Born in Toronto Canada Chris was constantly picked on for his height causing him to have a short temper and began to fight anyone who made fun of him for being short. Chris's father was a kick boxing instructor so when Chris turned twelve his father trained him in kick boxing along with Chris picking up wrestling along the way. When he turned eighteen he joined the local wrestling federation and was constantly mocked for his small size compared to the other wrestlers but they all shut up the day he won his debut, Chris's opponent was 6'3 thinking it would be a cake walk against the 5'4 Chris. Using his speed and athleticism Chris overwhelmed his much larger opponent using quick strikes, drop kicks, and high flying maneuvers while barely getting hit himself, it looked like a wolverine taking down a great moose which earned him his nickname. When he was twenty he started drinking more heavily just because he felt he had nothing better to do and now he's basically a high functioning alcoholic and almost always has at least one bottle of beer in him. After three years of wrestling around North America and a few months in Australia, LAW took notice of him and issued him an offer to be signed to which Chris accepted.
