The TBDs vs. Scary Love - LAW Is For Lovers

”Come on, keep going, crawl over here!”

”Dios mio, what does it look like I’m doing?”

A groan of frustration worked its was out from all the groans of pain, as Halloween made the slow trek over to the corner, still aching from that nasty fall. Her bout with Callie hadn't gone as well as she planned, but at least she’d done enough damage to put the more experienced TBD into a retreat, too. She couldn't finish the job, and she didn’t like her chances with Morgan in this state, but she was fairly certain Lovers could bring them home, if she was even half the wrestler she remembered her to be. Ditzy though she was, she could go.

A little more, a little more, and… ”Gotcha!”

Halloween slapped hands with Lovers and rolled out under the bottom rope, taking a breather on the floor while her tag partner leaped over the ropes and came dashing across the ring, looking to take Morgan on again. This time she lead in with her fists, lashing out with a quick barrage of jabs the moment she met to try and drive her back.

Morgan bounced lightly on her toes as she watched her partner crawl over to their end. It was exciting that both sides were going to make a tag at the same time. Callie must have really been gassed if she was crawling over but that is okay! Morgan was a little sore and her head was still spinning, but she'd be fine especially because it would be Lovers in. That will be fun!

Callie reached out and Morgan made the tag, slapping her partner's hand. She turned to see the others had just managed to make theirs as well but then Morgan had an idea.

"Callie go back a crawl, please."

Morgan shooed with her outstretched hand but stayed on the outside of the ring.

"What?"

Callie muttered but complied with the unusual request. Morgan typically did this so at this point she ended up going along with it more often than not. She didn't understand until she heard the thunder of approaching footsteps, likely Lovers, approaching their end. Her partner was going to try another one of her tricks and against Lovers.. it might just work.

As Lovers closed in with her fists raised, Morgran raised her hands. "Woah! She didn't tag me yet! I wanted her to but she is soooo stubborn!" Morgan called out, shuffling away from the turnbuckle. Quietly moving away from Callie who was still kneeling in the ring and hopefully out of sight, out of mind. For Morgan would then slip into the ring and then with Lovers' back turned, she'd wrap her arms around her neck, lift her knees and place them into her opponent's back and attempt a Double Knee Backbreaker ambush!

Lovers hit the ground running, moving at full speed across the ring. Her steps were light, her hair flew back, and her smile only widened when she saw that Morgan hadn't even made it into the ring yet - couldn't have asked for a better setup. She’d knock her down, take the initiative, and then-

She stopped.

Lovers had to put the brakes on, in such a sudden fashion that she nearly tripped over Callie in the process. They hadn't tagged out yet? But…well, she hadn't seen it, but they were close enough for it, weren’t they? Seemed like a good time to do it, especially with Halloween making it on their side.

Confused, Lovers turned back to the referee, who looked just as puzzled as she was, until Halloween made her way back up on the apron. ”Christ’s sakes, it’s another stupid trick!” She waved her hands about and pointed her way. ”Look out behind you!”

Behind her Lovers did look, but it was far too late, as Morgan - who seemed to be properly tagged in after all, rushed in, wrapped her arms around her neck, pulled her back, and spiked her spine with a Backbreaker, shooting the points of her knees deep into her body.

Lovers yelped and bounced off and flopped flat on her face near the center of the ring, with her hair splayed out around her head like a halo. With a rueful groan, she started to push her way up after a moment. ”That was really, really mean.”

Morgan had her move go off. Lovers hit her knees, bounced off, and promptly flopped back onto her face right in the center of the ring. The Magician turned and rose to her knees inspected the damage.

“Awww Lovers, you know I don’t mean anything by it. It’s just a little fun between friends~”

Morgan giggled, rushing over on her knees to hurry up and straddle Lovers from behind, taking a prompt seat right on her lower back. She did feel bad but then remembered the abuse she had been dumped to so it kiiiinda balanced out. She wiggled her fingers and brought both hands together to cup under Lovers’ chin.

“So how about I make it up to you and we cuddle. Just like how Halloween showed me!”

Morgan’s voice held no malice as she giggled, turning to crank back on Lovers’ chin in her own Camel Clutch. Though there was a little payback intended in the hold.

As far as Morgan knew on this hold, she had understood the bullet points of getting your opponent to bend backwards so that’s what Morgan did. She didn’t know why her opponent’s arms had to be trapped on top of her thighs but she didn’t care right now.

Morgan brushed a few stray bangs from her opponent’s forehead before bending down to kiss the top of Lovers forehead.

“Did my kiss make it all better?”

Morgan giggled, sitting back on the top of her heels to further crank the hold.

Halloween’s facepalm could be heard all the way up in the nosebleeds.

Really, she shouldn’t have been too surprised. Lovers had always been…flighty. That was the nicest word for it. She had an ADHD thing going on, was so easily distracted, and it was difficult to get her to focus on anything important for any amount of time. That wasn’t so much of a problem in a lot of matches, she could at least focus in the ring…but, every once in a while, some smartass came along who knew how to exploit it.

Morgan was that smartass, and sure enough, she’d managed to get the better of her attention-challenged partner. Soon enough, she moved in and plopped down on Lovers’ back, and it didn’t take a sightseer to guess what was coming next.

A Camel Clutch. Morgan getting a little revenge for getting her back bent earlier, it seemed. Halloween didn’t worry too much, though, as Lovers had always been a flexible sort, able to take this sort of thing well. Morgan could bend her back all she wanted to, she was never going to…to…

Wait. Wait. Was Morgan kissing Lovers? And was Lovers giggling and bouncing and looking like she enjoyed it? Yeah, that was a thing that was happening. It took Halloween several seconds to register what was going on before she spoke.

”Um, excuse me?” She clapped her hands, drawing the lovebirds’ attention. ”Hanako! Eyes on the prize! Focus!” She wagged a finger Morgan’s way. ”And you! Keep this crap up, you’re gonna be counting your teeth in a minute!”

Lovers just rolled her eyes and settled in, looking comfy - as comfy as one could look while nearly getting folded in half. ”’Weenie, don’t worry! I got this!”

This was cute. Lovers was cute. Morgan knew was cute, too, of course.

Was there anything more romantic than a Camel Clutch between two excitable gigglers who started the match as adversaries and were now... Lovers??? Okay, not that extreme but Morgan was finding this exceedingly fun. It was infectious to be around Lovers like this and a little of that boldness was rubbing off on Morgan now. In fact, this whole match she had been a sponge for things she thought could be fun for her own matches and she slowly absorbed it all.

"Awww, you sound better, Hanako~" Morgan broke off her giggling to comment on the state of things before she was giggling again. This was the sort of thing that she hadn't expected, and the surprise was wonderful.

It was all too easy to ignore Halloween because she was just sour about it, Morgan thought. "Weenie sounds mad. Do you think she is jealous?" Morgan asked in a hushed voice as she stared down at her opponent, still being bent backwards in the hold. They were still in a match and Morgan knew that but again, she was here for the fun. If Halloween happened to get mad from a little affection than that is her problem.

Pulling Lovers chin to wrench the hold, Morgan leaned down to give Hanako another kiss, this time a quick one on the nose. A tease. She loved teasing and driving people mad in pursuit. Of course, she wasn't going to be mean like that stink, Halloween, so Morgan eased only a little on the hold for a moment.

"How about another?"

Morgan hummed, pulling the hold back, making Lovers bend more than before as Morgan leaned in with her lips, hovering just over Lovers' own lips but juuuust out of range so that Hanako would have to try and stretch herself the rest of the way.

Morgan wasn’t the only one getting something out of this. Lovers was having a blast.

She’d heard that LAW was a lot friskier than most wrestling feds these days, and she’d some of the matches herself, but even she was taken aback by how quickly things got a little heated in her time with the company. This wasn’t even a hentai match, nothing close to it, and she was already pulling in the kisses, on the verge of making out with a near-stranger. If this was the prelude for greater things to come, oh, she was all in.

Halloween wasn’t enjoying it, of course, but she was always kind of highstrung about that sort of thing, even when they were dating. Especially when they were dating. A little kiss here and there never hurt anyone…

”Maybe. A little.” Lovers licked her lips as she looked up at Morgan. She had nice eyes. This glowing shade of blue, like a glittering, gleaming pool in the morning sun. ”She’s a lot of fun, trust me, you just gotta get to know her better.”

Another kiss now, right on the nose, getting closer every time. This girl was a good tease, really knew how to stretch things out and drive someone crazy - a lover after Lovers’ own heart. But as much as she loved the TLC, she hadn't forgotten that this was, in fact, a match, nor had she failed to notice that Morgan hadn't secured her arms.

She wouldn’t spring the trap right away. No, she bided her time, waited, as Morgan came over for a real kiss, so close they could take each other’s breath, feel their heat…

Now.

Lovers reached up, grabbed Morgan’s head, thrust up with her hips, and pulled the woman over, flipping her forward and dropped her flat on her pretty butt. At the same time, she rose up, reached out, and seized her opponent’s arms as she pushed her knee into the woman’s back, trying to split her down the middle with a seated surface. All with a quick whisper.

”Gotcha.”

The lick of those lips, those babydoll eyes... Oh yes, Morgan had Lovers practically eating out of her hand. It was for a dual purpose. One and primarily it was fun, but two, it would make her opponent want more and willing to put up with anything. Even a loss if Morgan could be teasing enough with it. Though so far, Lovers seemed fine in this camel clutch. Bent for sure but maybe Morgan wasn't pulling enough.

Oh well. Tease first, ask questions later.

So close aaaand...

Morgan's eyes snapped open as she felt her head seized. It happened fast so there wasn't any time to react aside from that. She was bucked by her opponent's lovely hips and flipped over. The Magician impacted the mat on her rear with a soft grunt, back turned and completely blind to her opponent sliding in behind. There was a dagger of a knee into her spine and her arms seized to begin pulling back.

Morgan shook her head, throwing her blonde hair everywhere. "Nuh-uh!"

She protested in response to Lovers whisper, fighting with trying to out-strength her through the arms. A losing battle for sure as Morgan lost ground through her shaky arms, slowly getting pulled back so her shoulders began to flex inwards. Lovers knee dug into her spine as well making the sensation... well painful to an already sore back.

Morgan's face was wound tight in the effort and the pain but as it cascaded to too much for her, she titled her head back and cried out in the anguish of it.

Callie winced at that. Her partner must have been sore and she certainly wasn't quite use to having herself being forcibly bent like this. This might end up a loss in the end but you know what, at this point Callie was at peace with it. They had a more respectable bout than what she was worried about with the beginning. Incredible considering her teammate was an absolute rookie and yet they still gave a veteran team, albeit with their own issues, something fierce.

Oh, that was saying. Halloween was getting the perfect sense for Morgan’s style, now - she might not have had much in the way of experience, but she was trying to make up for it by being tricksy as all hell. Not the worst idea, really. The Scream Queen could respect that game, it was one she played all the time. But there was only so far it was going to get her, even with someone like Lovers. Her luck would run dry, sooner or later, and it seemed like her teammate had finally caught on.

Halloween just wished she’d done so before all the, you know…kissing. All that kissing. Way too much kissing for her liking. Seriously, what was with the kissing?

She was doing her best to push it aside for the moment. LAW was all about horniness and groping and blah blah blah, so this shouldn’t have surprised her. It wasn’t like Lovers was her girlfriend anymore, nor did she want her to be. It didn’t matter. It shouldn’t matter.

And yet…

Ugh, she needed this match to end. ”Lovers!” She got her partner’s attention and drew her thumb across her throat, giving her the signal. ”Finish it!”

Lovers’ looked over with a pout, clearly disappointed, but nodded. She gave Morgan’s arms a final, solid yank, then reached over to the caress the woman’s cheeks, bringing their faces close together for the last time. ”Mmmmmmm, sorry, beautiful. You’ve been a lot of fun, but it’s time to put you down. Ready?”

Morgan felt herself slump after the hold was released. This whole match had been exhausting and painful. It was fun. It could still be fun, a lot more fun if she won even. Was she going to give up? No, but she was a little outclassed. Even Lovers, who was easy to distract and trick, was still ending up on top, but she wasn't going to give up.

As Lovers' hands slipped around her cheeks, Morgan gave a soft, exhausted grown. Her head was still tilted back so she can meet the other woman's downward gaze, even if it was through the blonde's half lidden eyes. She was talking about finishing this match, to be put down for good, but maybe Morgan didn't want for this to end on such a sour note. Maybe she had just one last trick to play against Lovers, one that they'd both enjoy.

"How about... one last kiss?"

Morgan said through her labored breaths but she didn't wait for an answer. She brought her hands up and around to seize the sides of Lovers' head to pull her in abruptly to a kiss on the lips. Lips met an affectionate wetness at first but Morgan knew this was her last play at try and make something work. Her tongue darted out, poking at the lips of the other woman, seeking a way in. Giving Lovers exactly what she wanted all along.

Callie's jaw dropped. W-were they sharing a kiss? A deep kiss? She had known about certain provocative nature of this league but there were still respectable matches to be had. She was a little surprised she had been so surprised at this point. Lovers and Morgan had been flirty since the beginning... actually makes sense for the two of them, but somehow, Callie thought Morgan was up to something. She might have been the best wrestling this match, but she was the cleverest.
