Background
Ivan was born from a local prostitute and a passing sailor, a bastard child. His mother is just one of many prostitutes in Manila, the main hub of trade in the Philippines. Life with his mother wasn't so bad once he tolerates the amount of men that come and go in their home. His mother never showed love nor shunned him. It's fine for him.
But at the age of 6, life changes as his mother passes away. At this point, the boy is forced to live on the streets if he doesn't want to be taken by the authorities. His mother's influence made sure he distrusts them, making the choice obvious.
By age of 10, he was already living on the streets. Living through scraps and leftovers in the trash. No where to sleep but in the desolate alleyways, wrapped in ragged cloth. Not only that, danger lurked in the shadows, Kidnappers. With his bright red hair and blue eyes, he is a prime target for these people. As such, he had to blacken his hair with coal and burn his skin under the sun in mid-afternoon, camouflaging himself as just another Filipino child.
In his time at the streets, he would later join a bunch of children and later become a big brother to them by the time he hits puberty. By then, living conditions have to be changed. He got 3 siblings to take care of and money to show for it.
As such, he joined some illegal fight clubs, pit fights in particular. Manila's underground had a lot of those and Ivan found himself fighting in one for money. Sometimes he wins, sometimes he loses. It doesn't matter, because at the end of the day, he goes home bloody and bruised from these fights.
The money problem is solved for the time being.
Into his young adulthood, he was already a name in the underground. His red hair being an icon to the locals, despite his foreign looks, he was finally accepted by locals. Although in a bloody manner.
Later on, he was scouted by Mr.Q and offered an out to this lifestyle. Wanting a better life for his siblings who are now teens, he accepted.
Not knowing what kind of deal he accepted with the devil.

Personality
● Ivan's an introvert in nature, a personality developed from his childhood into his adulthood. Despite that, he is a good actor. From an introvert, he can turn into a mouthy cruel villain at the drop of the hat. Some suspect he has MPD (multiple personality disorder), some say it's his true nature.
Even so, all Ivan wants is some peace and quiet. Maybe get some fun here and there but a peaceful life is always preferred.
