A Battle of Will: Finlay Zeffer vs Izzia Oskevic

Finlay panted and heaved a bit while clutching the rope. That last parting squeeze from Izzia eliciting a pain filled yelp from Finlay. A sound that betrayed his larger size. Even so it was well earned, the submission hold and Izzia's reversal alone warranted praise, but her performance throughout the match was admittedly continuing to blow Finlay away with how far the Pole had come.

"Gr." Grunting as he used the ropes to haul himself to his feet the blonde had to roll his shoulder a bit while looking over at his opponent watching her wearily from across the ring as she spoke. It was clear she was confident, and for good reason given her performance so far.

Yet what Finlay raised an eyebrow at was what Izzia called him. "Kochanie?" He asked bluntly in a confused tone before shrugging and setting his arm down, preparing himself to once again grapple with Izzia. The roar of the fans for their contest so far helping to dull the pain surging through him right now and focus on the task at hand, making Izzia tap once again. Stepping forward to the girl he would raise his hands up, taking a more cautious approach to Izzia as he closed in on her, preparing himself to attack or defend based on what she did next!

Izzia waited, watching with satisfaction as Finlay struggled back to his feet. Though she was frustrated she hadn't been able to maintain the hold to secure the submission, things were still going her way, and the impact of the move was clear to see. He didn't seem to share her enjoyment of the fan reactions, the pain apparently the main thing in his mind as he turned to face her, questioning her native tongue.

Izzia smiled impishly. "Kochanie? Is Polish for 'baby'. Sometimes I cannot help myself."

She watched, still smiling as Finlay approached with his hands raised for a fresh grapple. The Polish Princess, lowered into her fighting stance but she was not about to take him head on if she could avoid it. Circling, she kept her hands raised, edging to the maximum of Finlay's reach and playfully slapping at his hands, looking to goad the New Zealander into making a move she could look to counter.

As Finlay approached Izzia with a renewed sense of caution her explanation about the word she used admittedly sent a brief but noticeable blush across his face in response. 'It figures that she would use something like that.' He thought to himself after forcing the blush off his face. The girl was definitely feeling more confident... in more ways than one.

That impish smile on her face didn't help either since it made it clear she knew exactly what she was doing.

Forcing himself to focus on Izzia he circled her, preparing himself for what to do next. Unfortunately he wasn't quite able to force her into a grapple like he wanted. The Polish Princesses speed vastly surpassing Finlay's own as she darted in and out of his range, slapping his hands as if mocking him. Gritting his teeth in annoyance from both this and her earlier tease Finlay would dart forward, dropping low to try and grab at her leg!

Izzia spotted the flush that crossed Finlay's cheek, her not-so-subtle advances clearly having some effect on the attractive, high-flying Kiwi. She shot him a sultry smile as they circled, slapping away his tentative attempts at a grapple.

Anger flashed across Finlay's face and she knew the attack was coming, bracing to spring a trap if he gave her the opportunity.

He went for her leg, but she was ready. As he grabbed at her Izzia would attempt to pivot sideways, leaving one leg out as bait for him to grab while bringing the othe up and over Finlay's head as he went low. Then she dropped sideways, trying to clamp his head beneath her thighs and drag him down to the canvas again, where his greater size would be of little use to him!

Finlay narrowed his eyes on Izzia, his eyes doing their best to keep track of his smaller opponent's nimble movements. The Polish Princess was fighting smart and technically, like a true grappler. Finlay was expecting her to do so but her speed and agility was really proving to be the most difficult part about this so far.

Her not so subtle attempts at flirtation not helping. Especially since this time around it was a bit more.. effective given he knew just how good she was, that factor being more attractive to him than her supple and toned petite body.. But that played a part too.

Either way her attempt at baiting him succeeded and as he dived down to grab her leg he fell for her trap hook line and sinker. "Ngh!" Grunting softly as he felt her leg come down around his head Finlay would grunt and reach up, grabbing hold of and squeezing her thigh while doing his best to keep his feet under him. If he allowed himself to fall to the mat that could be game over.

So instead Finlay would tighten his grip on her legs as much as he could. Trying to brace himself as he tried to force himself up to a vertical base, in turn hauling Izzia up along with him!

Izzia's plan half-worked. She managed to goad Finlay forward into an attack, and her counter was ready. She dodged sideways, swung her legs up and caught him in a headscissor, trying to yank the bigger wrestler sideways and downward.

However, Finlay was not finished yet, fighting to keep himself upright and leaving the Pole in an awkward, sideways position suspended off the canvas with one hand supporting her. She gritted her teeth and jerked her legs, trying to yank him off balance but the male fighter stood strong for now. Worse than that, he started to rise.

Feeling herself get lifted up off the floor, Izzio knew she had to act fast. Not wasting any more time trying to drag Finlay down, she instead let out a screech of effort as she heaved her upper body up, using her abs to hold long enough to reach out and get a hold of his blonde hair. Far from trying to use such a catty move to cause him any pain, she just needed the leverage.

As Finlay stood, Izzia would attempt to pull herself up onto his shoulders, her thighs still wrapped around his head and inadvertently thrusting her crotch into the New Zealander's face. If she managed to get into position she would attempt to fling her body weight backwards, clamping her thighs tight and trying to yank Finlay forward into a desperate hurricanrana manoeuvre!

Finlay grunted and groaned as he held onto Izzia's legs. The tight grip admittedly helping him keep hold of his consciousness as he slowly but surely made his way to his feet, in turn hauling Izzia up with him.

It was no secret or major surprise what he was trying to do. He was bigger, stronger, and Izzia's attempted mount and submission hold made her easy pickings for a potential powerbomb. It was a classic, even cliche way to escape such a hold. Granted normally Finlay tried to avoid cliches being a male in LAW but desperate times called for desperate measures.

But it appeared he wasn't the only one with such a mindset as he fought desperately to escape the hold. For as he attempted to rise up, Izzia surely scouted what he was trying to do, and acted accordingly. "Mhmph!" Yelling muffled into Izzia's groin Finlay found himself surprised from her sudden scoot up his face, the action, and position catching him off guard!

As a result, before he was able to do anything he felt her legs tighten around his head, making him grunt in pain. But it was nothing compared to what came next. Suddenly Finlay found a sudden momentum taking him off his feet and launching him back!

"Gah!" Gasping breathlessly in pain Finlay rolled a bit from the hurricanrana, stopping on his side as he tried to reach up, only to fall onto his side panting for air. The extended time with his air cut off as well as the strain of lifting her up and the impact of her counter left him well and truly stunned. Everything was spinning for the male and he didn't look quite sure where he was, vulnerable to whatever Izzia would try next!

The quick counter attack her Izzia's hurricanrana was enough to completely catch Finlay off guard. She heard his exclamation of surprise when her crotch was thrust into his face, and she couldn't deny a slight blush of her own at the position they found themselves in.

But then she executed her high risk move and succeeded in hurling Finlay head over heels down to the canvas, smashing the big Kiwi down to the canvas. She kicked herself loose, rolling free and breathing heavily from her exertions, before looking back at her downed opponent. She had a small window of opportunity - it was time to utilise it!

Scampering back over to Finlay, tipping the man over onto his front. Then she grabbed his ankles and heaved his legs up off the mats, planting a foot against his upper back to stop him wriggling loose while she positioned herself. Eventually she would attempt to fold his legs right up and over into a C-shape, leaning down on his legs and locking in her finishing submission move, The Long Bow!

The Long Bow

Finlay groaned softly from his position on the mat, dropped and still somewhat stunned after Izzia's reversal. Between both her thighs squeezing his head like a vice and the general impact he was left out of it and vulnerable. Not a good position to be in right now, especially with an opponent that was looking to end things once and for all!

"Ngh!" Groaning as he felt himself rolled over Finlay moved his arms about, trying to grab at the mat and push himself up or find some purchase to try and escape but it was too late. Before he was able to do anything Izzia had grabbed his legs and crossed them over each other.

"Gahhh!" Before he knew it Finlay found himself trapped and bent back at an unnatural position, Izzia's knee digging into his spine all the while as she bent him into her finisher. Immediately his arms scrambled about and his chest bucked and heaved from the angle, but he had no leverage or mobility. Likewise they were near the center of the ring, way too far from the ropes to escape!

She locked in the hold. In the centre of the ring. It was perfect. She folded the taller male wrestler into a semi-circle, in a position that very much put his lower body on display for the braying fans. She leaned in hard, but Finlay was no weakling, and he struggled wildly in the hold, battling for every second as he tried to break loose.

"C'mon! C'MON! TAP OUT!" Izzia squealed as she battled to hold Finlay in place with her submission. He scrabbled around with his arms, his whole body fighting her, but the Polish Princess clung on desperately. If she could maintain the grip the match was as good as won. Finlay would be as good as hers.

That thought gave an extra shot of adrenaline to the Princess and she redoubled her efforts, screaming with exertion as she pressed her whole bodyweight down to bend Finlay as far as she possible could.
