Erin Quinn vs Yamato Nadeshiko

"Nnng, let go!" Erin whined as she was dragged towards the corner. Still reeling from a few moments ago, the redhead reluctantly moved with her opponent until she was just a few feet from the corner and would then become dead weight again. The Irish brawler was not without a plan though. She just had to catch her breath a little bit before trying to execute anything. For now Erin was just watching her opponent carefully as she approached the ropes.

Once Yamato reached the top rope Erin would grin. It was obvious to anyone watching what would happen next. While Erin didn't expect the quick hop and flip, she had anticipated that her opponent would be jumping into the air and trying to land on her. In response Erin would raise her knees up as soon as Yamato's feet left the ground. While she would take a bit of the impact herself, the redhead imagined that her foe would be in much more pain as she crashed down on her knees.

"Ikuzo!" Erin would yell after the move as she tried to push Yamato to the side as well as push herself up. Now that she had a few more seconds to recover the redhead needed to try and take advantage of her situation. Still not in the mood to fully get up, Erin would instead just push herself onto all fours and crawl towards her foe. If she was able to Erin wanted try and go for a simple submission hold. The redhead would attempt to get onto Yamato's back and hook the woman's legs under her arms before leaning back and stretching her out in a boston crab.

The Perfect woman was on a roll. She had just salvaged a bad situation and rode the momentum towards setting up what she felt was sure to be a winning combination! An expertly executed sequence of dynamic moves that would allow her the chance to advance in the tourney and get one step closer towards championship glory! Nadeshiko had countered an attempted Atomic Drop, floored her foe with a Springboard Bulldog, and was now readying herself to put Erin away with a Moonsault variation!

Yamato gracefully spun threw the air as she came down towards a supine Miss Quinn with a corkscrew motion! The fans tin the Tokyo Dome roared as Yamato seemed to come down in slow motion, accentuating her form and torque. And just as Yamato fell atop her opponent, those fans would break out into gasps and shock when The "Perfect" Woman's back collided with Erin's knees!

"AUCK!" Yamato cried as her spine bounced painfully off Erin's knees. She'd fall off of Erin and onto her side whilst placing a hand on the small of her back. The black haired wrestler took a blatantly harsh blow, there! She seemed to be in a bad spot, now. And Erin knew this. The Irishwoman would shove Yamato to the side and begin to crawl towards her. Within just a few moments, the prone, hurt Japanese Superstar would find herself tied up in a painful Boston Crab hold! She'd cry out in pain while reaching out and trying to inch her way towards the ropes from the center of the ring!

"Urgh! Auuuugh!" Yamato groaned as her spine was bent and further strained by her opponent. Only one middleweight could emerge victorious. Only one could earn that belt in this match, in this tournament. And whatever pain or strain Yamato was enduring even now, she'd attempt to overcome with grit teeth and maximum effort. At least, that's what she told herself as she placed her hands on the canvas and tried to crawl towards the ropes with everything she could muster!

Erin had her foe right where she wanted her. After landing what she could only assume was a crippling blow to Yamato's back, the redhead would now target her legs. She planted herself on the perfect woman's back, grabbed her legs, and then pulled back as far as she could. Not particularly used to submission holds Erin would just try to stretch her opponent out as much as possible, not even worrying about asking for a submission. Her only real goal was to cause as much pain in a short amount of time as possible. Each cry of pain she heard from Yamato was just further encouragement to pull the woman's legs back further.

Eventually Erin would feel herself moving ever so slightly. "H...huh?" She said out loud before being moved even further. Looking down now the brawler realized that Yamato was crawling herself towards the ropes. "No fucking wayyyy!" Erin gasped, a lot more impressed than angry. She new she wasn't the lightest wrestler out there and the fact that Yamato was able to move while in so much pain dumbfounded the redhead. She couldn't help but respect the woman's tenacity. Even more impressive was the fact that it was actually working. Despite the fact that Erin was cranking the woman's legs back further than she thought possible, Yamato was inching closer and closer to the ropes until finally she reached them.

Erin was forced to get off of Yamato and watch her get up to her feet. The redhead wasn't done though. She was going to win this match whether her opponent was going to cooperate or not. Since she wasn't the one that had taken a blow to ht back and a boston crab, Erin was a bit quicker to her feet. She would wait until Yamato was almost up before trying to get her hands on the woman and lift her up in the air. The redhead would aim to finish this match by putting Yamato over her shoulders and trying to bend the woman's back far enough to get her to submit.

Though she was in a tight spot, the Japanese superstar still persisted. She couldn't throw in the towel, not here, not now. Submitting would mean losing her chance to become LAW's first middleweight champion. Submitting would mean failing to honor the promise she made to Melody Serperior that she'd become champ.

As Erin pulled back further and further, the audience began to cheer louder and louder. As bad as things looked for Nadeshiko, somehow, she was still slowly making her way towards the ropes! Yamato scratched and clawed at the canvas. She pushed and strained to bear Erin's weight and the pressure of the Boston Crab on her already hurt back. Until finally, thankfully "Ya-YATA!" Yamato cried as her hand finally grasped the bottom rope. Within moments, the referee would approach to ensure that the hold was broken, but even before then, the red headed Irish woman released Yamato. The stadium roared when Yamato was free. Even though her last couple interactions with Erin ensued in some serious back abuse, they hoped to hype up the Japanese wrestler and help her mount a comeback! But Erin was vigilant. She saw to it that this wouldn't happen, at least not right away.

Slowly, the red and white clad wrestler would work her way up, first to all fours, and then up to her feet. And when she finally made it there, Erin was ready for her. The brawny middleweight would hoist Yamato up onto her shoulders, securing her in a brutal looking torture rack! Fans who had been paying attention to Erin knew that she was looking to end this. If Yamato gave up here, she wouldn't be the first one to fall to Erin's torture rack. Yamato would let out a soft cry as she was worked into the move. She tried to pry at Erin's hand to break free, but in her hurt state, she couldn't muster up the energy to escape. Yamato would cry out as her back was further targeted. She'd reach out towards the ropes yet again, hoping that their positioning near them would make it easier for her to earn another rope break and stay alive in this match!

"Up...you...GO!" Erin grunted as she hoisted Yamato up onto her back. The redhead couldn't help but be proud of her accomplishment and would smile for the crowd as she stood trying to bend her opponent in half. Yamato was clearly not having a good time up there but each time she cried out or moved around Erin would just be motivated to pull down on the woman's chin. "You ain't going anywhere until you give up." Erin stated as she felt her opponent try to break free. Luckily her foe didn't have the energy needed to cause Erin much trouble at this point. The only thing that the redhead had to be careful of was a rope break. Catching sight of Yamato's hand nearing the ropes Erin would quickly take a step away at the last second. "Only one way out!" The redhead once again explained.

Now with a bit more leeway Erin would start showboating a little bit. With what little energy she had she would parade Yamato around the ring, or so she intended to. Currently though that just involved taking a few steps towards the middle of the ring and keeping herself there. Every so often Erin would give her opponent a little bounce, both readjusting her and giving her back a sudden jolt. Slowly but surely Erin would increase the pressure as she tried to stay true to the spirit of a torture rack. "Gotta break sooner or later. Now do yourself a solid and make it sooner." The redhead teased.

Yamato showed real heart with her feat of making it to the ropes despite being in such a bad spot. After suffering a harsh landing and falling back first onto Erin's knees, followed by being placed in a vicious Boston Crab, many thought it would end there. But just when hope seemed lost, the Japanese wrestler trudged and inched her way to freedom in the form of a rope break. Yamato had only just risen when Erin seized her and lifted her into a crippling Torture Rack! Many of Erin's fans in attendance recognized the move as one of her finishers. Cheers and crowd reactions continued to well up inside the Tokyo Dome as the realization began to set in: that if Nadeshiko couldn't make it to the ropes again, or if she couldn't find her way out of the hold, she was done for. Erin, seemingly aware of this even declared that Yamato would go nowhere until she gave in. But forfeiting the match would be the same as forfeiting the belt. With little hope of powering out in her hurt state, she extended her arm out and reached for the ropes!

Sadly, just when it seemed the black haired wrestler was close, Erin pulled her away. The red head applied the hold well. She began to move both herself and Yamato towards the center of the ring. It only took a moment for Erin to readjust and begin seriously working away at Yaamto's spine. With this third move targeting her back, hope seemed all but lost. Yamato cried out and screamed with each new sensation, each new jolt of pain that ran though her back. She would again try to pry Erin's hand off her chin, but again, to no avail! Yamato would soon begin to show signs of fading. Her struggling and movements would begin to slow, but she never tapped out of gave in. When the referee moved in to ask her if she wanted to submit, Nadeshiko simply shook her head. If Erin kept the hold locked in, Yamato would slowly begin to raise her arm as if she were reaching out to the rope one last time. It wouldnonly took seconds for that arm to fall limp at her side before she stopped moving altogether, cementing her the end of her tournament run in the form of a KO loss to Erin Quinn in the quarterfinals....

Erin would continue to bounce Yamato around and pull her back, putting as much strain on the woman's back as possible. She was waiting for a submission but one never came. When the referee finally came over and told Erin to drop her opponent, the redhead was confused. "Wha? But she didn't...wait really?" The woman stumbled over her words before dropping Yamato to the ground, regrettably less gently than she would have liked.

After hearing a thud and watching Yamato just lay there Erin gasped. "Shit woops! Why didn't ya submit you idiot!" The redhead scolded her opponent, despite it being fairly obvious she was not going to get a response. With a sigh Erin shook her head, forgetting for a moment she had won a match and finding herself more concerned about the fact that she had accidentally knocked out her foe. It didn't take too long for the realization to hit Erin though who soon snapped back to reality once the referee decided to raise her arm.

"Oh...Haha I guess I won didn't I?" The woman said with a chuckle and an ever growing smile. "Haha hell yeah I did. You're looking at the next middleweight CHAMPION here!" Erin announced to the crowd. The Irish brawler raised her arms in victory, too tired to really do much else as a display. With a wide grin and a final wave to the crowd Erin would slowly make her way out of the ring, leaving her fallen opponent behind.
