KINGS & QUEENS ( QF ) — Luke Cranston vs La Dama De Loba

Determined to showcase both their skills and strength Loba was keeping things as fair and competitive as possible, chopping Luke before offering her chest out to the man so that he could return fire. Something he seemed eager to do which only made Loba smirk wider under her mask.

"Heh I hope not." Loba said in response to Luke's promise before he would fire his own, smacking off Loba's generous chest and causing it to bounce and jiggle while once again making the crowd wince from the strike and for what it's worth it made Loba step back and grit her teeth before focusing back on Luke with a even bigger grin.

"That can't have been a real chop now could it?" Loba asked before pulling her arm back again and swinging it back around to smack against Luke's chest with even more force than before!

Loba's chop hadn't been soft. Far from it. It had left a red mark across Luke's chest, and he could still feel the lingering stinging sensation in his skin. But that wasn't going to stop him. If this was going to be his first outing into LAW, he wanted everyone to see just what he was capable of - and if this tournament was to potentially crown him as an inaugural champion, then he was all the more determined that he show that he was worthy of such a title! He couldn't let himself get taken out by one chop. In fact, he had much bigger things up his sleeve than that!

Not even the second chop that Loba landed as she returned fire was going to stop him for long! As the blow landed with a crack, Luke's back stiffened, and his eyes squeezed shut as his teeth clenched in a grimace. But only a second later, he took in a deep breath and balled a fist tightly in his side, the muscles rippling all up and down his arm as he drew on his strength. Loba's chop had been a challenge just as much as it had been an attack. He needed to do her one better - and he was prepared to do just that!

"Well...how about this one?" Just then, without any warning, Luke's arm flashed through the air before him, aiming to strike at Loba before she even knew what was about to hit her! It wasn't lost on him that he had made her step back before. Sooner or later, he could get her to break. He just had to keep chasing that goal.

Loba was loving every moment of this right now. Competing with everything she had, slamming strikes on equal grounds regardless of gender or weight class, just two people doing everything in their power to overcome the other! In this exchanging chops with full force so that after two each both Loba and Luke's chests were both turning a bright, crimson red! In particular Luke's strike back against Loba had sent her stumbling back... Before looking back up at Luke with a bright grin on her face. "Time for the finale I'd say!" Loba said as stepped back towards Luke, raising both her arms up as high as they could go, swinging them down to slam both her open palms right across Luke's chest for a brutal grizzly magnum style double chop to his chest!

With both Luke and Loba being new to LAW, the duel they'd engaged in was as much a showcase of their own skills as it was an effort to gain the edge over one another. Many in the arena right now were seeing them for the first time - so they wanted to make sure they left their mark, and demonstrated just what they could do! Above all, both of them were determined not to come in second place - and at every turn, they were looking not just to match the intensity with which they struck at one another, but to surpass it, the two of them pushing each other closer and closer to their limits!

However, Loba was still going to outdo even the bar she'd already set! She closed back in on Luke with her palms thrust out for a vicious double-handed slap, and when they hit their mark, the blow landed with a loud clap that caused a few of the fans to wince and look away. Luke had tried to hold himself steady, keeping his composure even in the face of adversity, up to this point, but he had his limits - and Loba was looking to find what those limits were. At last, he had no choice. His teeth clenched in a grimace, he groaned in pain as he went stumbling backward, his arm thrown around his chest to try and protect himself as he turned to the side.

It seemed as though Loba had won out in the duel of chops, but even if she'd won this battle, she hadn't won the war. That was something Luke had his mind set on proving to her! He lifted his head, panting for breath, but even then his eyes narrowed on her with a determined glare. "Nice...shot..." he said. "But...it's not over yet-!" If Luke couldn't keep up with what Loba was doing, he would just change the game - as he leaned in closer and came rushing toward the luchadora, attempting to drive his shoulder into her stomach for a shoulder charge! If he could leave her winded, he'd waste no time in wrapping his arms around her before stomping at the ground, going to throw her to the mat with a snap suplex!

Needless to say the crowd was very much into what was happening inside the ring right now. Chop battles on their own were always appreciated for how dramatic and fierce they could be, but a chop battle between two hulking titans like Loba and Luke respectively? Well that was a whole other matter all together! What got the biggest pop thus far though was what seemed to be the conclusion as despite the burning red complexion of her chest Loba wasn't done fighting and reeled back both hands before driving them forward directly into Luke's chest for a thunderous clap that rang out through the crowd as her palms made impact!

Seemingly successful in the chop battle Loba threw up her arms and celebrated for a moment to which the crowd loudly cheered back in response as she did so. Before Luke suddenly came rushing forward at least, lowering himself and spiking his shoulder into her stomach, effectively punishing her for the show boating she had unwisely chosen to do! "Ughhh!" Loba cried out, leaning forward a bit. Allowing Luke to wrap his arms around her waist before pulling her up into the air and dropping her down with a belly to belly! "Aghhh!" Loba cried out, arching her back and writhing on the mat!

Luke had tried to keep his composure even through the pressure Loba was putting on him, but the barrage of chops she was unleashing was starting to get to him - and that last one had been enough to send him teetering off balance. Even he wasn't sure how he could answer that in turn. The stinging sensation in his chest still lingered, and he grit his teeth, wincing from the pain. But even if he couldn't outdo Loba's chops...he was well equipped to outdo her in other ways! Undeterred, he came charging back into the fray with an even harder blow - as he took off like a battering ram, throwing his full weight into Loba with enough force to drive the air out of her lungs! And when the luchadora doubled over forward breathlessly, he had her wide open - as he slung his arms around her waist and hurled her back over his shoulders!

Loba struck the mat with a loud thud, causing the canvas to rumble. Luke had fallen to his back too, but he rolled himself over, onto his knees, and dusted himself off as he sat back up. He saw that Loba had fallen...but after what she'd just endured, he was sure that it would take more than that to keep her down for long. Luckily, he had a plan for that too!

Sucking in a breath, Luke pushed himself back up to his feet, standing above Loba. He clenched and unclenched his fists, his biceps rippling as he drew on his strength - and then, he turned and held his elbow out in front of him, as he went to drop down on top of Loba with an elbow drop!

Loba groaned softly after making impact with the mat off of that belly to belly and tackling she had taken from Luke right before the throw. Definitely some hard hits, but nothing she couldn't get over after a moment of collecting herself. 'Pretty good, definitely going to have keep an eye out for that explosiveness later in the match.' Loba thought to herself, knowing a trait like that would be a hard one to account for later on, but it would definitely be necessary to do so if she wanted to win.

Turning over onto her stomach and starting to push herself up Loba would unfortunately not make the progress she needed before out of nowhere a really heavy weight led by a sharp pointed object crashed into her from on high! "Agh!" Loba cried out in pain as she was immediately pushed back down into the mat, kicking her legs in pain and trying to roll over onto her side with her back arched, one hand cradling it with a cringe of pain on her face.

Loba was down, but Luke wasn't done just yet! This was his first match in LAW, after all, and as a former bodybuilder, he was always one to show off - whether it was his muscles or his skills. He had far more up his sleeve, and he was going to make sure that everyone watching this match had seen that first-hand! When he dropped straight down on top of Loba with his elbow extended for a brutal elbow drop, that was all part of the showcase he was set to put on - and the crowd burst out into cheers at the sight of the thunderous impact it landed with!

Luke chuckled a little bit at the thought of having all their attention and admiration on him now. If they were getting hyped up now, during the quarterfinals, he could only imagine what he'd have to look forward to when he won it all! But there was still work to do, of course. Now that he'd left Loba stunned, he was ready to get in position for the next move he had in mind - he would roll to the side of the luchadora, where his arm would swing around her throat, laying on his side just behind her and pulling her close to his chest to try and put her in a rear naked choke!

Loba groaned in pain slightly as she laid on the mat after taking the elbow drop full on from Luke. A blow that left her gasping and groaning, unable to properly respond in a meaningful way as the big man got up and planned his next move. Slowly start to push herself up a bit she would be cut off by Luke getting behind her, lifting her up a bit and wrapping her neck in a rear naked choke! "Ngh!" Loba cried out in pain, feeling her flow of oxygen cut off! 'Damn!' Loba thought to herself, kicking her legs against the mat to show her resistance as she pulled on her opponent's arm, doing her best to fight against him and hopefully power her way out of his hold! Even if for the moment she was forced to endure it.

When Luke dropped the elbow down on top of Loba, such an impact would have knocked just about anyone breathless. It certainly left the luchadora sprawled out on the mat, panting for breath and hopeless to fight back. But that still wasn't good enough for Luke. While he was targeting Loba's airways, he might as well go the whole nine yards - as he got down behind her on the mat to throw his arm around her throat! Loba would've already been trying to take in air after the blow - now, Luke was going to cut off her ability to do that!

He grit his teeth, pulling as hard as he could at Loba's throat to secure his grip and prevent her from breaking free. As long as he could keep her breathless, he thought, he could sap her strength and cost her a comeback. The ref leaned in closer, watching Loba for any signs of submission. But even in her weakened state, Loba wasn't giving up that easily! She pushed and prodded at Luke's muscular arm, trying to force more room for herself to breathe in. And even if she was fighting against the odds, she was slowly beginning to push him away, little by little. If she kept this up, she just might have a chance.

But Luke saw that she was making her escape - and if that was the case, it just meant he needed to change his tactics. Planting his boots against the ground, he would try to shove himself back up to his feet, still holding onto Loba's throat to carry her along with him. If he could get there, he would reposition his grip to hold onto her neck with his hand instead of his elbow - and from there, to hurl her into the mat with a chokeslam!
