Astrid didn't know how long she could last in the mutual lock. Though she was confident, she had seen what Kaia could do, and she had no doubt that the brunette was a capable wrestler who she wouldn't want to mess with. The hold went off without a hitch, and Astrid was able to grab on tight to Kaia's arm, working her joints as she pulled hard on it with both hands.

Astrid bit her lip, keeping her focus as she pulled back harder. With the match worn down as much as it had, she saw this as her chance. Even with her own powerful stamina, Astrid knew she couldn't last forever, and what's more, she could be sure that the taller woman was going to take advantage of that if she got the chance. Well, Astrid didn't want to let that happen. She was going to have to bring this in first!

The moment the hold on her arm was locked in the brunette would feel her joints being worked over as Astrid showed no mercy. Astrid had the hold locked in squarely and securely. She didn't see any way this could go wrong; she just needed to wait it out for Kaia to submit. But the Greek woman was tougher than Astrid anticipated, and even with her hold as tight as she could, Kaia still wasn't giving up. Astrid didn't know how much longer she could keep the hold in place, no less put on any more pressure than she already was; she was pretty sure she couldn't go any further.

Of course, that wasn't a big deal anyway, as Kaia was finally able to end the hold by forcing a rope break. In turn, Astrid let go, rolling back onto her side.

"Oh really, now?" she said. The thought of Kaia facing her with the full command of her abilities intrigued her, she had to admit. "Why don't you show me what you can do, then?"

Soon after, the rest of her body fell to the mat with a thud as Astrid was laid out in a daze. Her vision was whirling all around her, and all she could do was groan under her breath as she waited for the world around her to stop spinning, having no clue what direction the voices of the crowds cheering them on were coming from.
