The biggest thing that LAW sold itself on, rivalled only by the fanservice, was its personality. Fans attached themselves to the organization through getting them attached to the seemingly endless range of different backgrounds, personalities, novelties, and gimmicks that could be found through out the LAW roster. This was a fact that LAW knew well.
As a result, LAW was keen on making sure their talent and customer base had a high level of connectivity, since greater access meant greater attachment meant greater willingness to spend. While LAW had certainly come into the modern age with multiple wrestler-streamers on the roster, as well as an explosive Twitter scene, that didn't mean they left the classics behind.
A LAW convention with a meet and greet, and old staple of fan appreciation. To this event, Ivy Aster was one of the wrestlers LAW had sent. She was perfect for something like this. Already well known and popular due to her connection to wrestling legend Tiki Lowell, frequent participation and success in high-profile matches, and alluring disposition, Ivy was a name who would attract large numbers to the event. She was also a dream come true from a PR perspective. Calm, level headed, and socially adept, LAW could trust Ivy to not take all the attention on her and start a scandal from it. Lastly, and perhaps surprisingly, she was perfect because since she was from northern England, she had little issue with the cold. Hokkaido was the coldest region in Japan, enough that wrestlers from the mainland or southern islands would usually have a fit if asked to go there. Something that extended to people from countries with similar or warmer climates to mainland Japan. It was no coincidence that when there were events in the Hokkaido region, most of the participants would either be Hokkaido natives, or from countries with a similar climate.
But this story is not about Ivy Aster, it's a story about the Aster sister who isn't quite as perfect by her own design, but is just as wonderful: Hortensia Aster. Having come along with her elder sister so they could spend time together at one of Sapporo's ski resorts after the event. Right now, she was exploring the convention as a fan, before seeing somebody that she recognized. A sight that caught Hortensia off guard enough that upon seeing this wrestler, she could help but break into laughter, "Snnk! Ahahaha!"
