bit of a rise out of Salem

"That's better. Mmmm... if this is a figure or finisher, you need to make it really hurt. Really...make them tap out," she told her.

Which is true, of course. That's why she shouldn't hold it back if it is one of those two. She did want help, so he is trying to help her out.

"If you can go harder, then go harder." She suggested it to Tess.
