If Maya was getting concerned over how one-sided the start of this match had looked so far, Triin had no such worries at all. If anything, this was probably the best start to a match she had managed to achieve so far in LAW, and only had every reason to keep up on this same path! The thought of potentially looking even too dominant to the crowds' liking didn't even cross her mind... Firstly, because the match had only just really gotten started, and secondly, because... Well, the Baltic Knightess had admittedly looked anything but dominant in her previous outings, so surely anyone simply couldn't be getting bored of seeing her in control for once.

The Estonian's main concern really was to remain in control. And while she was a bit surprised over the depth of Maya's troubles, she simply figured that maybe the villainess was in fact quite the rookie herself, and easily falling in trouble against the blonde's heroic tactics.

But was simply accepting that assumption a wise path to take? Definitely not. If anything, Triin was keen on playing it safe, especially with the peculiar, even if admittedly intriguing stipulations of tonight's match as well. The wisest thing to do was trying to stay as dominant as she could!

Triin wanted to drag her opponent into the corner, hoping to get the villainess crawling behind her to ease things up a bit - and for a hint of added dominant flair as well. Once she would find herself with her back against the corner, the knightess would then try to deliver still one kick to the bluenette's midsection, hoping to get her doubling over and still incapacitated for a moment... Just enough so that she could grab the rope hanging by the corner, and start directing it towards the left wrist of the villainess!

So far Maya looked so taken aback by her rival’s rush of efficiency and strength. Triin had played her cards well and got the worst of the Mistress from the very beginning of the match, but that was just that: the beginning. Yes, Maya didn’t look so dandy at the moment and her villanous mask could fall at any time if things continued like that, but despite the match’s start she was pretty confident in her ability to turn things around. For the moment the bluenette just bid her time, making herself look more weakened than she truly was and waited for her moment to come as she was dragged all along the ring and against a corner.

Triin was a cautious one and in order to make Maya tame for what was coming later, just after securing her against the corner the knightess drove a kick against Maya’s stomach that got the Mistress doubling over herself, coughing a little to regain her breath. Then the bluenette noticed her rival going for her wrist instead of capitalizing her weakened state. Could Triin really think that she was going to let the knight tie her and end the match after such a short match and after just some hits? Ready to spring her trap, and a little mad about what her rival thought of her, Maya would make her move. From her bent position she lunged forwards in order to suddenly crash against Triin’s abdomen with her shoulder, making an unexpected charge that would surely take the knightess by surprise since it looked like she thought the match was done.

Did Triin really think that she could possibly get a decisive win so early on in this match by going for the rope? Honestly, no. Even if she managed to apply the rope, she still had to get Maya submitting somehow... And while the likelihood of that was surely going to grow if the Mistress couldn't escape, it still would have felt just way too easy of a way to catch a win tonight. Especially against someone with a body like Maya's... Or then she must had simply been really, really inexperienced.

But what was her option then? That was the dilemma. Everything had been going so smoothly for the knightess, that she was genuinely running out of ideas on what to do. The only logical direction to take the match was towards her own victory, so bringing the ropes into the picture was only natural, right? Especially as she actually managed to drag the villainess into the corner, and get her doubling over with another swift kick... It was just a too good of an opportunity to miss. A real no-brainer. Besides, if there actually was more fight left in Maya... Bringing the ropes into the picture could certainly be effective with bringing it out.

And that's exactly what happened. Everything went all smooth and dandy... Until Maya got the first sight of the rope closing in on her wrist. Unfortunately for Triin, she decided to move the opposite way than the heroine was anticipating. Instead of trying to retreat, the villainess lunged forward, and in quite a devastating fashion. Triin suddenly got a shoulder crashing and digging deep into her unprotected belly, sending herself crashing backwards against the turnbuckle while getting pressed into the corner, and air sent out of her lungs! The heroine's knees also failed her, and the blonde was left leaning against the cornerpost with her arms draped across the ropes, suddenly in a very vulnerable position in front of the mistress.
