Miranda Tomi vs Emma Vale

Emma was excited with how fast she was progressing with this whole thing, here all of about a month and already in a tournament to decide the fate of the inaugural Lightweight champ. Such a fascinating position and if she could win it! She would be a star right off the bat, and her first opponent was some cutie who she had heard was pretty tough and a belly dancer to boot so she was likely very flexible and athletic, as most dancers were. Emma wasnt much of what one would call a dancer but she tried on her more modified look just to be funny, maybe this girl could show her a thing or two before Emma beat her.

The blonde made her way out happy as can be looking at the crowd and offering waves and high fives to people on her way down to the ring and stepping on in twirling around and showing how pumped she was to get this started, it was just the first round in many but if she could get through this she could get through anything.

The qualifiers were going to be the biggest thing she had been apart of, and she was determined to see it through to the end. Fixing her stuff in the back she quickly came out to a cheer as she opted to once again wear her usual dancing clothes rather then a more practical attire or even her normal clothes. She knew she could show off in it, starting with her usual dancing as she came down to the ring.

Getting more cheers on her way down she looked at the blonde cutie in the ring, who seemed equally excited to be there. And at least she didnt look as mean as Monaka, though Monaka didnt actually look mean so she was unsure how much of this nice smile and look was an act. "Looks like its you and me in round one. You new here?" Mira offered a hand and small talk.

Thumping her head a bit to Miranda's music Emma, took her time watching the girl dance on the way down. She couldnt help but think how exhausting that kind of thing had to be, dancing before a match, maybe it helped get her warmed up though. She should really ask her and as she saw Mira enter the ring finally Emma basically hopped over to introduce the dancer to herself.

Shaking the girls hand Emma kept up her bright smile and wide eyes. "Sure am, dont be fooled though I'm pretty tough and will rock your world if you let me." Emma giggled holding Mira's hand a little longer then she thought Mira might want. "That routine was great? That your warm up? Or do you challenge yourself by doing that?" She asked innocently enough.

"Oh dont worry about that. I'm the last person who'd underestimate anyone." Her qualifier taught ehr that much, Monaka was as cute and vicious as they came and she had enough experience with girls like Mei to know when not to mess around with other Lightweights. Emma continued to question her about her 'routine' and it took her a little more time then she thought it should have to get what she was talking about.

"Uh..Kinda? It certainly loosens up some muscles." She answered flexing a little as she backed off looking at Emma. he wondered how she fought, maybe she went about it like she did or maybe she was more aggressive, she was almost eager to find out for herself.

While it was good that she wasnt being overlooked she did have the feeling of the fact she didnt really have anything up her sleeve worth mentioning. Still the fact that Miranda was going to at least give her the ability to show everything she had and treat ehr like an equal rather then someone she could crush easily was good. She had seen girls like that backstage and they creeped her out.

Backing up and deciding not to say too much more after her answer besides a curt. "Oh I'm sure! But ill find out in time I bet." She waited to get things started as the bell rang, giving her the signal to get up and go moving towards her opponent, while the main idea would have been a lock up she half expected Miranda to want that instead she would try and go for one of her arms to pull the Hawaiian in and throw an elbow into her face.

Mira wasnt really sure that all entailed good things but at the moment she had to worry more about what she might be able to do at the start of the match. With the bell going off not to long afterwards Miranda would try and close in after the blonde and look to grab her in a standard collar and elbow tie up. Though Emma stopped her before she can do anything, slamming her elbow into her face.

"Ough!" Mira groaned as she backed up, holding her head as she blinked from the elbow strike. She didnt think she would ignore the lock up but thinking about it she realized nothing forced her to accept it.

Emma's attack connected and stunned the girl in front of her. Looking surprised by the sudden attack catching her face before she moved in after her before she could back away and recover. A prime time to maintain control and beat her opponent into submission to advance now. Grabbing her shoulder Emma would bring her knee up into Miranda's firm belly. Hoping to try and bring her down a bit with the knee.

Taking advantage of the opportunity from there she would try and turn her over and bring her into the neckbreaker position before dropping down, letting her neck fall and drop onto her shoulder.

Seems Emma was out to play rough in here targeting her with the a sense of urgency and not stopping for anything in her pursuit of an early lead. before Mira could blink after the elbow she was suddenly set upon with a swift knee to her belly. Mira had tightened up thankfully but she still felt her entire body shift from the blow before Emma yanked on her head and twisted it around to turn her into a neckbreaker position and send her to the mat.

"Auughk!" Mira screamed suddenly dropped down on her back as her head collided awkwardly with the girls shoulder and sent her flopping down to the mat holding her neck. She turned to her front and slowly came up to her knees while still tending to her neck, as bad as things were she couldnt really stay still.

Sending Mira to the floor Emma started to move and get on the attack more now that she had her opponent hurting and reeling from the attack she had just hit her with. And she wasnt stopping there at all, while she was down Emma would move to force her to her stomach and then move to wrap her legs around her head. Holding it tightly between her legs she would then try and lift her head up and slam her head down into the mat over and over again while keeping her head tightly secured between her legs.

Emma would have loved to paly around a bit more but in this case with such an important prize on the horizon it was high time she just went in for what mattered and then if she so desired she could have more fun with Mira later.
