Generational Battle: "Amazon" Alaina Sanders vs. Valley Doll III

Yeah, the kickout was expected. Yeah, she had to know it wouldn’t be that easy.

Still, still, Valerie couldn't help but be a little disappointed when Alaina kicked out. The kind of disappointment she imagined people felt when their lottery ticket didn’t win them a million dollars. Yes, she knew it wasn’t likely to work, but the thought of pinning Alaina Sanders that easily was too enticing. She couldn't help but fantasize.

She shook it off, grabbed Alaina by the wrist, and stood, dragging the older woman up as she went. Back to work.

As soon as they were standing again, Valerie’s pulled Alaina towards her, twisted about, and attempted to send the woman dashing towards the far side of the ring with the hardest Irish Whip she could muster, trying to keep her opponent moving and create space between them at the same time.

Alaina grunted as she was pulled up and taken by the arm. She grit her teeth as she was whipped hard, the power of Valley shining through as the young wrestler was even stronger than she looked. Make no mistake that Valley already looked quite powerful.

As Alaina hit the ropes and turned she opted to rocket back at Valley as quick as she could. She had to do somethibg and now. Quick, effective and ugly. Alaina lowered her shoulder and barrelled at Valley hoping to shoulder block the young woman and run her over, hoping the blonde couldn't tank or dodge the simple move.

While a part of Valerie wanted to slow things down and play it safe, the high of the moment was quickly going to her head. She wasn’t just getting the better of Alaina, she’d dominated the past few exchanges, done far better than she could’ve ever hoped. That was the sort of momentum she could ride all the way to a three count.

That was her thought process as she sent Alaina into the turnbuckle and came running after her, but unfortunately, the Amazon seemed to have other plans.

She’d been moving in, when suddenly her opponent was a lot closer than she’d anticipated, coming back her way at full speed. The shoulder tackle took her wholly off guard, and Valerie was sent crashing to the mat, coming down hard on her back with an impact that left her ears ringing. She was stunned more than anything, but that was enough to keep her planted for the time being, needed a moment to clear the fog.

Alaina had managed to do it, halting the increasingly dangerous momentum of Valley. The amazon herself was still hurting and in a bad way even though she had just sent Valley crashing to the mat. Alaina shook her head and rolled hwr shoulder a couple times as she drew deep breaths.

Recovery meant Valley could recover. Alaina had to fight through the pain. She couldn't rest. She bent down and pulled Valley up and grabbed hold trying to lift her across her shoulders. Alaina began lumbering towards the ropes as quickly as she could in this state to rey a move that was increasingly hard for her to pull off these days.

Alaina was going to try to jump up on the middle rope and springboard off still holding Valley across her shoulders to deliver a springboard samoan drop!

Valerie was a little shook up at the moment, but not so much that she could miss the sensation of being lifted up. For a woman like her, that was a little too rare to miss.

She gasped as she suddenly found herself on Alaina’s thick, broad shoulders, hoisted up in a way she rarely experienced since she hit her growth spurt and became far too heavy for piggyback rides.

That would’ve been distressing enough by itself, but Alaina was just lifting her, she was moving. In specific, she was heading towards the side of the ring, scaling the ropes, and-

It was not a happy landing. Valerie came crashing down on her back hard from the elevated Samoan Drop, flopping over from the bounce and coming down hard on her chest. She tried to push her way back up, but her arms gave out before she could rise far, and she just wound up flopping down again, far too winded to even think about rising for the moment.
