The lights around the arena dim to a pulsing red, then shift into strobing flashes of neon yellow and electric blue, like headlights and police sirens cutting through the night. A revving engine roars over the speakers, building louder and louder until it drowns out the crowd. Then, suddenly, silence.

A voice sample cuts in over the PA system, distorted like it’s coming from a CB radio:
“Nitro loaded. Ready to ignite.”

The rev kicks back in, fading into her theme song, hitting the speakers.

From the curtain,

bursts onto the stage in a literal sprint, almost skidding on her boot as if she’s running at top gear right from the jump. She pumps her fist, her wild orange hair catching the light as she whirls in a circle to get the fans fired up. She slaps her elbow pad, points two fingers like pistons, and mimics yanking the throttle of a bike before storming down the ramp.

Instead of a straight jog, Nikki swerves from side to side, leaning into imaginary “turns” as if she’s weaving through traffic. When she reaches ringside, she doesn’t just climb in, she slides under the bottom rope like she’s diving into a finish line.

Inside the ring, Nikki springs up to her feet and instantly bounces off one set of ropes, then the opposite, testing the tension with each rebound. She comes to a stop dead-center, throwing her arms wide and screaming out at the crowd with a grin stretched across her face. Finally, she slaps the turnbuckle, climbs to the middle rope, and mimics revving her “engine” one last time before throwing up a daring two-finger salute.
