A meteoric impact- Comet and Athena!

*Trying to figure out where to go from here after his initial loss, Comet had received a surplus of advice from numerous sources- Some suggested that he improve his overall range of motion within the ropes, while others were a little more critical of his inability to finish the match. Regardless of what path he chose, the fact remained that his loss stood out, and he intended to rectify it one way or another. After a few days of convalescing he decided to shake off his downtrodden demeanor by working the heavy bag, blasting it with a plethora of all manner of strikes to try and improve his mood.*

"Need..to get...better.." *He muttered aloud, alone and isolated within The Gem's Haven, focused only on enhancing his abilities to impress within the ring. Within minutes, he was beginning to work up a steady sweat, but he needed to push even further past his current limitations- Average was something he had been content with for too long, and only through extensive training would he ever be able to prevail against someone of Athena's caliber!*

Athena was thinking of working out here in this gym. Despite her age, she seemed to maintain quite a figure that many younger women (and men) would envy. Clad in her gym outfit, she made her way into the gym, thinking of what to do first.

And then, she spotted a familiar person. Sure, he might seem different compared to the time when he was in the ring, but she could recognize him. Seeing him working his ass out on his own, Athena decided to approach him, sauntering over to him with an amused smile on her face.

"Oh dear..." Athena spoke, trying to get the young man's attention. "Do try to work out in moderation, boy. It won't do you any good if you end up injuring yourself..." She reminded him as she continued observing his workout.

*As his knuckles continued to connect with the massive bag swinging around in front of him, Comet eventually swiveled around to address the stranger in his midst, only to unexpectedly feast his eyes on all of Athena's glory.* "That's my primary goal, to try and keep myself...." *Her chiseled physique caused his legs to tremble for a noticeable moment before regaining his composure, casually leaning his outstretched hand against the piece of equipment to try and play his blunder off.*

"I mean, I was just working off the morning lethargy is all. A little bit of perspiration goes a long way~" *His voice seemed relatively confident, but he wasn't even attempting to look into her eyes, unable to tear his gaze away from her breathtaking body.* "But um...if you have any suggestions...I do have an opening available for a little hands on training~"

Hearing what the young man had to say, Athena tilted her head as she crossed her arms under her ample breasts. Hearing that he could use a hands-on training, Athena chuckled.

"So, by hands-on, do you mean having a spotter, or do you have another thing in your mind, hmm?" Athena asked. "Either way, I'm fine with it. I could use a partner to train with, after all..." She said as she would stretch up, showing off her amazing physique. Despite her age, it was something that she managed to maintain due to her regimented training to her strict diet.

*As if he weren't struggling to maintain focus on the task at hand already, Athena's alluring cadence was enough to demand every spec of his attention, keeping him hanging on her every word before finally realizing she was waiting on his retort.* "O..oh!" *He finally crash landed back into the conversation, his eyes perking up at the infinite possibilities presented to him.*

"I mean, given that you handled me with relative ease earlier, I'd prefer someone who isn't afraid to..ahem..woman handle me between the ropes~" *He approached the edge of the vacant arena, gesturing for her to follow his lead.* "Maybe I'll show you a few tricks I couldn't earlier- Only one way to find out, right?" *He proceeded to hop over the top rope, striking his signature pose as he took a knee while simultaneously signaling towards the ceiling above him.*

Athena tilted her head as she listened to the young man. "Ah, I see. Well, I won't say no to an adventurous young man." She smiled as she would follow him to the ring, slipping through the ropes. "Let's see what you got, then." Athena did some light stretches, preparing herself for the spar with the young man before her.

"I hope you know what you're doing..." Athena told him as she placed her hands on her hips. She made quite an impressive figure, with her muscular frame and scanty training outfit. It felt like she was carved out of marbles due to how she looked.

*Despite his bluster and bravado, Comet knew he was in way over his head- Not only did Athena have the edge in both experience and muscularity, but she had a vise grip on his attention with just the way she conducted herself alone.* "If you keep underestimating me, I might just surpass your expectations~" *Somehow formulating a decent piece of banter to keep himself afloat, The Masked Marvel contemplated on what his first move should consist of.*

"Now then, let's get this show on the road!" *Finally deciding upon what would be the most prudent course of action, Comet suddenly spun around, whipping his body forward while untouching the arena floor for a spinning sobat kick across Athena's chiseled abs!*

When Gryff made his first move, Athena braced herself before she took a kick to her abs. "NGH!!" Still, she stood her ground, withstanding the blow. Flashing a confident grin, Athena would then grab onto Gryff's foot by his ankle, and she planned to bring him down by yanking at it.

"I got you now, boy!"

After saying that, she would try to make Gryff lose his footing on one foot, yanking at the foot that he used to kick her earlier. She wanted to make him fall to the mat, and from there, she could continue with her upper hand.

*Clearly having missed a crucial lesson when he had first encountered Athena, Comet was unable to knock the sturdy amazon off of her feet!* "H..how are you so durable?!" *He quizzically barked while attempting to recoil his leg, which felt as though he had done more harm than good from his feeble attempt at leaving a strong impression on her. Unfortunately, Athena wasn't about to let him get away with his hit and run tactics scot-free as her taut arms snatched his protruding leg!*

"H..hey! Give that back!" *His upbeat chortling reflected his jubilant mood, even though his leg had been ensnared within her unflinching grip he preserved his ebullient demeanor. This, of course, did not prevent the inevitable from happening- She swiftly discombobulated his footing, causing his entire body to collapse onto the floor. While down, he was certainly not out, although his offensive choices were extremely limited in his current situation!*

Having caught Gryff's foot, Athena then proceeded to make him fall down to the mat by making him lose his balance. Of course, she wasn't going to let go of his leg either as she planned to keep up with her upper hand. She would then reach down for Gryff's other leg, holding both legs with both her hands before she made sure that the young man was on his belly, and from there, she would move herself right onto Gryff's back while still holding his legs, putting him into a Boston crab.

"Enjoy your stay down there, boy..." Athena cooed as she would try to bend Gryff's body with the Boston crab. Having clamped his legs under her armpits, Athena would maintain to hold as she watched how the young man would deal with the pain.
