Start of a New Storm (for Terini)

After getting taken down to the mat by Reny the green haired mentor would look up at the girl as she explained her actions before holding her hand out to Alizeh and making her chuckle as she reached up to take it before getting up. "Well its less about taking me down, and more about learning to take bumps and building stamina." Alizeh said but she still appreciated the creativity regardless.

Rolling her neck softly as she stood up fully Alizeh would nod at the girl's question. "Next up I wanna see where you're submission game is at, so use you're absolute best submission hold on me." Alizeh said, wanting to see just what the younger girl had in terms of technical game went.

Reny eye would have widen a bit when alizeh mention that they are going to be starting submission next as she was told that she should send out her best submission hold. This would have make her look away for a bit, as even though she have train in submission after the tournament...she only ever learn the theory and practice it on a pillow...where they don't move, fight back or resist....oh god what even is her best submission hold, does she even have one!?!?! While this thought raging in her head, she would have take a step forward as she take a deep breath as she seem relatively calm enough...as she remember the seacret to all magic, don't show ever show your actual card.

She would have suddenly tried to trip alizeh up as whatever she is succesful or not she would have jump up to tried to wrap her leg around alizeh head as she would have tried to execute a mid air headscizor...will it fail or succeed, she have zero idea but if she succeed, she would have tried to use her full weight to tried to bring alizeh straight toward the mat where she have more control over alizeh compare to when she is still standing

Alizeh chuckled a bit seeing the surprise in Reny's eyes at her words. It was definitely an odd request, but there was no better way for her to see what Reny could do, especially with a live target. So she opened herself up for whatever Reny may do as the girl thought about it for a moment before seemingly deciding and running forward as Alizeh braced herself one last time. Seeing her trainee jumping up Alizeh felt her small legs wrapping around her head, locking her into a headscissors!

"Ngh!" Grunting softly as she was then pulled down to the mat Alizeh would groan softly as she was pulled down. 'This is it?' Alizeh thought to herself, expecting something more complex from Reny, not that the headscissor was bad by any means, quite the contrary in fact. But she had thought she'd go for something more advanced. For now though Alizeh wouldn't resist as she hit the mat, instead waiting for Reny to see if she would do anything else now that she was down on the mat.

When Reny manage to bring Alizeh down toward the mat, Reny would have quickly transition to have her sitting on alizeh applying a smother while at the same time still applying the headscizor to try to rapidly take away alizeh breath and at the same time, she would have tried to grab a hold of Alizeh arm to keep them pin toward the ground, which in theory...at least in theory that Reny thought off, would make it difficult for Alizeh to escape from.

It is a bit embarrassing of a position but this is the best submission hold she could think of right now "just telling your right now that this is basically it, so don't expecting anything more from this hold" reny would have inform her trainer in case she is expecting even more from her

With the instruction being to apply the best submission she knew Alizeh figured there was a more to Reny's method beyond a headscissor takedown. Luckily that seemed to just be the case as not only did Reny have her down, but also sat up, effectively smothering her while also grabbing her hands and holding them down against the mat.

'Alright I can get behind this.' Alizeh thought to herself before Reny mentioned that there wouldn't be much beyond this. 'Alright then.' Alizeh thought to herself before suddenly swinging her legs up and under Reny's arms to hook her legs under her armpits before pulling back while sitting up, looking to effectively reverse the positions into what would be a pinfall attempt if this was a match! Naturally it wasn't thought and Alizeh would instead just hold the position for a few moments before giving a soft push to roll Reny away from her while now sitting. "Alright pretty good." Alizeh would say if all went well.

While she is not the best at submission in any way, she thought she have a good lock on Alizeh. Sure, Alizeh basically let her have it without any resistence and she free to set it up, but now she is sitting on Alizeh face and applying a headscizor to cut off Alizeh air while she hold down both of Alizeh arm, surely she can't escape this easily

At least that is what she thought before Alizeh leg would have hook under her arm pit as her teacher would have easily break out of her best submission hold seemingly effortlessly and she even manage to revese it into a pin attempt, which causes Reny to let out a groan when alizeh give her a soft push "you said it went well yet you easily break out of it" she mumble pouting slightly

Despite getting taken to the mat by Reny and locked into a headscissor facesit Alizeh had managed to reverse things with relative ease, forcing Reny onto her back while sitting up in the process. Chuckling a bit after pushing Reny away and hearing her pouting comment Alizeh would shake her head before reaching out and patting the girl's head. "Good because you're execution was really good and its a solid foundation. That gives me something to work with. Expanding your arsenal with more escape proof moves is something we'll worry about later." Alizeh said before smirking and flicking Reny's forehead again. "Same with your ring awareness." Alizeh said teasingly as she leaned back a bit, offering a moment for Reny to digest her words.

When Alizeh reach to pat the girl head, she would have smile a bit. She love headpat and if she given compliment during a headpat then it is even better tho that all come crashing down when alizeh flick her forehead suddenly as she let out a yelp tho digesting the word again would have make her tilted her head "i thoughts i have good ring awareness tho? At least relatively compare to the other YL...or you more so referring to the ring awarenes standard that pros uses?" Is that even a real thing? Probably not but that is the word Reny think first so that is what coming out, it is just that simple

Noticing Reny's face at the head pat Alizeh would raise an eyebrow, filing that away for later as something to possibly help Reny stay motivated going forward. At Reny's question though Alizeh would hum slightly before nodding. "For a young lioness yeah you're awareness is good. But it can get even better. Especially compared to other wrestlers at a pro level like you mentioned. In general ring awareness is something you can, and should always be improving, even after graduating." Alizeh said with a knowledgeable nod.

"Alright" Reny mumble under her breath as she would have stand back up "so what are we doing next?" She ask softly "i honestly have no idea as most of what i know about wrestling is either theory or what those folk do during training session"

"Since i doubt we going to hit the bag anytime soon since well wrestling...and well sparring is an actual possibility...a possibility of getting my ass handed to me that is" she said sweat dropping as she hope to all god that she know that Alizeh style of teaching is not like her sister or cousin at all. She love them to death but their style of training is too much
