Winner decided by Pinfall, Submission, or KO
She must be doing something right.
That's what Bandita thought when she was told her next booking. Something must be clicking with management. Something about her adjusted entrance music? The bikini itself? The way she looks in it? Or maybe Bandita just seems very natural in a beach setting. Whatever the case may be, this marks the fourth beach match the plucky rogue will be wrestling in her burgeoning career in LAW. She has no complaints about it. After as many of them as she's wrestled, they no longer carry the taboo they once held. It's a little risque in her mind, wrestling another girl in a bikini. It's excessive amounts of skin, demonstrably thinner material covering them, and the whole thing borders on scandalous - but only just borders. There are no licentious elements to it beyond the wardrobe! And everyone's covered, so it doesn't matter!
Nevertheless, she doesn't mention it to her family. It not bothering her doesn't mean she necessarily wants her kid siblings or grandmother to watch her wrestle another girl in a bathing suit. It's... it's awkward!
LAW knows how to book them, though. Apparently this is going to be a bout between two Spanish-speaking girls, international talent to the federation. One in the developmental program, the other.. well, being Bandita. Already debuted, more than a year of professional experience under her belt, and multiple years of training preceding it. She's fresh enough to this organization that the audience is still getting a feel for her, but her bouts so far have been explosive, energetic case study in dynamic defense and slipstream offense. Bandita has electrified. And she means to continue doing that, even if the other girl doesn't have her experience level.
Because at the end of the day, even if her family isn't present? This match is for them. Not just her. She has more riding on every match than most people. Fame, glory, wealth, all that - but also the survival of those closest to her.
The beach has been set up with a metallic barricade fashioning 'aisles' for the wrestlers entering and exiting the ring. The LAW curtains provide two separate entry-points for competitors, and a modicum of privacy from the audience packed tight around the ring erected at the center of the plot. No screens are available today - it'd be too much for this intimate affair. But speakers and amps, those are scattered around the space to ensure music hits right where it needs to.
Behind one of the curtains, Bandita is busy stretching. One arm reached out straight, the other arm blocking behind the elbow to pull it inwards, and then vice-versa, limbering up the traps. Then tucking a knee and reaching back to grab her foot, body bowing forward while balancing upon the other foot. Her ponytail flops over her shoulder, not quite reaching the sand below.
Just what is her opponent going to be like, anyway? Chatty? Serious? Cute? Uuugly?
Bandita straightens her posture with a giggle at the thought.
If she's in developmental, she's probably about her age. Maybe even younger, who knows! But then.. she kind'a doubts they'd put a younger girl in a match like this, right? Nah, probably her age. But that would mean she's getting to meet her peers! Even if she's technically her senpai (she's learning the terms!), it would be wonderful to know people her age! Especially ones who share her language!
Suddenly, her music kicks on!
The audience settles with the percussion intro of the tune, but as soon as the synth base kicks in, it's showtime. The curtain flies back, and the svelte young luchadora trots forward into view, smiling brilliantly with eyes happily shut and arms spread widely. She kicks into a quick, smooth twirl on the ball of her foot before stamping down into a power stance, right fist at her hip and left fist raised high into the air.
No whips. No hats. No flamenco skirts. The sand is dreadful for all of those. She learned that the first time she did a beach match. Spectacular as they are, the audience is better off without them here! Besides, it draws more focus to the main point of the special location match: how her exotically tanned body looks in that striking red and black sporty bikini. Snug tight against the soft curvature of her breasts, her sleekly-toned abdominal region on full display, narrow hips covered in the simple but clingy bottoms; dancer's legs and smoothly-defined arms exposed to the warm, open air.
Spotting the camera in front of her, she loses her stance and offers it a perky wave, expressive hazel-green eyes wide.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall!"
"Making her way to the ring!"
"At a height of 5'6", and weighing in at 117 lbs.!"
"From Cancún, México!"
"La Bonita Bandoleraaa!"
"BAAANDIIIITAAAAA!"
Her approach to the ring is more true to form. The first couple steps are normal, but the music soon takes her. She evolves into a samba sashay, hips rolling, arms raised and gaze coolly half-lidded, confident smile playing on her youthful face. With a spin here and twirl there, she gets to slap some quick, playful high-fives with fans eagerly leaning over to make contact.
She spins gracefully up the wooden steps leading to the ring's edge, grabs the top rope, and neatly vaults herself up and over to land on the mat in a forward tumble. Upon popping to her full height at the center of the ring, she immediately flies into a tightly-controlled series of handless cartwheels, long, supple legs scissoring neatly through the air three times before she finally comes to a stop and thrusts her index finger up to the sky.
"YEAH! Ahahah~! Les' go, everyone~!," she calls to the audience in English, her voice richly honeyed in Hispanic accent.
The hand lowers, and she strides her way to her designated corner, her palm elegantly moving to her lips to blow kisses to the fans at either side along the way. And upon reaching her destination, she turns to plant her back against the pad, lean forward, and press her palms to her knees as she watches the opposite entrance.
