And to that end, I've decided to make a new thread, this one focusing more on people's actual standards and basic info one might want to know before engaging with them. Consider this a follow up to my original Questions thread. I have a code laid out at the end of this post, but here's the basics of what everything is going to cover. And unlike my last thread, I'll be making a separate post for my own info instead of haphazardly tacking on to the original post.
So, with that said...
Name: I mean... basically your username, or whatever name you prefer to go by.
Timezone: Since LAW is a pretty global site with people from all over it might help to know who's in what timezone so we aren't bugging folks at midnight when it's 5PM where we live. You don't need to give your exact location or country, just the timezone is fine.
Main Character(s): Try to keep this to the top 3 characters you use. Ideally characters that are good almost any type of match. Your go-to folks.
Posting Frequency: Let's keep this simple and say how active you can be during any given week, assuming nothing crazy is going on.
Post Length: To be clear, this is your typical post length, how many sentences or paragraphs do you write on average, assuming you aren't trying to directly match your partner.
Preferred Matches & Interactions: The main kinds of matches you like doing for most of your characters, along with the main interactions/tone those characters tend to have.
Hentai: Guys, let's be mature about this one. A simple yes or no along with what characters among your top 3 above are best suited for that if yes is all that is needed.
Hard Turn-Offs: Again guys, let's be mature about this. We don't need a long list of fetishes, just the most basic and immediate content that you don't want to happen in most of your threads.
Preferences: Don't think I need to say it a third time, but... be mature folks. Just general preferences and expectations you have for your writing partner, nothing too specific or crazy. And nothing fetish-related please, y'all can discuss that in private with your partners.
Preferred Contact: This is probably gonna' just boil down to using PMs or Discord. Don't need to post your actual Discord info, just stating what your preferred method of contact is.
About Me: Just a short blurb about yourself if you want to tell your partners or the forum something, be it your preferences, writing habits, or a fun fact about yourself. For newer folks confused by how some posts don't have this section it this was originally labeled "other" before I switched it around.
But yeah, I think that's everything in terms of the basics. Don't wanna' go too crazy with the info here. Anyways, code at the bottom, I'll probably do my own post later tonight.
