An Offer Worth the Wait

VIP patiently waited for Chelsea to speak, rolling her eyes at the threat and compliment of her looks as she sipped her drink, looking amused. Her face wrinkled at Loski's claim of getting a contract easily as she shook her head. But finally, Chelsea asked what Vanessa wanted with her. "I appreciate the flattery," remarked Price first, reaching back to grab her folder after setting down her drink. "Well, you do have confidence, naïve as it may be. You are welcome to believe whatever it is you desire," explained Vanessa.

"But I come bearing a favor, because I tired of this little game of yours to get a contract," she passed over the folder, filled with a contract of its own--specifically the very contract that Chelsea Loski had desired for so long, to be an officially contracted LAW wrestler. Waving a hand dismissively after passing it over, VIP said, "Take your time. It's lengthy. My legal team has already looked at it, but I presume you don't have a legal team to speak of, so you may review it however you desire. But that, Chelsea Loski, is an LAW contract." Giving the redhead an expectant smile, Vanessa reached over to take a carrot, dipping it in some dressing before biting into it, allowing Chelsea a moment to take a look and react to that fabled contract.

Chelsea had wanted to know why she had been brought here the entire time, and after pushing the topic Vanessa was finally telling her what it was she wanted. Handing her a form that Chelsea looked over and quickly realized what it was before VIP confirmed it...a LAW contract, just like the one Mindy had shoved in her face before trying to get her to do her dirty work. Suddenly Chelsea started to look over the paper before she pulled out her phone. "You mind me sending pics of this to my lawyer?" Chelsea asked, before taking pics and sending it through her phone to inform them if Vanessa allowed it. Of course she would do her own reading on it, looking over the pages carefully while the room was quiet aside from Vanessa snacking on carrots.

"There's a catch here isn't there? You want me to break someone down for you or wear someone out? Shine your shoes?" Chelsea asked looking up at Vanessa for a few seconds before her eyes glanced back at the contract. This was oddly generous, the two never had a conversation before today and while VIP clearly knew who she was, she didn't seem to be a fangirl either. Not one that would do this without it being some offer for something, like her soul.

Vanessa I. Price was allowing Chelsea to read over the contract, giving her a nod when she asked about sending it to her lawyer, idly sipping her wine and eating her carrots with a content smile. She was willing to let Loski take the time she wanted to review it--but she was confident Chelsea would find it. She would let out a brief laugh when she asked what the catch is. "Please. I have people who can break someone or shine my shoes," answered VIP, shaking her head.

"The catch would be that your contract is essentially my contract. You are your own individual, you will get paid according to the contract, but any issues and negotiations involved with your contract go through me and my team," explained Vanessa, folding her hands on her lap with a grin. "That would also mean that I would expect us to have a partnership so that I can benefit from you also receiving a proper contract too. It wouldn't really make sense for me to do this and get nothing in return, correct? So I just want to propose a partnership. You help me succeed and take over this company... and you remain gainfully employed, and I'll also be helping your career as well. You'll have opportunities galore, in the ring, out of the ring, and everywhere in between. I just need you to be able to agree to be my loyal confident."

Taking a deep breath, Vanessa leaned back again and shrugged. "I think it's more than fair. Thoughts? Concerns?" asked Price, allowing Chelsea the floor to speak.

Chelsea looked at Vanessa while she continued to speak about the details of her new contract, one that gave her all she wanted with a slight catch that Vanessa laid out. It was a contract under VIP which basically meant she expected that Chelsea would be her partner and do what she needed done to become the face of LAW. Chelsea eyed her through the speech wondering if she was being played or if this was the real offer being laid out to her. It surprised her that she was being asked, since Vanessa had been so thorough looking at her past that she knew that Chelsea turned down a similar offer, but that one was less generous than this one. She had to check and make sure that this was the kind of thing she was looking for, but her lawyer wouldn't be done looking at it yet so it was up to her to ask the questions that would help her learn.

"So if I understand this, outside of the ring I'm my own person and even wrestling I get to do things my way, until you need something and I work with you to make sure that you get what you want with less trouble?" Chelsea asked trying to clear things up so that this deal was understood by both of them. Honestly as opposed to Mindy seeming to want her to jump when she demanded it, this offer sounded really good. Chelsea was a renowned tag team champ in the past, she was used to being in teams and actually liked it. "Let's be clear, if you want a partner I can do that and don't mind not being the one who gets all the big titles if you want them. So if that's what you're offering I don't see us having any problems, in fact I see us getting along a lot...In and out of the ring." Chelsea said raising her glass again before she gestured it towards Vanessa. "But I have limits and will not be treated like a dog. If that's what you're looking for, you can find someone else." She said. Making it clear where she stood on the offer and giving Vanessa a chance to explain how it would work.

Vanessa I. Price bobbed her head in a nod when Chelsea summarized what she said. But then she let out a small laugh when she proclaimed she wouldn't be treated like a dog. "Please, Chelsea. I am nothing if not fair to those who work with me," said the fashionista, flashing her a smile. "I anticipate we would get along fine as well. We have ambitions, and I believe working with me will bring out the very best in you. Just an effect I have on people."

Sliding down the couch until she was close to Loski, VIP held her hand out to the redhead. "So, without any further questions... I would like to thank you for the partnership. I expect this to be fruitful for the both of us. And I think you'll find the benefits of working with me to be... quite enjoyable,"[/color[ said Price, raising her eyebrows briefly with a content hum.

As laughable as Vanessa may have found it, she still had to make sure that wouldn't happen and she wanted to make sure she knew that Chelsea would be a problem if she felt that was direction this offer was going. A ping from her phone told her that she got a message from her laywer who quickly confirmed that nothing about the contract was suspect besides the part VIP already told her about. The offer was real, and with that Chelsea started to get comfortable again and reached out to take her new partners hands.

"Sounds like the pleasure is all mine." Chelsea said giving it a shake before gently bringing her head down and the hand closer so she could give Vanessa's knuckles a light kiss. Suddenly the room lacked any tension from the redhead. "Are there any plans you want to make now that we're a team?" She asked, keeping the hand unless Vanessa pulled away.

VIP looked a little surprised when Chelsea had taken her hands and kissed her knuckles, before smirking. "Mmm... Well, I hadn't had any plans. I had simply wanted to see if you were on board first," said Vanessa. She would then give a quick pull of Chelsea's hands, tugging the girl into her lap.

Canting her head slightly as she put her hands on Loski's waist, Price gave her a sly smile. "But I'd be remiss if I didn't address the flirting and the eye fucking you've been giving me since you walked in," continued Vanessa in a sultry tone, raising her eyebrows and allowing Chelsea a chance to respond.

The partnership was now settled, and Chelsea was looking for the next move. She was a little surprised when she was told that there wasn't one, having assumed that Vanessa had thought that far ahead. Her surprise had to wait, soon Vanessa was pulling on her arm and positioning Chelsea so that she was on Vanessa's lap and giving her more to think about by pointing out that she was aware of Chelsea's flirting in the beginning and near the end. Chelsea was surprised but too excited by VIP's unsubtle approval to care now that she was much closer to sexy new partner.

"You presented yourself so well, I'd be blind to not take notice and approve." Chelsea said, taking time to settle in her lap. She dipped her head low and brought it closer to Vanessa's face with a smile of her own. "If you don't have any plans we can spend the day making some. All night if we have to." Chelsea said while her hand would come down and rest itself besides Vanessa's waist.

Vanessa grinned as Chelsea spoke to her, watching her face as it got close. Not that VIP would state it outright, but the girl's appearance was also a deciding factor in this. She was gorgeous, especially so up close. Licking her lower lip, she gave a nod. "Well, fortunately for you, my calendar is clear for the rest of the day. I have a few things in mind... but I like to see some initiative from my business partners," said Price subtly, leaning in to give Chelsea's neck a long, gentle kiss, letting her lips suck on it before pulling away and facing her again.

VIP was eager to see exactly what Chelsea could bring to her in a more personal capacity--along with business-wise. She had no doubt that Loski could excel in both, but at the moment the one seemed far more enticing than the other. She gave the slim waist of Chelsea a squeeze, looking at her expectantly to see what her next move would be.

Chelsea watched Vanessa and saw her growing approval of the situation,pulling her close and demanding Chelsea take her own approach and surprise her before giving a few kisses to her neck and letting her enjoy the soft gentle kisses to her neck. She wanted to give something back and would dip her head lower while her hand would move up and cup one of Vanessa's breasts.

Burying her head in Vanessa's neck she would start kissing her collar and gently tracing herself up to her neck with more kisses. She wanted to work her way up to Vanessa's cheek and then her lips with her kisses while she would start to move and place herself closer and rub her body against VIP's.
