PERSONALITY: Extroverted, bubbly, cocky, lively and will probably force you to buy coffee with her if she wins. Will do anything it takes for a win, even bending the rules a little, however isn’t a sore loser, and more so enjoys the thrill and fun of the match.

Eventually, after being inspired by some fights she witnessed on TV, she took an interest in martial arts, where she learned extensive training in Muy Thai, as well as some boxing training to learn how to be extra evasive. She trained hard with both and uses a unique style involving a lot of dodges and counter-play, enjoying the risk factor. This lead to her breaking into the world of MMA and eventually becoming an MMA Champion, garnering a very large number of fans who fell in love with both her personality and fearless fighting style. Azucena made sure to make use of this opportunity, serving as the poster child for her family’s farm and promoting it as much as she could. However, she still wanted to expand her arsenal even further, and decided to turn to Pro Wrestling, being captivated by the flashiness of the moves and the “thrill of the match”, as she calls it. She also, of course, noticed how many people watched it, and the thought of even more promotion was mouth-watering to her. She trained hard with various tutors, honing her strength, speed, agility, endurance and durability while learning some of the most devastating moves and holds, even asking to learn some underhanded moves and tactics just in case. After becoming a slight force to be reckoned with, she tested her abilities out in some exhibition matches, where she also incorporated her risky counter-play nature into her wrestling style, often catching opponents off-guard after using her signature Libertador stance with a devastating punishment for their zealousness, continuing to promote her family’s coffee after her wins.
After feeling she was ready and wanting to step it up a notch, she entered the world of Pro Wrestling even further through LAW after being offered a contract by talent scouts that had watched a few of her matches. Her main aim is to get as much experience as she can from different opponents and their fighting styles while continuing to advocate for her love for coffee and her family’s brand. She also aims to further hone her trademark style as well as try out multiple different brutal moves, all to improve her skills as a fighter overall and give her more of an excuse to sip on more coffee, exclaiming it’s to calm her nerves before matches.
STRENGTHS: Incredibly quick and agile, being ready to dodge at nearly all moments, as if instinctively, mainly using her taunting Libertador pose. Her strength is also commendable due to her being able to perform moves such as Tombstone Piledrivers, and she’s been described as a “plucky and tough nut” by her trainers in terms of her endurance/durability.
WEAKNESSES: While her Combat IQ and Experience is fairly good, she can be quite easily distracted sometimes, being a massive chatterbox and friendly soul.
FUN FACTS:
- Her favourite blend of coffee is her own family’s brand, proudly proclaiming it as the greatest. Saying that, she enjoys all other blends too for different reasons, stating that different coffees fit different moods.
- Azucena enjoys dancing, feeling that it lends nicely to her upbeat nature.
- She’s scheduled to fight in another tournament at some point.

“Oh yeah! Right, I remember the one! The King of… something something Tournament 8! Or… was it 9? No, no, has to be 8! There were some cool looking fighters around the registration area though! I saw some big guy with a cape and a Jaguar mask on and tried to talk to him. He seemed nice and like he’s a real capable fighter but it was sort of difficult to understand what he was saying through the roars. Ooh, there was this one girl in a real fancy outfit with blonde hair, I think she was French? Regardless, she tried to proclaim that tea is better than coffee! Can you imagine the cheek?! Honestly, I hope I face her in the tournament so I can teach her what’s what!”
