Theta received a brief reprieve from the pin of Francisca's ab stretch, only to be lifted up in a torture rack submission, Theta never felt more exposed then at this moment, but, at the same time, for whatever reason, wasn't embarrassed in the slightest. Theta heard the Devil Cat say he can give up anytime, to which Theta scoffed, "Quit? Do you know how much I pay to get treated like this by a masked woman? And here I am, getting it all for free, and you are doing a lot better job than those I pay. No, sweetie, if you want to win, you're gonna have to knock me out..."

Francisca let out a mocking pout at Theta's response to her suggestion he submit. The femboy might have been a feeble opponent but he was tougher than he looked.

"I guess you're not leaving me any choice," she laughed, expertly swinging Sailor Theta off her shoulders and down to his feet again. She caught him to make sure he didn't fall, then wrapped her arms around his waist. "Maybe this'll do the job?"

And with that she squeezed tight, crushing Sailor Theta against her buxom frame in a powerful bearhug and relishing the grinding of their bodies together. "You really are just too cute to be true," she laughed. "Good night, Sailor."

Theta found himself dropping, only to be lifted back up in a crushing bearhug. Theta smiled, he knew she got him, but, he didn't care, "I've always wanted to be in the arms of a beautiful woman..." he commented as his vision grew blurry. This was it for him, he had lost, but, did he really? Judging by the smile on his face, no one could really say. Theta, before being completely knocked out, shrugged and kissed Francisca on the cheek, before slumping over her shoulder...

Francisca smirked at Theta's words as energy quickly fled from the femboy's yielding body. She crushed him close, enjoying the sensation of their bodies pushing together until Sailor Theta finally slumped unconscious over her shoulder.

Grinning, the victorious Devil Cat unceremoniously dumped her opponent down on the canvas flat on his back and planted a foot on his chest, gesturing for the referee.

"Call it," she sneered. "He's done."

After checking Sailor Theta's still form, the referee quickly concurred and raised Francisca's hand high to the cheering fans, confirming another victory for the Devil Cat.
