Wolf in sheep's clothing: Blade Wolf VS The Pink Phoenix

This would be Kai's first match. He was stretching his legs in the locker room and practicing aerial moves as most of Taekwondo style is just aerial attacks and kicking. Lots of kicking and he was somewhat bad at it sometimes and today was one of those days where he was just unable to pull it off. Kai kept telling himself that it was just the lack of space here and- THUMP! Kai fell on his side as he failed to pull of a flying eagle which is jump kicking in the air with his right leg and then spinning his body mid air and kicking again with his other leg. He stood up twisted his back left and right as it made satisfying cracking sounds. He grunted."Best not practice it before a match. Lest I want to hurt myself."
"Blade wolf, please be ready. You will make your entrance soon." A backstage worker informed him. Giving Kai a heads up. Kai liked being called that. It felt right. Well... He is a free man now. Kai stood in a boxing stance and aimed for the punching bag. He punched it twice above, then once in the middle and switched to Taekwondo style and he spun his body, kicking it with his left leg and as he landed his left leg on the ground he spun his body again, kicking it with his right and he jumped, kicking it again with his left leg, sending it off the hook it hung on. Kai stood in his right stance and huffed. Relieved that he did it flawlessly.


Kai was the first to make the entrance. "Now entering the ring is our newest wrestler in LAW, The Rebel Dog, BLADE WOLF!!" Kai stood on the start of the ramp and kicked the air, stretching his legs and his entrance music 'I'm my own master now.' He walked down the ramp with confidence but not over confidence, he had no expression, he was stone faced. Kai jumped into the ring, showing off that he commanded the air even though he doesn't usually. He sat down on top of the ring buckle in the corner with a slight angry yet neutral expression

After the Blade Wolf finished his entrance, the pink-haired luchadora starts doing hers.Once her theme started playing, the lights of the arena turn pink as fuchsia fireworks exploding in the top of the ramp, making a curtain of smoke from which was impossible to see anything. Later, she shows up herself and walks over the ramp while looking at her opponent, who was the new guy waiting inside the ring.

"And his opponent... from Mexico City, Mexico... weighing in at 5'5" and 162 pounds.... THE PINK PHOENIX!!

Once she reached the bottom of the ramp, she does a small run towards the ring and slides under the bottom rope to get inside. Later, she turns the back to climb to the second rope of a corner and taunts the fans, then she goes down and turns around to look at him, as the arena lights get back to normal and the music cuts.

His opponent's entrance had impressed him as it was quite the show compared to his lack luster entrance. Honestly, he doesn't even blame the ones who had and were and would boo at him.

Blade wolf jumped down and landed 3ft in front of her, towering over her. Needless to say he dwarfed her. Upon closer inspection the Pink Phoenix would notice a few small scars on the front of his body. Whip scars and cuts that were carved in with a dagger when he was a whee little land. Blade Wolf hoped he did not look overconfident but he hoped he had looked intimidating. "May the best wrestler win." He said blankly. Needless to say he wasn't interested in conversing.

The referee stood beside them and explained the rules as Blade Wolf raised his hands in a boxing stance. As soon as the bell rung, he would dart out his hand to jab her in the face with half his strength. If it hit he would follow it up another jab and punch her guts. If she ducked it he would follow it up with a punch to the gut, slightly lifting her up in the air. If he missed he would dash back to safety.

Blade Wolf was fighting aggressively. He was taller and estimated that he was stronger

Phoenix smiles after hearing those words from Blade, despite of his lack of optimism and lack of interest on having a conversation.

After the bell rang, Phoenix sees Blade like if he was in a boxing match and tries to read his moves, then she dodges the jab aimed to her face, as she also dodges the jab af the gut, and starts kicking him in the right leg. Later, she would go for some huge chops to smack his chest.

Blade Wolf was sure at least one of them would hit but it seems none of his plans ever were foolproof. "Don't think. Just fight." Her sister's words rang in his head again. Don't think. Just fight. Improvise on the spot. Let the muscles do all the work.

Pink Phoenix had successfully kicked Blade Wolf's leg and it staggered him as he had slightly bent down. When he saw the incoming chops he would try to move backwards but he slipped on his feet and fell on the mat on his back. Blade Wolf took this opportunity to kick her crotch as it was well in range and it was a perfect chance that had now been setup for Blade Wolf thanks to his fortunate failure at dodging.
