BG:Ikechi is not actually blind but was taught to fight without using his eyes, making him a purely reactive fighter unfortunately that comes with the downside of him being somewhat inept at being on the offensive, with most of his attacks being based on his opponent making the first move, with this style being indicative of how he was mainly reactive thought out most of his life. Considering that he was bullied for most of his elementary and middle school life he ended up coming to someone simply known as "the flow master" where he learned the fighting style he knows today, with him keeping a blindfold on him in order to make sure he always knows how to use his fighting style
Ikechi's personality: somewhat closed off but isn't hostile if you aren't, approaching him isn't a problem, but he isn't much for conversation so he might shy away from you if he feels uncomfortable
