Camile basked in the crowd’s cheers for only a moment, but a moment she did not have. as she turned and leapt towards Astrid, she was reminded of the consequences of hubris. Astrid rolled out of the way with time to spare, and Camile hit the ground with a thud, narrowly managing to protect her head by landing on her knees and elbows.
