Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
Kimiko was pressed up and trapped against the turnbuckles, her struggling seemed to do almost nothing to help her resist Valerie's strength. Thankfully for her though the referee stepped in and separated the two a bit giving Kimiko a moment of relief and time to breathe only for her opponent to immediately be right back on her. Kimiko's mouth shot open as she let out a soft cry of pain as her opponent's shoulder drilled into her stomach driving the air straight from her lungs. Kimiko's body began to curl over the woman's shoulder as she struggled to regain her breath.
Kimiko's mind could only focus on the pain for a few moments before the panic from a sudden lack of air took over, and then a mix of the two. It was confusing for her, and her body as it didn't seem to know what to do until she managed to take a shallow breath as she remained curled over the blonde's larger frame.

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
Valerie wasn’t trying to be cruel with Kimiko, though that might have seemed to be the case from the outset. There was no getting around the size difference, and even though her opponent was a little older than her, one of them was a Young Lioness while the other was on the main roster. That had been a string her mother had pulled, wanting her to be on the biggest stage possible instead of coming up through the training program, and it meant that Valerie had been trained by her predecessor, instead. No small advantage.
But she wasn’t the type to hold back. That wasn’t what she wanted from her opponents, and she could give nothing less in return. For better or worse, Kimiko was getting the full Valley Doll III experience.
In this case, that meant pulling her out of the corner with her body still draped over her shoulders, turning about, falling forward and driving Kimiko’s back into the center of the ring with a powerful spinebuster, planting her firmly with the thunderous move. She’d go for a pin right after that - while she doubted it would work, there was little harm in trying, and it was a good way to make Kimiko waste energy.

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
Barely having more than a few hours of in ring experience Kimiko still hadn't had the time to build up much of a pain tolerance to these sorts of things so when Valerie's shoulder suddenly slammed into her midsection it was like a shock to her system completely stunning her. Kimiko couldn't bring herself to do anything as Valerie pulled her out of the corner all the way to the center of the ring and lifted her up just to slam her back down hard. A cry of pain escaped Kimiko's mouth as her back with the canvas.
Valerie wasn't wasting any time though as she followed the spine buster up with an early pin attempt.
"One, Two! Th"
Kimiko's shoulder shot up off of the mat and she rolled onto her side breathing heavily from the sudden rush.. it was so early and she had almost lost the mat from just a slam, it was alarming to her and made her even more worried.

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
Valerie was no wrestling historian, but she was fairly certain that no one had won a match with a spine buster in the past thirty years, and certainly not two minutes into a match. She only attempted it because of a mantra her predecessor had drilled into her head: ‘pin often, pin early’. While early pin victories were rare, they did happen, and you never knew when an opponent might get overly winded from a blow that wouldn’t normally work.
Even so, she was quite taken aback when her pin attempt almost got a full three count. It seemed like Kimiko wasn’t accustomed to taking hard hits, which was a big problem when you were taking on a heavy hitter like Valerie. She had to pity the poor woman, but that pity wouldn’t mean she’d hold back. ”Up we go.”
Valerie took hold of Kimiko’s head with a facelock and stood up, forcing her to stand up along with her. As soon as they were both of their feet, she grabbed hold of her opponent’s wrist, twisted to the side, and sent her running off to the furthest corner with an Irish Whip, making sure to put her back into it for added power.

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
Kimiko panted and laid on her side just trying to calm herself down and suppress her worried thoughts after such a close and early defeat. Valerie wasn't just going to wait for her to get up on her own though. Instead, the blonde forced the issue and grabbed Kimiko by the head, pulling her right up with her. Kimiko's eyes then widened as her wrist was grabbed and she was sent running towards the corner. Thinking quickly Kimiko would jump up when she got close to the corner managing to get her feet on the second rope to stop herself from crashing into the corner.
Kimiko would then glance back, if Valerie was chasing after he she would jump off the ropes and turn her body aiming to take the blonde down with a cross body from the second rope!

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
Valerie was starting to get a little worried. Not for herself, she hadn't taken much if any real damage in this match so far. But she wondered if the bookers had made a mistake putting things together. While she was still green to the business, she had been around wrestling enough with her mother to know that promotions sometimes valued name recognition over common sense. Putting together two legacy fighters was something that could draw in ratings, and they didn’t always care if there was an actual matchup to be had. The last thing Valerie wanted was a squash.
Thankfully - or, perhaps, unthankfully - that would not be the case. Valerie came in rushing behind her foe as she made her way to the corner, only to find that Kimiko had a little more pep in her step than she’d anticipated. She hit the brakes as the woman jumped up on the middle rope and started to backpedal, but it was already too late - the Dynasty Warrior took flight, crashed into her chest, and brought Valerie crashing to the canvas, with enough momentum to roll them both over.
Valerie rose to her feet after the crash, but that didn’t mean she was ready for another attack. She was disoriented for the hit and the fall, stumbling about, and she needed a critical second to regroup and lock in on her opponent.

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
Kimiko may have been smaller, but that didn't mean she couldn't fight back. After all, David beat Goliath with nothing but a rock and a sling. Managing to stop herself by jumping up on the second rope, Kimiko glanced back to see Valerie coming right after her. This was her chance, jumping off the rope and turning her body she splashed into her blonde opponent taking her down to the mat!
Rolling off of the woman Kimiko pushed up to her feet quickly, knowing that a hit like that wasn't going to keep her large opponent down, and surely enough it didn't as she saw Valerie getting back up almost as fast as her. Thinking quickly Kimiko ran at her opponent aiming to jump up on the blonde aiming to trap her head under her arm before hoping to use her momentum to turn and drive the woman back down to the mat with a Tornado DDT!

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
This was always the problem with smaller wrestlers, the ones who worked off of momentum instead of pure strength. It was like they all had extra little battery packs stored somewhere on their body. You could put them down time and time again, slam them hither and thither, but they would always get back up the moment you gave them too much space and go crazy.
It was like that whenever she wrestled her brother, and she was feeling it now, too, as Kimiko began running wild. First came the splash, a move that took her down and knocked the wind out of her, and here was the followup. As soon as she was up, her opponent was all over, grabbed her by the head and using her weight to drive her head into the canvas, nailing her with as stiff DDT.
The move sent Valerie flopping ass-over-teakettle, rolling over and coming down hard on her back. Stunned, aching, her instinct took over and she rolled under the ropes, making her way to the outside for a breather.

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
What Kimiko lacked in strength she made up for with speed, energy, and determination. Spiking Valerie's skull into the canvas Kimiko released the woman's head and rolled away before popping back up to her feet. Kimiko was starting to feel in her element, now she just had to decide what she wanted to do next to her larger opponent. Seeing the woman roll out of the ring Kimiko glanced at the ropes and took a deep breath, she had a high-risk yet flashy idea. Backing up to the opposite side of the ring Kimiko would wait for Valerie to rise back up to her feet.
Once the woman was almost back up to her feet Kimiko would run forward and jump through the middle and top ropes toward her opponent on the outside of the ring aiming to smash into her and take her back down onto the floor!

Re: Dynasty and Legacy: Kimiko Bando vs Valley Doll III
It was okay. It was fine. Valerie wasn’t in trouble. Not just yet.
She was outside of the ring, gathering her senses after taking a heavier hit than she was expecting from a lightweight like Kimiko, but it wasn’t the end of the world. She had to concede, the woman was a real firecracker in the ring, giving her far more difficulty than she was expecting, but it was something she could deal with if she kept her mind right. She just needed to be patient and wait for the right opportunity.
Like, say, this one.
Kimiko came flying out of the ring like a bat out of hell, and there wasn’t anytime for Valerie to move out of the way…so, she didn’t. Instead, she ducked down, reached up and caught her opponent, letting her come down on her shoulders. She stumbled a few steps to the side before she righted the ship and stood straight, with her foe held in a fireman’s carry.
She wouldn’t be staying there for long, however - in the next moment, Valerie kicked her leg out, fell backwards, and brought Kimiko crashing to the floor with a Samoan Drop.
