Deku's breath hitched in his throat as he watched Noelle's reaction and waited for a answer, his anxiety steadily rising by the moment, his heart pounding to the point it felt like thunder in his ears. All of this had been building for a while. All their matches, their dates, all their time spent together... He knew she wa the one and his determined drive to beat her tonight.. To gain the confidence he needed to ask.

But Noelle had a question of her own. No direct answer just yet. But a question that made him swallow a lump that formed in his throat. "No.. but also yes... It's... It's more like... At that moment... I was going to ask... But I had thought of what you said earlier and I second guessed myself... I felt like.. Not that I had to beat you to be worthy or anything... But like... I needed to prove to myself that I could... In order to gain the confidence to ask... If that makes senese." He said before chuckling bashfully. "Honestly I probably would have asked either way.. Just maybe would have taken a little longer." He said while looking away, really hoping this wouldn't negatively affect her answer.

Noelle grabbed Izuku by the chin and pulled his eyes back to her own. "I understand," she said. "I. . . also know what it feels like, living a life where you can't believe that you're good enough. Not since before we met, but, I really do know." Noelle let out a breathy chuckle, "More than anything, I'm glad you did think I wouldn't have seen you as good enough if you couldn't beat me."

"Izuku Midoriya," Noelle said. "If you had asked me then, I'd have said yes. Now, that answer hasn't changed one bit. I'll marry you." Noelle pulled Izuku's head in and kissed him, tars of joy beginning to well as she let go of his chin to pull him into a full hug.

Deku pleaded his case and hoped that Noelle would understand his reasoning but it was hard to say so all he could do was silently hope. Eventually though Noelle would respond saying she understood and glad for thinking that it wouldn't be a requirement from her side before ultimately saying she would have said yes then... and that the answer hadn't changed!

Blinking for a second it took Deku a second to really process what she said and by the time he did Noelle had captured his lips in a kiss! Immediately upon realization he would kiss her back fiercely as the audience began cheering and applauding around them, Deku's arms wrapping around her waist to return the hug as he pushed himself up to his feet and pulling Noelle along with him eventually he would break away, having slipped the ring on her finger during the kiss and looking her in the eye.

"Thank you..." He said before kissing her forehead. "Now... Lets get out of here... You're night is just starting.. and it's gonna be a long one.." He said in his best 'dom' voice before smacking her but and turning to lead her out of the arena, eager to get somewhere private and give Noelle the night he knew she wanted.

"Oooohhoh it better be," Noelle said as Deku hit her butt and than began leading her off. "I won't be satisfied until you break me in bed harder than you broke me in the ring, fiancé." Noelle gladly followed Izuku out of the ring, ready to follow him not just now, but with everything he said for the rest of the night.
