Training up the Barbarians: Featuring SimplyWoo, Fairy Dragon, and Weonna

Grace put the pressure on Tina's sides for as long as she needed to demonstrate the power the hold had when used by someone like her. Tina slacked a little for dramatic effect but wasn't too winded since she had time to prepare and because the minute she signaled Grace to let go she would do so and save her waist from a bad day. Now it was her turn to take it from Matilda and Grace smirked as she gave Tina a light pat on the back before she left to go stand beside Oscar and allow Matilda to get her turn in.

"A move like this needs some first hand experience. Tina will be watching from the side to help point things out that I can't see, I should still feel most of what you give me." Grace snickered before moving her hands out of the way and letting Matilda wrap her arms around her waist, she would feel how tight the hold was and tighten up to prepare herself, Matlida was big and she knew this move would be devastating in her hands. "Okay, once you're ready, go whenever you want."

When Matilda was given her chance to apply the bearhug to Grace, the Muscular German woman would approach the American face to face and wrap her arms around her trainer's waist.

"ok...just tap if it's too much for you..."

Matilda would say as she would lift Grace up to where her knees were placed at the Barbarian woman's waist. Matilda made sure her trainer was in position to where Matilda's arms made contact to the bottom portion of Grace's rib cage and as the arms go around the body she would contact them on Grace's lower back. The German woman also observed from the display she saw earlier she noticed Grace's arms were in a 45 degree angle as Matilda made a quick adjustment.

Once she had the technique down she would then lock her hands together and start applying pressure on her trainer as Matilda tried hard not to crush Grace's ribs as the pressure comes from inward.

Oscar smiled at Tina as she strutted up to him and rested against him. Turning back to face the ring, Oscar was curious to see just how well this other Barbarian could pull off a bearhug!

As Matilda applied the hook, Tina smirked as observed that she went straight for a lifted hug, but also couldn't help but to bite her lower lip enjoying seeing her girlfriend trapped in a bearhug, even if it wasn't from herself. "Ooo, we haven't talked about the lifted hug yet." She mentioned as she removed her arm from Oscar's shoulder and strutted over to her. "This will take a lot more endurance to maintain unless your opponent latches onto you by wrapping their legs around your waist or tucking there knees against your hips or by resting curving their shins to rest on top of your upper legs.' She mentioned as she slowly circled them and observed the good angle and location of the lock, and then noticed Matilda lock, observing that she locked her hands together. "That's a nice lock if you are going to focus on just pulling your fists into their back and focusing on a single point of damage by targeting the lower back. I would recommend clasping your forearms." She demonstrated to Matilda by locking each hand to her opposite forearm. "That way you can also flex your biceps to apply pressure to their sides and not just the small of their back and it's easier to slide your hands further up your arms to apply more pressure around their entire figure."

"Also, while we are on the topic of lifted hugs, you can apply more pressure by either making your upper body bend forward so your victim is arched back or you can arch back which will force your opponent's to bend forward and make their stomach press more into yours so with that technique, it will be a bit easier to force more air out of your opponent. So to sum things up, arching them back is better if you are trying to make them tap and making them lean against you is more effective on if you want your opponent to go to sleep." She then smiled at Matilda. "Great form." She complimented Matilda as she backed up to observe Matilda's squeezing power on her girlfriend.

Grace nodded and prepared herself. She was ready for it, but nothing was going to make this easy to endure when the person locking it in seems to be this strong. Once she started Grace was effortlessly lifted off her feet by Matilda's strength and she was quick to start a lifting bearhug. "Woah." Grace gasped in unexpected shock from what was a big surprise for her. The pressure around her waist was immense yet manageable, and it was obvious Matilda wasn't going all out. Most of the power was being applied to her back with Matilda's knuckles digging into her there while Tina came in and gave her pointers, Grace couldn't say anything like this but would still nod her head to go along with what Tina was telling her.

Her hands pushed against Matilda's arms by instinct while her dangling legs rested on her knees, huffing in place while she moved her head around to try and endure the painful bearhug squeezing her waist with such intensity. She wouldn't tap yet and she didn't feel the need to, right now if she was being lifted she might as well try to get into the most comfortable position she could...since a hold like this had little in room for comfort.

Matilda would make the small adjustment as she would clasp to her Forearm next to the wrist as she started to squeeze Grace with more pressure.

Following Tina's instructions, Matilda would bend forward trying to get Grace to arch back. Then Matilda would try to arch back and have Grace bend forward, just to see a different result before going back straight in position and bending forward again.

"Vhen I'm done vith Grace I gotta try it on you next Tina."

Matilda would turn to face her instructor eye to eye while she squeezes Grace.

Hearing Matilda's promise earned another grin and a laugh from Oscar as he looked over at Tina

"Ay, you hear that? Looks like somebody's getting treated tonight! Lucky you"

He gently elbowed his blue-haired mentor in her arm in a teasing manner before turning his focus back on his fellow young lioness and Grace.

As Oscar elbowed her in the arm she giggled and playfully patted his arm. "Behave you." She snickered as she then noticed Matilda adjust her grip to now be grasping at her forearms as she noticed Matilda stare at her and requested to try the move on her next. "Alright then, if you feel
confident enough on this technique, then you can release Grace when you feel like it and I'll let you try it on me." She mentioned with a smile, after all, how could she refuse a move she loved being in? She then looked over to Oscar, "Of course, we shouldn't let you just stand around doing nothing, perhaps you can practice your reverse bearhug on Grace, see if she'll offer you pointers that I haven't taught you yet."

Grace was still trying to endure the submission when Matilda started to experiment more with the hold and its limits. Bending forward forced Grace to arch to try and deal with the pain while arching back would bring Grace forward, the way her arms changed position would make Grace adjust to keep the pain from hurting her back too much at any given moment, made worse by Matilda being really powerful. Thankfully it seemed Tina was giving her a chance to get out of it by bringing up that she was willing to help Matilda out as well, given that Matilda also wanted her too while she would work with Oscar.

"Gnnh...Bored of me already?" Grace said strained, trying to chuckle about the fact she was being squeezed easily by this barbarian of a woman. She could tell that Matilda must have been eager to try both of them out and now that Grace had been tested she was even more excited to get her hands on the other one, leaving her to work with Oscar and give him a hand.

"Bored? of course not~ unless you vant me to crush you for a few minutes~"

Matilda chuckled as she would hug Grace for another full minute before releasing her when Tina mentioned Oscar needing to do something.

Once Matilda released Grace she would take a few moments to stretch her arms before waiting for Tina to come to her.

"Ahlright Tina...you ready? I promise zat I von't crush you completely."

The German let out a chuckle and a smile as she would open her arms in a hug before wrapping it around Tina's waist and applying the same bearhug technique she just did with Grace.
