Just want to confirm what the policy is for adopting face claims of characters who's owners haven't been active for awhile.

I was thinking of taking over the Emma Frost face claim from RockRye but wasn't sure on the rules:

To be fair don't even think rockrye had ownership to that claim. That be me , and i got no problem with it so long as you don't use the same images I used. Especially since you are using the rivals version right Darius?
