Fifth Match - First Annual Queens of the Beach: Astrid Ostberg vs Kaia Ambrosia

It took some effort, as the Greek woman was quite clearly bringing all that she could. She wasn't about to back down to just anything, and Astrid knew that. But as she strained harder, the sweat beading on her brow as she ground her teeth tighter and pushed back against Kaia's palms with her own, she was soon able to right herself, bringing her up to her feet.

Now having offset the leverage Kaia had on her, Astrid was quick to go on the offense. "That was good," she said, "but can it last?" She shoved harder into Kaia, while at the same time pushing a foot off the mat, hoping that she might be able to push forward and take Kaia with her.

With both on their feet the test of strength chanced from trying to force the other down to trying to push the other backwards as Astrid would make the first move.As the blond would shove into her the Greek woman was pushed backwards at first as she would struggle to regain her footing.As by the time she did she was almost near the ropes , and struggling to stay on her foot as she replied ''well all good things have to end,but they won't end right now''as she tried to regain her footing and try to push backwards in an attempt to shove Astrid backwards.

The fight had only just begun, but everyone was watching the test of strength between the two women with rapt attention, as though it was just as important as the bout itself. Both of them were fighting hard to gain control, and at this point, it was anyone's game. The tension hanging in the air between them was practically palpable, as each time one of the women looked as though she would prevail in the balance, the other managed to match her just the same.

Sure enough, Kaia was just intent on keeping up the lockup as Astrid herself, and even as she was being pushed towards the ropes, she resisted to give in to Astrid's force. The blonde narrowed her gaze, leaning in closer still as she gripped Kaia's hands with her own, the muscles in her arm tense from the effort she put in. But it couldn't last, as Kaia was quick to sieze on the leverage she gained from getting back up. As she pushed harder at the Norwegian, Astrid began to skid back across the mat, slipping ever so slowly away from Kaia.

Kaia had bin pushed back , but had tried her best to regain her footing so she could hopefully push back.At first it was an struggle , but soon she would be able to slowly push the blond backwards.With each step she forced Astrid to take a step back in return.Since she had succeeded in her first object which was to move away from the ropes she now wanted to push the other wrestler towards it.So far she was off to a good start as the Norwegian was skidding back across the mat as she whispered ''seems you lost our little game Astrid.Admit I am the stronger wrestler between us''in an teasing tone as she slowly forced her backwards.

The test of strength had been going on for a while, and the pressure was starting to show on Astrid, even this early in the match. Combined with the heat of the beachside ring, the sweat was beading down the side of her head and neck, and she began to pant harder, her face red.

She started to be pushed back from where she stood, and she shuddered softly, her legs wavering under her. But she was determined not to fall, and she dug her ankles against the mat to try and stabilize herself. Still, with the length of time she had needed to keep up her grasp, Astrid couldn't keep the strengh of her fingers forever, and sure enough they were beginning to weaken from where they gripped her opponent's. Astrid needed to think of something, and fast.

The blonde looked up to meet Kaia's eyes as she taunted her, but she didn't seem to let it get to her. In fact, she was just as ready to fight as ever, even when the wear and tear of the match was showing on her.

"You're strong, yes. I'm not going to argue that," Astrid said between pants and huffs. "But what about this?"

Letting go of Kaia, Astrid would proceed to whip her towards the ropes with a swift jerk to the side. Now the match could really begin in earnest.

Kaia was becoming an bit arrogant as she believed she had won the test of strength as she pushed the other wrestler backwards.However the heat from being outside was making it difficult to keep pushing the other back as sweat ran down her body. As with each step she would pant as her face would turn redder.

So it was no surprise when Astrid would be able to dig her heels into the canvas , and stop any attempt to push the blond backwards.Still when their eyes would meet after she had taunted the other wrestler a few seconds earlier she did not see fear in her eyes.What she did see the brunette was not sure of , but when she was being complimented she could not help but grin in responds.Only to figure out what Astrid really had in mind as she got whipped into the ropes , and rebound right back towards her fellow heavyweight.

Astrid barely had time to stand and admire her handiwork as Kaia was sent running - she just had a few seconds, however brief, to strike a pose with her hands on her hips as she beamed with pride at her accomplishment. But Astrid wasn't the type to just sit by and let an opportunity like this pass her by. She had other plans for her opponent.

As Kaia would rebound off the ropes, Astrid would close in after her with as much speed as she could manage given her size, and as she got close, she would leap off her feet with her shoulder raised to try and take Kaia down. She would lose her footing in the process, but hopefully if the blow landed, the Norwegian would land right on top of Kaia, in a perfect position to follow it up.

After being whipped into the ropes by her fellow heavyweight the brunette was already rebounding off the ropes , and running back towards her opponent as she already had a plan.As she would continue to run towards Astrid as she would wait until she extend her arm for a clothesline.Only to run right into the other wrestler as the blond would leap towards her for a shoulder tackle.Both Heavyweights would collide , but since the Greek would plan on knocking the Norwegian with an clothesline she was caught off guard and knocked down.

Kaia may have wanted to get a clothesline in on Astrid, but the Norwegian barely noticed, already in mid-stride and headed straight for her intended target. And just as Astrid had planned, Kaia hit the mat under her, with the blonde falling on top with her shoulder and elbow poised to make impact with her opponent's chest.

Now that the Greek woman had been brought to the ground, Astrid would push the advantage. Before Kaia would have the chance to recover, Astrid rolled off of her and lay on her back off to the side. There, she grabbed for Kaia's wrist, pulling her arm into the right position before she hooked her powerful legs over Kaia's chest and squeezed the Greek's arm between them. Pulling back on her wrist, Astrid would execute an armbar, beaming with pride at the thought.

Kaia had gone for the wrong move as rather then the brunette knocking her opponent down with an clothesline , Astrid would knock her down with an tackle before she could even connect.The full force and weight of the other wrestler would send her falling onto her back as the blond would land on top of her as her shoulder and elbow made contact with her chest.

Before she could even think about trying to get up she would feel the Norwegian grab her right arm , and then felt her legs over her chest as the Greek found herself in an armbar.In responds she would attempt to get on her side so she could land some good punches on her fellow heavyweight's body.
