Dana Ashford vs. Touka Akan - Old Acquaintances

[Arjuna]

After sending Touka towards the ropes with an Irish whip, Dana waited for her so that she could hit her with a lariat. But when she got closer to her, Touka ducked low and went for a shoulder tackle on her. "UGHH!!" Dana took the tackle, and she lost her footing, causing her to fall backwards. Hitting the mat with her back, Dana would quickly push herself back into a seated position as she gasped for air, looking at Touka with a surprised look on her face.

"Heh... n-not bad..."

Dana said as she would try to get herself up onto her knees. For now, she would try to use this opportunity to get up and regain her bearing. All the while, she would keep her eyes on Touka to see what she was up to next.

Touka knocked Dana off her feet, which made her giddy despite it being a good friend she knocked down. In the wrestling world things like that didn't bother people, and she knew Dana would take it well even when she looked shocked that Touka had done that to her. She looked a little proud at that, she knew Dana could be a hard rock when she needed to so it was rare for her to be surprised.

"I've been meaning to see what you thought of that one. You'll have to review me after I win, we can talk over a few drinks or lunch." Touka said. She considered letting Dana get back up to her feet, but she knew that it was better to try and take the advantage now, the match had already started. Dana would do the same, and Touka would move in to grab Dana while she was still on her knees, expecting to get her arms and try to force her down to her back while she was still kneeling, wanting to catch her before she was able to get back to her feet.

Dana smiled. "Sounds good to me." Even so, they still had a match here, and as Dana was about to rise back up, Touka went to grab her before she could do so, and Dana groaned as she felt like she was being forced down by her. Gritting her teeth, she would resist being pushed down.

Knowing that she needed to do something, Dana would bring her hand to Touka's midsection as she would start striking at it with her palm. The palm strike might be a simple move, but with Dana's strength, the effect would be quite devastating if it connected.

Touka moved to push Dana and keep her off her feet, knowing that even on her knees she could be dangerous and it was the best chance to get on top of Dana early on like this. Dana resisted it, fighting back despite Touka's quick actions and not staying up she had to deal with a struggle for control that Dana quickly tried to win with a quick counter. Quickly Dana sent out a palm strike to her belly hitting her a few times to force Touka off her.

"Ugggh! Uuugh!"

Touka groaned surprised by the combo of hits to her stomach before she did step back, Dana's quick strikes and power winded Touka and forced her to fall back or take more. She coughed and grabbed her stomach, knowing she couldn't stop Dana from standing up, but still tried to keep her from attacking her by moving in and going for a punch of her own to Dana's belly.

Thanks to her palm strikes to Touka's belly, Dana managed to get her off of her, and she would rise back up to her full height. But Touka decided to throw a punch into her belly, which caused Dana to groan out. Of course, Dana was made of sterner stuff, and a single punch wasn't enough to stop her.

After Touka landed her punch into her belly, Dana would grab her by her wrist, pulling Touka closer to her. Holding her by the waist of her shorts, Dana would then try to hoist her up and slam her down into the mat, flipping her over and sending her sprawled onto the canvas. She needed to ensure that Touka was left dazed before she could proceed with a much bigger move.

Dana's belly was a tough target, and Touka sudden punch after the palm strikes proved to be tougher on Touka than she thought. A lesson that rushing in was not the best course of action and Touka was able to pay for her attack when Dana grabbed her arm and pulled her close, trapping her and setting her up for another move. Touka tried to pull away but Dana's power was too much, lifting her up and holding her in the air before throwing her down for a power slam.

"Aaagggh!" Touka screamed bouncing off the mat, landing on her shoulder, which caused a bit of pain to course through her arm and back before Touka rolled off to hold her hurting arm. Winded and hurt Touka was down and helpless for Dana to press her attack, the veteran's experience and power was proving difficult to overcome even for someone who had seen all of her tricks.

After bringing Touka down, Dana would think of her next move for a moment before she broke into a sprint towards the ropes, looking to put some momentum into her movement before she rebounded from them, returning back to where Touka was. Once she was getting closer, she would leap up and try to bring down her leg onto Touka's body, hitting her with a leg drop!

If she was successful, Dana would maintain her position on top of Touka as she would reach down to one of her legs, going for a pinfall attempt, and the referee would come over next to them to start counting.

Dana began to move, while Touka stated down still keeping her arm on her shoulder after the landing, she knew Dana was planning something but by the time she came back towards her she was still down and Dana leaped up above her. Looming over her with a leg drop, Dana came crashing down on Touka's chest and crushed her airwaves with one move. "Oouuff!" Touka groaned flopping under the move before Dana stayed on top of her and went for a pin from her seated position.

"ONE!"
"TW-"

Touka took a second to catch a breath but she kicked her leg out of Dana's hands and pushed her arm up to break the pin shortly before the second count. But once it was broken Dana was still on top of her and Touka couldn't push her off yet, leaving her vulnerable to any follow up attacks Dana had in mind for her.

Bringing down her leg onto Touka with a leg drop, Dana then immediately went for the pin. The referee went to count for the pin, though the pin was then broken by Touka. Still, with Dana still on top of the downed Touka, she decided to use this opportunity to carry out her next attack. Maneuvering herself around Touka's body, Dana would position herself above her opponent's head as she would wrap her thick thighs around her head, looking to put her into a headscissor.

Chuckling to herself a little, Dana would start squeezing Touka's head with her thighs as she would lean back, looking to weaken the other woman with the hold. She wasn't planning to end the match with this particular move, though she knew Touka would be weakened the longer she remained in this hold.

Touka kicked out, but Dana was still on top of her due to being too heavy for Touka to push off. Once the pin was broken she would just change up her tactics and go right for something else, pulling her head in between her thighs and trapping Touka into a headscissors before she could do anything. Touka soon found the pressure of Dana's thighs squeezing down on her neck and trapping her head.

"Mmmmh!" Touka moaned with her arms pushing on Dana's thighs. She knew how to break this one and was already turning to try and get a better position, but working on your escape was hard when the hold was squeezing on your head while you tried it. She refused to panic or aimlessly struggle, trying to remember to keep a level head while fighting the headscissors as much as possible.
