”Are you ready for this?”

”Yes. Let’s go.”

The Austrian audience was caught off guard as the lights suddenly dropped, engulfing them in darkness - but only briefly. A red flashing light pierced that darkness, illuminating the stage in bursts, as Cersei’s slender form strutted out through the curtains and a
began to play, thumping out through the loudspeakers.

Yuh, ayy
I don't wanna be here, I don't wanna be here
I just wanna live free, I don't wanna live in fear!

Cersei danced in the flickering lights, holding her hands high as a wave ran through her body. She closed her eyes and vibed to the music, swaying along with it, serpentine with her movements. It had been a long while since she’d had the chance to show off her body like this, and she seized it wholeheartedly, running her hands along her face and down as she savored the moment.

They don't, they don't
They don't wanna see me in the night time
They don't wanna see me in the night time
They don't wanna see me in the scope's eye

Bast’s hulking form came through the gloom behind her, head down, her face obscured in shadow by the hoodie of her sleeveless jacket. She looked like a specter of death, like something out of a nightmare, as her eyes gleamed through the shadows, and her ripped muscles cut an impressive figure in the dark. She was always huge, but she seemed even bigger than life at the moment, every bit like the goddess she took her name from.

Red light, head shot, missed it, my time
They don’t know wanna see me in the night time…

The Hammer of Africa made her way down to the ring as the music boomed around her, storming down the ramp as her sister continued to dance behind her. It would’ve been easy, far too easy, to get distracted by everything around her - the capacity crowd, the strange surroundings, the Big Fight Feel of the moment. She chose to ignore all those things and center her attention on the one thing that mattered - the ring, her match, the championship.

Thеn let it bang, I am a great with the way
Wavе a .22 or the .38
That is 60 ways for you to die
Best to call your bitch and go get her skates

Bast steeled herself as she mad[ie her way up the stairs, forcing her breath to take on a steady pace. Yes, she was taking on Alaina. Yes, Alaina was more experienced than her, and had a refined pedigree backing her up, a proven track record. It was going to be a monumental challenge, but so? Her entire life had been a challenge. She was raised in one of the worst places on Earth. By all rights, she should’ve died a hundred times over. Most people wouldn’t have made it a single day in her environment. But she lived. She grew. She thrived. She was a walking impossibility, and today would be no different.

Gone, you don't belong, red on your face
You have a drone
If you got my money, it won't be long
I want it back and I'm not talkin' 'bout tracks

Bast made her way through the ropes and raised her fists as she made her way to the corner, getting a fair share of applause from the crowd as she went. She threw off her coat and tossed it out of the ring to Cersei, who caught it clean as she passed. She leaned against the turnbuckle and did a few stretches, trying to get limbered up, focus her mind, ready herself. Not long now, not long now.

They don't want me in the city at night, they don't want me in the city at night
It's my city and it might get shitty and it might get gritty
In the mornin' light
Hello, hell no
I'm about to put you in a chokehold
I'm about to show you something that you should know, but you never don't know!

Alaina was backstage wearing her two piece tiger print wrestling attire with witching boots and kneepads pacing. She had been the LAW Heavyweight Champion less than a year. She was 48 years old, almost 49. She had won her last 23 matches in a row and this marked her 8th title defense. She was going to keep this belt and stay undefeated up until she turned 50 if she had her way.

Standing in her path was one of the most physically intimidating women she ever faced. At 5'9" 187lbs of lean, defined raw power muscle the amazon was in an incredibly rare situation finding herself outclassed in power by a muscular giant of a woman. That didn't deter the champion whatsoever. Making that little pipsqueak mouthpiece Bast brought with her shut up? That would be priceless. Showing the world that pushing age 49 she could still hang with a literal giant in the ring and come out on topnwas the mission, something she needed to do. Nothing was going to stop the Amazon.

As the championship music played aalaina came out and held the title high as she crowd roared. She put the belt over her shoulder and flexed, striking a pose at the top of the ramp before strutting her stuff down to the ring, high fiving fans on both sides of the ramp. Alaina climbed up onto the apron and through the ropes standing tall and holding her arms out as she continued to soak up the cheers. She handed the title to the official who held it high before handing it off to the timekeeper.

Alaina knew women like Bast were usually feared. Alaina knew this fight was going to be incredible, difficult and taxing. However one thing she wasn't was afraid. No, the amazonnstepped tonthe center of the ring glaring a hole into Bast's eyes. Instead of cowering or looking intimidated like many other women... and probably men.... to face Bast the amazon instead trembled, appearing eager to get to grips with the woman as she was nearly jumping out of her boots to get started at the opening bell.

There she was.

Bast watched as Alaina made her way to the ring, brandishing the championship on her shoulder with deserved pride. While she kept her face flat and serene, she couldn't help but admire this woman, taking in her entire presence as she neared the ring. Cersei might have wanted her to hate the champion, but every she looked at her, all she could see where her accomplishments, her history, everything she had accomplished to reach the place where she was in LAW. She was a phenomenal competitor, and standing in the ring with her was an honor, let alone fighting for her title.

That wasn’t to say she had no confidence in her ability to win this match, far from it. Just because she recognized the height of the mountain, didn’t mean she had any qualms about climbing it. She was born for this. She was ready.

Bast pummeled her palm and made her way to the center of the ring, where the ring announcer waited with the microphone in hand. A flaxen-haired beauty in a flowing dress, she looked between them, nodded, and opened her mouth to start the introductions…

…only for Cersei to snatch the microphone clean out of her hand and step in front. ”I’ll handle this, thank you.” She shooed the irritated announcer away and stepped between them, as Bast folded her arms and kept her gaze centered on Alaina. ”Ladies and gentleman, you may call me Cersei. It is my pleasure…no, my privilege…no, my distinct honor to present to you, the fine people of Austria, your soon-to-be LAW Heavyweight Champion.” Cersei smiled knowingly at Alaina, before she looked back at Bast. ”Weighing in at a solid 240 pounds and standing at a staggering 6 feet and four inches, she is the destroyer of giants, the breaker of men. Ripper, slasher, mauler, tearer, crusher. The terror of the squared circle. She is the Panthress, the Hammer of Africa, the uncrowned and unsung - BAST!

The crowd erupted into a mix of cheers and boos, as Cersei tossed the microphone back to the announcer and made her way out of the ring, waving to Alaina on her way out. ”Enjoy your last moments, crone.”

Alaina ignored Cersei and kept staring at Bast. Both women in the ring were powerful and Alaina could usually overpower women heavier than her thanks to her strength, fitness and muscular body. Bast was built the same only with 7 inches more height and 53 pounds more weight. Not to mention Alaina could likely be old enough to be her mother. That didn't matter though she stepped up and flexed her biceps despite being smaller, chest to chest with Bast as Cersei gave up the mic.

"And now introducing your LAW Heavyweight Champion... standing at 5'9'' and weighing in at 187 pounds.... from San Diego, California.... "Amazon" Alaina Sanders-Haines!"

Alaina kept glaring at Bast as she was announced and the arena was filled the with sound of the bell ringing! Alaina wasn't going for anything other than showing Bast that she wasn't going to back down. She was smaller and older but she was going in directly, bluntly and with everything she had. Alaina let outa war cry of a scream and stepped right up to Bast and began swinging looking to open upon Bast and surprise her. Punches, forearms, knees anything she could do to land hard up close strikes before taking Bast by the arm. Alaina wanted to send Bast running towards the ropes if possible and as Bast bounced back Alaina would be running at her full speed. The best way in her mind to show Bast that the champion was a force was to do what many women likely weren't able to do: Take Bast down to the mat with a running lariat, putting all her speed and strength into it to deliver as much force as possible.

Bast nodded as Alaina moved up and flexed her biceps, acknowledging her strength. It was impossible to ignore a body like this - if the two were the same height, they might be equals. In such a situation, it wouldn’t be impossible to think the Amazon would be stronger. She had a power well above her weight class, the raw physicality that defied norms.

But Bast was the more powerful one here, she was sure of it, willing to bet on it, and more than ready to prove it. The time for doubts had long passed.

It seemed as if she wasn’t the only one with something to prove, however - Alaina came at her the moment the bell rang, charging forward with a full head of steam and letting loose with a barrage, firing all of her heavy artillery at once.. The first couple of shots took her off guard, landing hard on Bast’s face and driving her back, and things didn’t much improve once she had the wherewithal to get her guard up. She was driven back one step, then another, then another, as the pressure continued to pile on.

Alaina seized her before she could throw her own counter, grabbing her by the wrist and sending her off into the ropes. Instead of fighting that momentum, however, Bast added to it, turning the run into a full-on sprint. She hit the ropes, came dashing back hard, then leaped towards her opponent at the last second, trying to connect with a flying knee to the face before she could land her lariat.

The sound of over 400lbs of muscular woman running at each other was loud and thundering and they collided with all the force one would expect. Unfortunately for the champion Bast adjusted and leapt her knee smashing Alaina's face! The head of the amazon snapped back and her hair flaws she fell back like a tree crashing to the ground. Alaina moaned and her hands covered her throbbing face with her wondering how she went wrong. Her calculated risk of going right at Bast looked like it was working but it had failed backfiring spectacularly as the first strike may have already drawn a tiny biota blood from the downed champions lip as she lay on the mat.

First blood.

Cersei shouldn’t have been surprised to see it, knowing full well how devastating her sister could be, especially in the opening moments of a fight. Her peerless strength, her explosive power, her surprising speed, it all came together to create a dangerous cocktail, and it wasn’t unheard of her to finish a fight in less than a minute back home. But this was different. This was LAW. This was a champion, and she’d humbled her in record time.

Needless to say, she was pleased. ”Keep on her, Bast!” She slapped the mat. ”Run! Her! Down!”

Bast had every intention of doing just that. As Alaina reeled from the knee, she moved in like a hawk swooping on her prey, reaching down to grab her by the head and force her to stand up. The moment she was on two feet, Bast dropped down, rammed her shoulder into the Amazon’s chest, and drove forward to slam her into the nearest corner, making sure to throw her entire bodyweight into the effort for added force.

Alaina groaned as she was yanked up to her feet, grunting as the big powerful shoulder of Bast bulldozed into her mid-section as she was still in a daze. Alaina was plowed back into a corner and her head snapped back as her body crashed against the turnbuckle. Her arms were draped over the top rope, stomping weakly in place as she tried to stay upright but needed her grip on the ropes to do so. Alaina'shead bobbed as she tried to recover against the brutal power of Bast who hit harder than just about any woman she wrestled in LAW!

Bast wasn’t much for long-term strategies going into matches, because she rarely needed one - usually, her offense was enough to overwhelm her foe. With that kind of power, tactics often turned into an afterthought. Just attack, attack, attack until her opponent couldn't get up anymore, then go for the pinfall or knock them out, whichever was more accessible.

Against Alaina, however, she knew that wouldn’t be nearly enough. She wasn’t just a champion, but one with a long streak of wins backing her up. You didn’t get to that level by being an easy mark - no, she needed to be meticulous about this woman. Brutal, but efficient. She needed to pick her targets, and right now, she was going after a major one - the stomach.

Her shoulder charge drove the air out of the Amazon, and Bast wanted to ensure it stayed out of her as much as possible. They had only just made contact when she lifted, pushed Alaina upright against the turnbuckle, then let loose with a thunderous knee to her midsection, targeting the same spot she’d just hit with the shoulder. Another knee would follow that, landing in quick succession, all while Cersei cheered on from the sidelines.

”That’s right! Keep up the pressure, keep up the pressure!”
