Dragon And Tiger training!

Nashi received a text message from an old opponent of her’s to meet her at the Rodouko Gym. The idol was in pink sports bra and briefs with black sleeves, as she walked into the building. While yes she was here for the Halloween party she didn’t except to train here. The idol went into the room spring texted her to go into and when she did she saw spring tiger training”Hey Spring!!” the idol shouted as she went over to meet her old opponent and give her a hug.

Spring Tiger had made a promise, and after having sent the address of where she would be, Spring Tiger would hear Nashi's voice, looking at her and giving her a friendly greeting, she would stop her little training, so giving her a hug, she would place in front of her, her mask together with a one piece training suit, she would ask the question

So Nashi..... what kind of training do you want to learn today? here in the gym I can help you and if I can't, I'm sure we can learn something with someone else's help.

Instead of her suit, it's just a one-piece training suit.

Nashi would hug Spring tiger before being asked a questioned. “wellll I didn’t think that far” The idol giggled “it’s just I thought we would sorta wing it ya know?” she playfully winked before rolling into the ring starting to stretch her muscles like she was getting ready for a sparring match.”you coming in?” she turned her head to spring while she bented her back out.

Realizing that neither had a training plan, Spring Tiger laughed, but what he didn't expect was for her to go straight for the ring, seeing her with an idea already in her mind, so Spring Tiger, walking up to the corner, would use the ropes to propel herself, jumping and landing on the ring, nodding with a smile.
Ok, this is going to be friendly, the first one to be caught by the other loses, and we don't have a referee for now, so let's try not to kill each other with a bad move.... are you ready?

Nashi would laugh alongside tiger before seeing her come into the ring”sounds good! Just know I’ve been winning a couple of time as off late. So you better be ready!” she shouted confidently before meeting up in the center of the ring for a lock up between the two wrestlers!

The fight was obvious that both were eager to fight, it was more than obvious and there would be no words to show the excitement of Spring Tiger, who almost immediately approached her partner, blocking next to her in the traditional way of a fight, looking for her to use her strength against Nashi and take the advantage.

Nashi and spring tiger seemed to be in a stand still. The idol felt Spring’s strength slowly pushing her back but the idol had to stand her ground! “I won’t give up yet!” she gritted her teeth as the idol slowly went to push back. She was trying her best to push her back into a turnbuckle and if successful would send a knee to her gut!

Spring Tiger pushed excitedly against her opponent, that girl had really been an interesting opponent, but when she least expected it, a strong knee would impact on her body, making her lose her posture and with that Spring Tiger would be exposed to Nashi, although she would still try to defend herself at any cost.

Nashi smirked as Spring Tiger was pushed back by her kick! This gave Nashi an opportunity to continue the attack! The idol would run at her opponent aiming for a knee kick to the chin to try and send the tiger flat on the mat!

Spring Tiger when she had to back up from those blows, would soon see Nashi approach her with something worse, placing her hands firm, the Masked fighter would receive a knee to the chin, but soon Spring Tiger's hands would be seen on her chin protecting her, so she would then launch herself straight at Nashi, intending to send her to the ground and there take the advantage.
