A Wine N' Wrestling First! Jonathan and William

"Oh Charlie and I? Well we initially met a long time ago when I was just starting out in the ring in southern California in the mid 90's. He was the bigger draw and this little zippy guy flew all over the ring. Some other guys were either trying to impress me by being buff and some thought I didn't belong so they put me down as some 'jacked girl trying to wrestle' and things like that. Charlie didn't have the ego or jerk tendencies a lot of guys had toward women in the ring at the time. We hung out and he got signed in Mexico while I got signed to USWW. We kept in touch but it wasn't until he really injured himself into retirement that we got super close. We were both in Japan and I helped him rehab, and we went from dating to engaged within a year. We both just knew it was the right fit. We got married and after I retired the first time we had the twins." Alaina said.

"I am getting long winded in my old age aren't I?" She said with a laugh. "How did two fellows like you end up in LAW? Was training young wrestlers and in Williams case seeing Astrid a big part of it?"

“Well, we had some people to see. Before they even thought of coming to LAW, me and Will trained Marzia, my wife, the Black Tornado, The British Bunnies, Astrid, and Cecelia Lombard. We are all good friends and when they started coming to Japan to wrestle, they usually got a few weeks off to come visit and even wrestle some indie house shows with us. However, Astrid then became champion and had to stick around traveling to America, Europe, and stay in Japan to promote LAW in press conferences. Will joined her on some, but the traveling was getting hectic on him so he chose to stay behind to let Astrid do her job,” Jonathan replied.

“I wanted to be there for her, but I’m getting older so constant travel for me gets hectic especially since I was working with a different promotion at the time. Plus, me and Jonathan had our tag team so that was something we needed to focus on. Not to mention building The Reformation,” William added.

“We decided to come here after filling out applications to join the Young Lioness Program and probably pick up a few more students to train. I actually have a few of my own. Two had to be….dismissed, but I still am producing results. My student, Rylie, is fighting at Martial LAW for the LAWLess Championship so I’m producing a potential star right there,” Jonathan explained.

“I wanted to propose to Astrid when I saw her. Three years together and I wanted to take that next step. Even if I had only one working arm,” William stated.

Alaina listened and nodded taking in everything they said. They had formed quite a network of connections and such among wrestlers. Alaina had friends and rivals but other than a few recent cases she had mostly been a lone wolf she had realized. "The Reformation? What is that?" Alaina asked hoping that they could expand on things a bit. She was curious but to her it sounded like Bullet Club 2.0 or was it something else? She sat back and let them continue, eager to hear what they had to say.

“It’s basically our faction. Back when we worked for WWE, me and my friends created this group called The Bloodline different from the one that is there today. We carried tag team gold and William had the United States Championship on his shoulders for over 300 days. In 2020, our other best friend, Daniel, who went by another name turned heel on us when we tried to reform. It took a year and a lot of battles to turn his mind back to good. Me, Daniel, and William started The Reformation since the other name was taken,” Jonathan explained to the Amazon.

Alaina nodded and took it all in. "I gotcha, it seems like you all were quite busy indeed!" She said as she sipped on her wine. "Over here in LAW do you have any in-ring goals? Gonna try to stump for a mens tag team title or a mixed team title?" Alaina asked before sipping on her wine again. "Also if ya got any more questions for me don't be shy, ask away." She added with a smile.

“Well, we only signed on to wrestle certain matches we like, but if we win anything in WFPW, we can always defend it here thanks to the partnership. I think for now, we’ll just wrestle matches where we want to and train the Young Lionesses,” William replied to Alania’s question as he sipped his merlot.

“Would you ever wrestle one of us? It might be interesting to test a legend like yourself in the ring,” Jonathan asked.

Alaina raised an eyebrow and looked over at the two. "Oh little old me wrestling big men like you? Well I usually stick to women but I have wrestled men in the past just ask Astrid and Nashi's respective fathers how it went stepping into the ring with me." Alaina said with a shrug. "Is that a what if type question or are you trying to challenge me officially?" Alaina asked as she looked over at Jonathan.

"Well, me and Will did bring some workout gear just in the case we had this chance. We know you sometimes like to spar in this little interview segment of yours," Jonathan stated.

"Nothing like a full match or anything, but you've stepped in the ring with some of the best women out there and I've always been curious to have you've handled men in the past," William added on to the explanation.

"You spar a little bit against the both of us and we see how you operate. I'm not the biggest fan of intergender wrestling, but I have sparred with my wife and Astrid multiple times so I can't say I don't have experience," Jonathan explained.

"Okay, yeah we can do that. I need to change but I am down." Alaina said, finishing her glass of wine. "If you two want to change feel free, I will head inside and do that after I unlock the gym." Alaina said as she stood up, starting to make her way over to what looked like a garage attached to the large house only without the obvious large car doors like the actual garage had on the opposite side.

After a few moments Alaina was down in a plain white one piece swimsuit with black kneepads and boots heading to the ring in her home gym as she looked around for the others, calling out. "Okay, so which one of you is first?"

Jonathan and William walked in the garage seeing the practice ring taking up most of the open space. Jonathan wore a simple sleeveless white shirt and red shorts with black sneakers while William wore his black “Go Big or Go Home” shirt, black wrestling shorts, and black boots. William grabbed the middle and top rope going inside to start things off as Jonathan remained outside. William did some stretches tugging on the top rope and smirking at Alania.

“Heading for an early fall, Alania. You’re about to test your skills against a true master of his craft,” William boasted.

“Well, I’m out here so she has to settle for you right now,” Jonathan joked.

“I’m just as good as you!” William retorted as he pointed over the top rope.

“Just focus on your power moves and try not to get flattened in 30 seconds. That’s being generous,” Jonathan joked as he smacked the apron three times acting as the starting bell.
