While pretty much all the wrestlers in LAW had some special or iconic attires, Jaegu was standing backstage as generic as can be. a shirt with some training pants. There was also Momoi Satsuki next to him, giving him a few last pointers to which he was just nodding without actually talking. After all, he was still nervous, but also focused. Jaegu calmed himself by telling himself that this time it is going to be a normal match with a ''normal'' opponent, so to say... Surely nothing could go wrong.

Jaegu heard his music start playing and he knew his time was up. With a light push on the back from Momoi, Jaegu stepped into view and then proceeded down the ramp, just walking regularly, no fancy stuff. Not that he got a big reaction, anyway. He was just that rookie lion thing and has certainly not made a name for himself yet. Thankfully (in a sense), humiliation or humiliating performances were relatively common on LAW, so his debut fiasco didn't stand out TOO much, or not for long, at least.

Jaegu entered the ring and went to his corner, waiting for his opponent to show up. He's done a decent job to not show nerves, but he was certainly feeling them.

Of all the ways Videl Satan could get her first win at LAW, goddamnit did she not want it to be like this. Getting fed some kid with no clue what they were doing whose only experience was getting massively humiliated by a real wrestler in their debut. It wasn't like they were just putting two jobbers together, at least that damn well better have not been the thought process behind this booking. Despite her winless record, the young martial artist had been fighting nothing but high level opponents and pushing them hard despite coming up short. "Damnit, and I so freaking close my last match, too!" She spat to herself.

Maybe that's why Videl had been booked for this match. Acknowledgement of her performances despite the lack of results. As if LAW was saying, 'you've earned a win, have a freebie.' It still wasn't something that Videl liked, assuming that even was the case at all, but it was something she could stomach a lot more than the alternatives.

Videl

Videl's music came on, and she came out from backstage, clad in her tight fitting attire. Walking down to the ring with steely determination on her face and no care for the cheering crowd around her. The only person she paid attention to was Jaegu Song, the man she was set to fight. Boy, really, she thought. Her foul mood and low opinion of her opponent bringing out the young woman's sassier side, one Videl was in the ring, she grabbed the hem of her top and said, "Will you tap out for me if I take my top off?" She was mocking Jaegu with an offer she had no intention of actually fulfilling even if he agreed. She just had a bad mood to take out on somebody, and the bell hadn't rung to let her do that with her fists yet.

Jaegu's opponent showed up. The woman looked like she was straight out of the gym. Well, same could probably be said for Jaegu, although Videl's attire was a bit more revealing, showing off her toned stomach and those short, tight shorts... They were showing off her strong legs alright, but... Yeah, at least she wasn't in a bikini and while the woman looked very attractive in her own way, this time Jaegu seemed to have more control of himself. The mere sight of the woman did not make the boy week in the knees. Videl, also didn't seem much for theatrics either, her expression looked... serious? or maybe foul? It wasn't clear, at least until she stepped into the ring.

Taking a closer look, Videl looked... Small. Small, but strong with that athletic build. Once Videl spoke, it left Jaegu confused and surprised. This time, the surprise was different from the previous match in the ring. it was not laced with double meanings of suggestive, it was verbal jabs from the get go.
Jaegu tilted his head as he looked at the smaller woman. What..? It took a moment for Jaegu to process what Videl meant, or at least what he thought Videl meant. It seems she was referring to his performance of his debut match... It made him feel a bit of embarrassment just recalling that match.
Heh. Respectfully, I'll ask you to keep it on for this match... A bit of a genuine chuckle, mixed with some embarrassment was in that response.

The two were at the centre of the ring as the ref was explaining the rules, win conditions, etc... Jaegu was maintaining a serious expression. It ultimately didn't matter if his opponent was mocking him or had a low opinion of him. He could see how it maybe would even be justified. But if the opponent was going to fight him normally and will give him the chance to fight her normally as well, then he will just focus on that, do his best and see if he can win. He sure as hell was not going to underestimate Videl because of her size.

Once the two separate and the bell rings, he would maintain a serious and focused expression and raise his fists. he would move closer slowly, but would not charge at his opponent and remain more defensive, at least for now.

Videl was pleased when she saw Jaegu's slow pace and defensive stance to start the match, because that meant there was absolutely nothing stopping the young martial artist from going full on rush down offense. She would start with a quick jab at Jaegu's head, thrown while she was still running at him. She expected it to be blocked, but the jab's purpose was simply to get Jaegu's guard high so she could immediately follow it up with a hard gut shot.

If the punch landed, Videl would grab Jaegu by his shoulder and arm and pull him forward to close what little distance was still between them in order to stick her knee right where the punch had gone. If Videl was not stopped, she would use her dominant position to try to push Jaegu down onto his back, then throw a hook down at the side of his head to make sure he stayed stunned while the black haired woman swung her body around to wrap her legs around Jaegu's arm to put him in an Armbar.

Once the bell rang, Videl came at Jaegu with intensity and non-stop offense. The good thing was that this wasn't some seduction tactics, so at least Jaegu was at his best, tilting his head to avoid the first punch, he then pulled his midriff slightly backwards while putting both his arms to block the follow up punch at his stomach. The blow stung his arms. Videl's small frame carried considerable power. That, as well as unrelenting, grabbing Jaegu by his shoulders before proceeding with a knee towards the same spot. Jaegu blocked it again, but he was pushed one leg backwards.

Will this leave Videl overextended? Jaegu was about to try and figure that out by immediately responding with a quick left jab at Videl's belly, followed by just as quick right jab straight in the face. If Jaegu was not prevented prevented from following up further, then he would continue raining punches at Videl's face and torso, as if to tell her that he could match her intensity. If the quick jab to the face connected, a couple of quick jabs to Videl's belly would follow, then a right hook towards her face, followed by a left. He would step in closer with every strike if needed and if Videl was guarding high at that point and Jaegu wasn't stopped, he would take a step forward and aim a right uppercut at Satan's belly.

If anything, Videl was actually somewhat happy that Jaegu seemed like he actually was capable of fighting back, as opposed to what the footage of his first match would suggest. He defended Videl's initial combo of strikes before swinging back with something of his own. But because she had put the Korean on the backfoot before attacking, his punch didn't have a ton of power behind it. So even though Jaegu's belly punch connected cleanly, Videl was able to tank the blow and deflect the follow up jab at her face without issue.

But Jaegu seemed to want to take the initiative now after starting defensively, as he went back down at Videl's stomach. But the martial artist stopped the first punch before moving to counter with a cross to Jaegu's jaw. If it hit, then Videl would try following it up with a push kick at his stomach to create some distance so she could turn and hook her leg around to catch Jaegu in the head with a second kick.

From the get go, this match was very intense in regards to action. The audience started cheering due to the intense pacing and maybe at the fact that Jaegu did not crumble immediately at Videl's aggressive approach and even struck back at her.
His fist connecting to the woman's belly was satisfying, but it didn't seem to affect Videl, certainly not enough to prevent her from blocking the next jab. Jaegu went at her again, but Videl's defence was solid and it wasn't long before she took back the initiative, performing a counter strike cross, clipping the Korean's jaw. Ghhrk! 'she's quick...' Jaegu though as he groaned, one eye closed temporarily as his head was jerked to the side.
Ghuh... Videl's follow up kick to the stomach connected, pushing the boy a step backwards.

Jaegu's eyes caught the wind up of the next blow. He saw Videl spinning and her leg coming for his head. Jaegu raised his arms in time to block it, grunting at the impact, the force pushing him to the side a step.
If Videl immediately went on the attack, then Jaegu would focus on blocking and dodging until he could find the right moment to counter. However, If Videl wasn't charging at him the moment Jaegu regained his footing, he would raise his fists and step towards the shorter woman, throwing a left and a right at her face, trying to bait her guard high before sending a right straight for her belly. It would be ironic, since that was more or less Videl's opener...

"Tch," Videl grunted as Jaegu blocked her kick. She had been able to land her first two shots, but the big hit that would've put the Korean on his back failed to land. Videl took a moment, which Jaegu took as an invitation to go back on the attack. But the martial artist had noticed something, while she had mixed kicks into her striking, the boy was using nothing but punches.

If Jaegu fancied himself as a boxer, then Videl figured that he might not be prepared to defend at an attack at his legs. So when Jaegu threw his first punch, the winless woman ducked it as she dropped down to sweep the Korean's legs, which would put him flat on his back if it worked. If Videl did get Jaegu on the ground, then the martial artist would start to put some grappling into this wrestling match.

Videl would turn away from Jaegu as she grabbed his legs and wrapped them around one of her own. Then the young woman would spin as she dropped down to the mat, resulting in a position that looked like a Figure Four Leglock, but with Jaegu on his stomach instead of his back. It was a Rolling Deathlock. Videl would take her other leg and push it into Jaegu's ankle, creating a very similar feeling to a regular Figure Four Leglock.
