Maria was glad that her opponent Ingrid would be going with the classic collar and elbow tie-up. However, she would then be hit with an incoming knee to the gut. That would cause Maria to let go of Ingrid and be on her knees as she was wheezing from the hit.

Ingrid’s angered expression eventually turned into a smirk across the blonde woman’s face, as she watched Maria fall to her knees from that attack. “That’s what happens when a wannabe entertainer steps in with a real wrestler.” Ingrid said all cocky.

Knowing that Maria was stunned for a moment, Ingrid knew exactly what she wanted to do.

Ingrid would approach Maria and look to hit her straight across the chin with a Superkick.

Maria would be holding her gut, on her knees, as Maria could see that Ingrid was going for a superkick. It would connect but due to the height of Maria, Ingrid didn’t have all her strength behind that kick as it connected prematurely. Maria would then roll out of the ring as she held her face in pain.

“Ow. Ow. Owie. That really hurt my face.”

Ingrid had a smirk on her face as she watched Maria fall back from the supekick and roll out of the ring. “Got you right where I want you.” Ingrid said to herself.

Ingrid would then run back towards the ropes on the opposite from where Maria was, before bouncing off them and coming towards where Maria was.

Ingrid would then Suicide Dive towards Maria, looking to hit her.

Maria would see Ingrid running at her for a suicide dive. However, Maria would use her small stature to her advantage. As her opponent was getting ready to dive between the top and middle rope, Maria would stick next to apron. She would then see Ingrid crash and burn onto the floor from the failed suicide dive.

“Oh dear. Are you ok? This is why you should always watch where you were going.”

Maria would be speaking condescendingly again to Ingrid. It was really making it seem like Maria is the adult in the situation when Ingrid is really the older one here. Maria would then slide back into the ring and allowed Ingrid to get in as well.

Ingrid came flying through the ropes like a 90 miles per hour fastball, but there was no catcher to stop her momentum, unless you count the hard barricade as one, as her crashed first and hard into it.

“AAGH!” Ingrid said as she slumped onto the floor, holding her head in massive amounts of pain right now.

She could not get up until the pain itself had calmed down.

Maria would actually be bouncing on the middle rope on the opposite end of where Ingrid dove towards her. She commented on how she liked the springiness of them as the referee continued counting.

Ingrid could not see out of her eyes as she was grimacing from the immense amount of pain she was in, but she could still hear the referee’s count in the cacophony of ringing that was in her ears. She needed to get in and fast.

When that count came closer to 10, Ingrid stirred herself till she finally got up to her feet, though leaning on the barricade to give herself some rest.

Ingrid heard this and mustered the strength to fight through and bear the pain she was in. Ingrid made a last second slide into the ring, barely breaking the count. Though she now lay on her stomach, exhausted.

Maria would clap her hands after Ingrid barely got back into the ring before the ten count. She then refocused before slowly picking up Ingrid and throwing her against the ropes. On the rebound, Maria went for a simple cross body as she threw her light weight at Ingrid to take her down.

If Maria was successful, Maria would start feeling hyped up. Hyped up to try out her signature move as she ran to the ropes and stood on the apron. After waiting for Ingrid to get into position, Maria would jump off the top rope for a springboard swanton.

Ingrid was breathing rather heavily when she barely got in, her rush to the ring had damn near exhausted her internal oxygen supply for the moment. She needed to take a deep breather and fast.

Sadly for the Pegasus, Maria was having none of that, and forced Ingrid back up to her feet before throwing her towards the ropes, looking for a crossbody.

“AGH!” Ingrid yelped as she was brought down rather easily by Maria, now layed out on the mat.

Before she knew it, she felt Maria hoping on the top rope, and as if pure instinct kicked in, she raised her knees, hoping to stop a very painful impact.
