One more Week I'm afraid!

Sorry to peeps I'm in posts with. Just came back from a weekend long holiday, but its looking like I'm going to be largely indisposed for the rest of this week. Should be back to fighting fitness after this week, and I will try and sneak in what I can over this week but its looking unlikely. I'll try and post when I can but otherwise its looking like another 7 days
