Standing in the ring, awaiting his latest opponent, was the young, cute, Rai Kamiya, clad in a pair of blue tights, pads, and wraps, the Japanese rookie was anxiously waiting his next opponent in the law ring, while, in his mind, he mulled over a disturbing occurrence he had noticed.
...He didn't get a televised entrance...again. This was the SECOND time! The company was really giving him the stereotypical "Jobber" entrance AGAIN.
Technically that wasnt true. His music played, the titantron above the ramp showed his name, he came out as usual, to the same reception of name calling and taunts from the crowd, but he noticed that none of the tv cameras near the ring had their recording lights on during his walk to the ring, which meant he was likely coming out...during the commercial break.
Great. Just great. Truly a sign that the losses that were beginning to pile up in his early career were starting to take a toll, paint a picture of him to the higher ups backstage. He'd have to do his best in this match for sure then, if he wanted to change their impressions of him!
The boy sighed, and tried not to let it get to him, which was easier said than done, as he stretched his lightly muscled limbs and hopped up and down on the balls of his heels, while awaiting his opponent!
