Nko chuckled a bit at Tiki's words, finding it a pretty fair compromise for how to describe their current relationship. "Yeah that sounds ok." Niko said with a laugh towards her mentor before the two went off on the run through the water, back and forth, back and forth, a total of three times.
Just as Tiki had said, it was rather strenuous, not just because of the run itself, but with the added effect of the water working against you, making each and every step harder than it should be. Something that while she knew would be the case felt significantly more difficult actually doing as opposed to hearing about it.
Grunting and huffing slightly as they finished up the lap Niko would give a soft nod to Tiki as she complimented her for finding the correct depth, though admittedly she wished she could actually take credit. But in reality she had really just gotten lucky more than anything. Regardless though she would take the compliment with a nod. "Yeah haha.. must have gotten lucky hehe." She said with a small smile before blinking in both shock and mild impressment at how easily TIki was running through the water backwards no less.
Luckily though she wasn't being expected to do the same. Something she was all too thankful about since she was already having some difficulty with running forward as it was. Nodding though Tiki would break into a run herself, following after Tiki, not able to notice over the exertion of running, how Tiki's eyes seemed to be wandering over her body. Something that'd have probably made her blush if she had been more aware. But for now she was just focused on keeping her knees up and keeping pace, determined not to fall short on this run.
Thankfully the laps would finish up and Niko would look up at Tiki with a smile and nodding a little breathlessly. "Hehe.. thank you.. " Niko said before standing up straight and waiting for the green haired woman as she spoke a bit more and explained their next exercise, ths one being full on swimming causing Niko to nod a bit as she finally collected her breath.
"Oh hehe, yeah no I know both luckily so that sounds good to me. Niko said nodding with a smile, wading a bit deeper into the water for proper swimming depth, waiting for Tiki's go before jumping forward and starting with the breaststroke!

"Hey, never turn down good luck when you get it," Tiki said with a tilt of her head. "Bad luck has a nasty habit of not letting you say 'no,' so might as well take the good stuff when it comes. Of course, in the ring, it's always best to just be good enough that you don't need good luck and can overcome bad luck to win. And getting to that level is why we're here."
Once Tiki told Niko that they would be swimming next, the busty student seemed to catch her breath from the running and reacted positively. "Heh. Well you do strike me as someone who visits the beach more frequently than most, I had gone into this assuming that you were at least capable of swimming. Come on, let's go!"
The swimming wasn't as interesting as the running. Tiki and Niko couldn't talk to each other, as even on the Backstroke portions, focusing on talking could easily lead to your face dipping below the water. And since Tiki couldn't swim backwards, she couldn't keep an eye on her student since she was swimming out in front of Niko, except for when they passed each other in opposite directions while on different laps. Best case scenario, Niko enjoying the view of Tiki's butt during the Breaststroke parts.
Once the swimming was wrapped up, Tiki decided to take Niko out waist deep to move onto something that she was both excited and nervous about. "Alright Niko, so next we're going to be doing a combination of technique practice and strength training. You're going to use 30 power moves on me in three sets of 10 German Suplexes, 10 Piledrivers, and 10 Sit-Out Powerbombs," Tiki said. "How it works is that being slammed into the water will protect me significantly compared to if I was getting slammed into a mat 30 times in a row, allowing you to have repeated reps to polish your technique, while also being able to use my body as if you're lifting a weight."
"Of course, this is also training for myself as well, so I'm going to be doing the same to you once you're done," Tiki continued. "However, there will be one key difference. When you're attacking me, I will not resist. When I'm attacking, I challenge you to try to stop me. See how many times you can find a way to prevent me from completing my move. So you'll be getting some training with defensive technique, and I'll be getting a more advanced level of offensive technique training, since I'll be practicing with an opponent trying to escape."

Diving into the water after her mentor Niko proceeded with the breaststroke as Tiki asked, following after her mentor in the water as she did so. Pumping her limbs through the water and breathing at irregular intervals, the high energy and exertion of the activity really doing its number on her as she passed her laps, barely even noticing the passing form of Tiki, let alone the woman in front of her, all Niko could focus on what continuing her motions.
Stroke, stroke, change into a backstroke. Stroke. That's what she repeated in her head as she went, the exertion in her limbs feeling like burning lava passing through her veins. Thankfully it wouldn't be long before the exercise was finally over and Niko could stop moving for a few moments, sitting in the water idly for a moment as she caught her breath, breathing a bit deeply for the time being before sitting up at attention when Tiki motioned for them to head into some deeper water which Niko would oblige but with a curious look.
That is until Tiki began to explain this next activity making Niko gulp slightly as she nodded towards the older woman. After all.. that was a lot of slams and throws, and she was a lot smaller than Tiki, not to mention how much energy she had already used. But she couldn't let herself be down so easily. "O-Ok I can definitely try my best!" Niko said with a nod but first Tiki would throw another curveball into things by saying that not only would sh be doing this to her, but vice versa. Though luckily it did help a little that Niko would have the option to fight back when it was hurt turn to take the moves.
"Right.. only seems fair! Guess I'll start with the suplexes then." Niko said as she stepped behind the green haired woman, grabbing her waist and throwing herself backwards to start the first of the suplexes on Tiki, creating a large splash! Grunting in effort from the move Niko managed to keep her hands locked and used the water to easily turn over with Tiki in her arms so her feet were back in the sand. Allowing her to perform the suplex again, creating a wild splash as she did so, something she'd continue again and again as she went through the suplexes before finishing off with the tenth suplex!

Tiki had little to no trouble swimming, so she was able to notice that Niko seemed to be struggling a bit. It wasn't just that she was falling behind the veteran, the busty Lightweight just seemed to look uncomfortable. Maybe she just wasn't as strong a swimmer as Tiki had assumed. When they were both on a backstroke, with mouths and hopefully ears above water, Tiki tried to give some advice to Niko.
"When you're on the breaststroke at least, try to get your breaths at regular intervals, and build a rhythm for your stroke off of it," said Tiki. "Speed will come with comfort." The greenette couldn't tell whether or not her advice had actually been of use to Niko, but her student managed to get through the laps one way or another. And to be completely honest, Tiki was much more excited about the next step in the training.
Niko seemed less enthusiastic about the next drill, though that wasn't incredibly surprising. The pinkette didn't seem incredibly confident in her ability to actually pull the drill off, but Niko was willing to try, and for now, that was all Tiki asked. "I promise your best will be enough," Tiki said. "I can tell the workout has already taken a bit out of you, and I know I'm big, but being able to do stuff like this in a match when you're beat up and tired, knowing that you'll be able to do it when it matters most, that's something that will turn losses into wins for you Niko."

Pushing and swimming through the water as hard as she could it was definitely a workout for Niko, the exertion and energy expended from doing so definitely taking its toll. To such an extent that Tiki managed to take notice and in turn offer some advice. Which admittedly Niko was barely able to hear but she'd nod all the same and follow the instruction as best she could which helped to mitigate things at least somewhat for herself. Luckily the laps would come to an end and it would come down to another exercise, this one being a bit more... interactive.
Starting off with the german suplexes as commanded Niko would haul Tiki through the air, the green haired woman getting pulled backwards rather easily and thankfully she made things easier by standing up each time as she did so. Finishing up the batch Niko would stand up while Tiki spoke, explaining they would take a break once she was done. "Gotcha sounds good!" Niko said rather excitedly, the first set of german suplexes helping to build her confidence up a bit despite how daunting the challenge was at first.
Getting back up and approaching Tiki she would give a slight nod and smile towards the woman. "Let's do this!" Niko said excitedly as she reached up to grab Tiki by the shoulders to pull her down and place her head between her thighs. Moving to then grab the woman's hips and pull her up onto her shoulders before throwing her down for a powerbomb! Clenching her eyes shut from the splash of water Niko would adjust Tiki's body as neccessary to set her up for another powerbomb! Doing so repeatedly, gradually finding a pattern and starting to get easier with each and every one as she went through them!

In all of Tiki's years as a wrestler, the veteran didn't think that she had ever felt better after taking 10 German Suplexes. To be fair, there probably wasn't a match in Tiki's career where she had been German Suplexed 10 times, but the point still stood. At most, the greenette felt a touch dizzy from getting thrown end over end so many times, but it wasn't anything that she couldn't shake off to get her ready for the next go around.
Niko's Powerbombs would go just as smoothly as her Suplexes. The first attempts were a bit slower, but as the student got more and more into a groove, she started slamming Tiki back first into the water with ease. "Is it like lifting an oddly shaped curl bar? Your motion kind of reminds me of a curl bar," Tiki said one of the times her head popped back above the water.
"Great work, Niko," said Tiki once Niko was through her second set of 10. "Last are the Piledrivers. Do be a bit careful with these, Niko. With my height, and your lack thereof, I think my head may be below water even before you come down with the move, so make sure you aren't holding me for too long, and don't hold me under the water afterwards. Make sure you either pull me out or let go."

Managing to land the powerbombs successfully Niko would smile softly as Tiki came back up from the water after the last one. If the first set of german suplexes had boosted her confidence, then this set of powerbombs had it at an all time high, which was good since she'd need every bit of confidence for their final set.
First though she would look at Tiki with a raised eyebrow at her comment. "Hm I suppose so. But it's kinda hard to put to words, at least for me." Niko said, shuffling in the water a bit as Tiki mentioned using a bit of extra caution for this last set, making Niko nod a bit seriously. "Right, that's kinda what I was a bit worried about at first." Niko said with a affirmative nod. "Let's do this." Niko said a bit worriedly as she approached her mentor and grabbed her hips before pausing.
"Erm... might also help if you like.. hold your breath and nose and what not." Niko mentioned giving Tiki a moment to prepare as she lifted the woman up, grunting a bit in the process as she leveled her head into the water before releasing immediately upon her knees hitting the sand. Then from there Niko would stand back up and wait for Tiki to come up, giving her a second to catch her breath and prepare then the moment she was she would move back in and repeat the process the exact some way for each of the ten piledrivers!

Tiki honestly felt a bit touched when Niko voiced her concerns over the Piledrivers. The entire feud between the two had largely been caused by the young wrestler simply not thinking about the consequences for her actions. The instructor appreciated the growth of her student, not only as a wrestler, but as a person as well.
"The only thing you need to worry about is performing the Piledrivers properly," Tiki said with a reassuring voice and a bright smile. "I promise to you that I've thought this through, Niko." To assuage the pinkette's fears further, Tiki would make a point of noticeably taking a breath before stepping forward for Niko to grab.
If Niko was still distracted for Tiki's safety, it only showed in how promptly the greenette was released once each rep was completed. The set was a bit slower, but that on account of Tiki needing a bit more time to reset herself between Piledrivers since she was ending upside down after each go. Niko was performing admirably. Her motion was quick, and even better, she was consistent. Across all 30 reps, Niko didn't lose her grip, stumble, or otherwise botch a move once.
"Wonderful! Very well done, Niko!" Tiki said as her head popped up after the final rep. "Well, I promised a break before we swap roles, and that's what we'll do. Let's head back to the sand for a moment." Once they were back, Tiki once again spoke to Niko, "Do you have any questions before we go again? I imagine that this looks rather intimidating to face down, so if you have anything you want to ask or say, now would be the time."

Truthfully despite absolutely soaring confidence from completing the first two sets of moves rather easily Niko had to admit that the third set of piledrivers was the one that gave her the most worry. Especially considering the initial catalyst for their feud... As a result though she was extra careful both with her execution of the move as well as how quickly she released Tiki.
Something that showed with surprisingly great results despite a piledriver being something she hardly ever used before. Now after the tenth Niko would stand on some admittedly achey legs and offer a tired smile at Tiki along with a nod as the woman came up smiling.
"Thank you Tiki!" Niko said happily in the face of the praise before nodding at what she said next. "Sweet sounds good to me!" Niko said with a nod as she began to wade through the water back towards the sand proper. As Tiki brought up what they'd be doing next though and if Niko had any questions or concerns she would hum in thought.

"Heh, I figured you might ask something along those lines. That was the main reason I asked." Tiki said before launching into instruction. "The most important thing to note is that your free to try to escape by not even letting me get a solid grasp on you in the first place. The moment you see my arms coming from behind you, the moment I start trying to but my head between my legs, or turn you upside down, you're free to start trying to fight me off. Don't expect me to give up after one try of course, but the biggest part of defense is simply making the attack work for everything the get. Don't just concede or accept anything."
"Of course, I will get my hands on you. Probably more often then not," Tiki continued.
